Taurus is an earth sign and now might be appropriate to discuss products of the earth for healing. I have been using a wide range of essential oils for almost a year now, with many positive results for all kinds of ailments and applications. Essentially oils are concentrated herbs that can be taken internally, topically or via diffusers – with profound effects and enhancement of well being; they have aroma-therapeutic properties as well. Many individuals, counsellors, medical doctors, healers and astrologers work with oils.
Essential oils do not only work with the physical-etheric, but also mind, emotions and at the spiritual level. And of course there are oils for different astrological signs that I have been exploring. There are also many potent alchemical blends. I have experimented with around 40 oils at different times – everything from a cold/cough, sleep, sore joints/muscles, headache, fatigue etc, but there are at least another 40 or more. There is basically an oil for just about every thing and they are easy to travel with. Some of mine include – frankincense, sandalwood, myrhh, several citrus blends, fennel, cedarwood, roesemary, douglas fir, vetiver, melaleuca, peppermint, lavender etc.
The DoTerra brand I use has a company founding date of April 25, 2008 – its 10th birthday a few days ago, having undergone phenomenal growth – and bridging well to the medical establishment. And its easy to see why, their horoscope has Sun and Mercury in Taurus, in grand trine to Saturn in Virgo (herbs/health) and Moon-Pluto in Capricorn (business). I am always amazed at how charts are chosen, they are born at the perfect moment.
Chiron in Aquarius represents this ancient form of healing in concert with modern scientific technology, plus the large scale co-operative networks that are benefiting many people. Cancer rising is Mother Earth the nurturer, most complimentary to the earth planets.
