Solar Eclipse in Virgo (Sunday, Sept.21. GMT: 19.54.)
“Certain great Approaches will be made to the world of reality … around two periods of massed Approaches to be made at the time of the major eclipse of the moon and of the sun during the year.”2
This solar eclipse in the last degree of Virgo (Sept. 21), follows the Virgo-Pisces full moon lunar eclipse (Sept. 7) and new moon in the first degree of Virgo (Aug. 23). Hence a lot of Virgo-the-Virgin energy affecting those with planets conjunct, square or opposite, invoking the entire mutable cross of Virgo-Pisces, Gemini-Sagittarius.
All this is taking place just one day before the Libra equinox, one of the four cardinal points of the year – autumn and spring in the northern/southern hemispheres. Hence this period of a few days is loaded with potency – Virgo-Libra hinting at a future development:
“… Virgo-Libra will form one sign, for then man’s sense of antagonistic dualism will be ended and the scales will have been turned finally in favour of that which the Virgin-Mother has hidden from expression for aeons.”3

This solar eclipse will have a profound effect upon Virgo nations, cities and races (See Virgo-Pisces full moon 2025 newsletter): The soul of Greece, Australia, Ireland, Paris, Portugal (theoretically) and the Jewish people. New Zealand and Brazil have Virgo personalities.
The solar eclipse of Sept.21 is in the last “anaretic” degree or “degree of fate” – “signifying the culmination of a cycle, associated with karmic completion, inevitability and finality; a period of intense pressure, crisis or a last chance to resolve issues.

It is a time of urgency and anticipation for transition, where the final chapter of a long period is being wrapped up. While traditionally viewed with a negative spin, the 30th ° can also be a time of distinction and the successful completion of long-term endeavours.”4
The horoscope for the event is extraordinary and the rising sign will vary depending upon where in the world it is cast. This chart is set for Britain whose capital London has a great influence upon the West – and which is also one of the five planetary inlets that receive full moon and eclipse forces – or “great approaches”.
In this horoscope, late Taurus is rising, conjunct the fixed star Alcyone – the “star of intelligence … star of the individual”, while Uranus is conjunct the ascendant, rising in early Gemini. Hence, a powerful combination of forces involving new ideas precipitating into human consciousness and the revolutionary nature of Uranus.
The Sun-Moon is in the last degree of Virgo, opposite Saturn – which is almost in the last degree of Pisces, conjunct Pisces-ruler-Neptune – in early Aries. This is Saturn’s last visit to Pisces for the next 30 years and “wraps up” the last 30 year cycle of Saturn.
But also, there is a sense of finality – the end of the Age of Pisces, as the world moves into the Age of Aquarius, leaving behind the detritus of the past age – the debris, disintegration and destruction of crumbling institutions and nations that the world is witnessing today. Pluto the Destroyer is the soul ruler of Pisces and presides over this process from the sign of Aquarius – where its regenerating force will pave the way for the Age of Aquarius. This period also synchronises with the Kali Yuga of our Fifth Rootrace, as the seeds are sown for the Satya Yuga or “golden age” of the approaching Sixth Rootrace.
So, Saturn in Pisces is opposite the eclipse Sun-Moon in Virgo. Saturn, Lord of Karma, holds us all to account and from which no nations are exempt. This will be a time for serious reflection and decision-making, to reassess what has been taken for granted, to readjust routines and future planning. To attend to health matters for which Virgo is well-known – not just the physical body, but unintegrated emotional issues or faulty thinking.
Israel and Saturn in Pisces
With the shocking events of recent weeks, it may come as no surprise that another major event may take place around the time of the eclipse or soon after – when some transiting planet activates the eclipse point.
As discussed in recent missives, the Pisces polarity of Virgo is much needed in this critical world period – by responding to the Pisces themes of unconditional love, compassion and forgiveness.
And the world is responding in a very heartening manner to the greatest moral issue of our time – the tragedy of Gaza: Protests around the world, arms sanctions, a flotilla of boats – and a United Nations commission – finally finding that Israel’s war ranks among history’s greatest crimes. Which brings us back to the theme of the Virgo-Pisces newsletter, Israel and the Healing Force of Virgo – where it was stated,
“From the total Jewish population worldwide (16.8 M) nearly half or 46% (7.73 M) live in Israel. Out of that population, Haaretz newspaper reports that a jaw-dropping 70-80% of Israeli’s approve of the government’s operation in Gaza. Conversely, support in the USA has dropped significantly, with 60% voicing disapproval. Among the other 40%, lay the many non-Jewish, Christian Zionists who, in their blind devotional ignorance, are salivating over Judgement Day and Armageddon.”
Hence, these three full and new moons of Virgo have put a particular emphasis upon the soul of the Jewish people, which includes nearly half the global Jewish population who do not live in Israel – and who do not subscribe to the current government’s policies. Nor do a significant percentage of the Israeli population, though a minority according to the demographics.
These clear distinctions must be made, given decades of the world striving to respect the Jews after centuries of persecution and the Holocaust – now trashed by Israel’s current government, creating a new “anti-Semitism”: Israel is currently the most reviled nation on the planet.
Hence, Saturn in Pisces – ruler of the Jewish people’s Capricorn personality – opposing the solar eclipse, represents a karmic reckoning for the Jewish people – via Israel. It has been said that the two weeks from Sept.21 to Oct.4 is a major danger period for Israel and that if it attacks Iran, the response will be devastating. Two factors in Israel’s horoscope support this:
1. Transiting Mars in Scorpio soon after the eclipse, moves into an exact square with Israel’s troublesome Moon in Leo – the Lion of Judah, chosen ones, national pride etc.
2. Progressed Sun in Leo is just 1° from an exact conjunction to the Moon in Leo.
A reminder of the Master’s poignant commentary worth repeating regularly, that the Jews as a whole, have not yet passed through the Age of Pisces, now all but finished:
“Christ came to bring to an end the Jewish dispensation which should have climaxed and passed away as a religion with the movement of the sun out of Aries into Pisces. He, therefore, presented Himself to them as their Messiah, manifesting through the Jewish race.
In the rejection of the Christ as the Messiah, the Jewish race has remained symbolically and practically in the sign Aries, the Scapegoat; they have to pass—again speaking symbolically—into the sign, Pisces, the Fishes, and recognise their Messiah when He comes again in the sign Aquarius.
Otherwise, they will repeat their ancient sin of non-response to the evolutionary process. They rejected that which was new and spiritual in the desert; they did it again in Palestine two thousand years ago; will they do it again, as opportunity is offered to them?”5
Hence, Saturn in Pisces will be exacting some tough initiatory tests for the Jewish people as a whole – and for Israel, driven by fanatical leader Netanyahu – and supported unconditionally by the USA. Saturn in water sign Pisces may well be the “hard rain that’s gonna fall”, in the form of a long overdue monsoon.
As US Ret. Col. Larry Wilkerson recently remarked, “Israel has doubled-down on defeat.” Instead of acknowledging that it has lost the war against Hamas, has slaughtered hundreds of thousands of Palestinians and become an international pariah – it continues to lash out at its neighbours – Lebanon, Iran, Syria, Qatar etc. – who will be next?
Partly because of Netanyahu’s pathological need to stay in power, he instigates one chaotic attack after another in his pursuit of power and territory – for a “greater Israel”. And in the shadows lurks the unstated blackmail of Israel’s nuclear arsenal deterrent. And by the fact that if he loses political power within Israel politics, he is a “dead man walking”.
Partly also, because Netanyahu and the global Zionists have captured the USA, its president and most of Congress. Israel feels invincible and arrogant through its financial and military support from the USA. How long will this last? Under current and past leaderships, the USA has stood by and allowed the Gaza massacre to unfold, green-lighting aggression to its neighbours.
Now with the recent murder of a possible future president – Charlie Kirk, a once faithful servant of Israel, whose ideology began to shift against Israel in recent months, President Trump must have “received the memo” – that if he does not kow-tow to Israel, he will meet the same fate. (Maybe the memo was read to him decades ago!)
Of course, it has not been proven that Israel-Mossad was responsible for Kirk’s murder, for now Tyler Robinson is the patsy and may be the actual shooter. But there are many murky inconsistencies with the whole affair.
Its telling that Netanyahu was the first world leader to tweet about Kirk’s death, praising him in a sickening display of political opportunism. Strangely enough, his tweet accompanied Trump’s at exactly the same time stamp of 3.02 pm. Was Kirk’s fate already known, and prepared statements were just waiting to be sent out?
Hence, this solar eclipse in Virgo may not only put a heavy moral pressure on Israel, but also activate the Sagittarius arm of the mutable cross, bringing to the fore this sign’s capacity for revealing the truth.
Grand Trines
There are two grand trines in the eclipse horoscope – one in air, and another less powerful one in water. The air grand trine is between Pluto in Aquarius, Mercury in Libra, Libra esoteric ruler Uranus in Gemini – and Gemini ruler Mercury in Libra. Mercury and Uranus are therefore in mutual reception – enhancing communication and intellectual insight, innovative ideas and open dialogue. Socially, it offers the potential of deepening relationships as individuals feel more connected and willing to engage.
Mars in Libra-Scorpio
In the eclipse horoscope, Mars is in the last anaretic degree of Libra, the god of war in the sign of peace – notable in the horoscopes of Nobel Peace Prize laureates. Mars semi-sextiles the solar eclipse and is at the point of a yod, running from Saturn in Pisces and the Taurus ascendant. Should we hold our breath for positive peace talks in various places, given the constant sabre-rattling by several nations?
Three Jewish Festivals
Perhaps more importantly, just 13 hours after the eclipse – Mars enters its own sign of Scorpio, on Sept.22 – the festival of Rosh Hashanah (Sept 22-24), the Jewish New Year. It is a time of reflection, prayer and celebration, beginning at sundown on Sept. 22, finishing at nightfall on Sept. 24.
At this time Mars moves into a square pattern with transiting Pluto in Aquarius, exact by Sept.24. International observers like Alex Krainer have stated that this 10-day period to Oct.4 is fraught with danger – and the astrology supports it. Israel has stated that it will attack Iran again and Iran, well aware of this fact, may execute a pre-emptive strike.
Mars in Scorpio square its ruler Pluto, can be intensely emotional, with the potential to be quite explosive and create power struggles. Mars rules the solar plexus centre and Scorpio offers the tests and trials of emotional control.
Mars in Scorpio is also known for a strong will – bent on achieving desires, with Individuals often pushed into confronting their shadow. Pluto and Mars have an intimate relation in the solar plexus centre – as it is the work of Pluto to raise those forces to the heart centre, hence its new symbol of the vertical up-pointing arrow.
Pluto in Aquarius emphasises the need for freedom and embracing unconventional approaches, encouraging exploration of social norms and personal beliefs. The key to this square aspect is controlling behaviour that can lead to conflicts. Hence, Mars square Pluto encourages some intense work on self control – individually or nationally.
Following Rosh Hashanah, two more spiritual festivals follow in quick succession: Shabbat Shuvah (Sept. 27.) dedicated to repentance and spiritual preparation. Yom Kippur (Sept. 30 – Oct. 1.) is the Day of Atonement, considered the holiest day in Judaism.
On Yom Kuppur Oct. 6, 1973 – Egypt and Syria launched a surprise attack against Israel during the Jewish holy day of Yom Kippur. “This war marked a turning point in Israeli military strategy and national psyche, leading to a recognition of vulnerabilities and the need for diplomatic solutions.”6
Atonement can also mean revenge and one wonders if some nation like Iran, or group like Hamas or Hezbollah will be seeking such around the upcoming 2nd anniversary of October 7. Its hard to comprehend how in two short years there has been a complete annihilation of Gaza.
Atonement is a very Libra theme because it is in Libra that one experiences the consequences of action initiated in opposite sign Aries – karma. This is why Saturn, the ruler of the Jewish people’s Capricorn personality, is exalted in Libra.
“Atonement in Judaism is the process of causing a sin to be forgiven or pardoned. Judaism describes various means of receiving atonement for sin, that is, reconciliation with God and release from punishment. The main method of atonement is via repentance. Other means (e.g. Temple sacrifices, judicial punishments, and returning stolen property) may be involved in the atonement process, together with repentance.”7
One wonders how atonement works for Israeli’s beholden to the Zionist lie: How the nation’s actions can be somehow magically absolved – to be, “forgiven or pardoned, released from punishment.” Saturn in Pisces may well have other ideas, yet the highest expression of Pisces is forgiveness.
International Day of Peace
Also, prominent at the Virgo solar eclipse is the International Day of Peace on Sept.21.
Charlie Kirk Assassination
On the eve of the 24th anniversary of 9/11, the evil which stalks the USA cruelly took the life of Charlie Kirk, leaving a bereft wife and two young children. Whatever one’s political affiliations, it was an unspeakable tragedy.
Its enough to contemplate the cold and calculating nature of an assassin, a subject with which the USA is obsessed by in countless movies. But its another to consider the brutal nature of whatever group was behind this professional (?) “hit” – one bullet to the neck from a rooftop 200 yards away, with the shooter eluding capture.
Just as disturbing were the many TikTok videos of people celebrating Kirk’s murder; or one Facebook post celebrating Kirk’s life – out of 73,000 views, 7,000 chose laughing emoji’s. Several news outlets also fell down, notably MSNBC, with The Guardian newspaper distinctly partisan and unsympathetic.
Kirk did make some terrible gaffes, was super critical of some minority groups and made a cruel joke about the Palestinians. Yet since his first Saturn return of maturity, Kirk was starting to realise the ideological dream and cultural conditioning in which he had been immersed for the previous decade. Kirk had the Sun in Libra, with warrior Mars, Mercury and Pluto in Scorpio and,
“… was known for debating college students about abortion rights, which he opposed; climate change, which he downplayed; and transgender rights, which he rejected. He frequently sought to rally young people around traditional gender roles. He also backed Trump’s mass deportation efforts.”8
Appropriately, for his detractors’ dark responses and the assassination itself, the event horoscope has Scorpio rising – whose keynote on the mutable cross level of evolution is, “Let may flourish and deception rule.” Kirk’s Pluto in Scorpio falls close to the event chart rising sign.
Charlie Kirk Assassination
Scorpio co-ruler Pluto, and its square to the Moon was the main significator of this murder: The moon was in the last degree of Aries, also known as the “anaretic” degree – often associated with a sense of urgency and crisis. Mars-ruled Aries is of course associated with aggression, guns and war. Mars was in peacemaker Libra square Jupiter in homeland Cancer, opposite Chiron the “wounded healer” in Aries.
With the Moon making a close applying square (90°) to Pluto, both planets make sesquiquadrate aspects (135°) pointing to Mercury in Virgo, forming an 8th harmonic triangle – reflecting deeper layers of conflict. Mercury in Virgo was precisely passing over the degree of the recent lunar eclipse, activating its blood moon theme, while Pluto and the Moon were making a yod-like formation pointing to Mercury.
Mercury the “mouthpiece” and communicator also reflects the final exchange between Kirk and an audience member – on one of Scorpio’s themes, sex:
“Audience member: Do you know how many transgender Americans have been mass shooters over the last 10 years?
Kirk: Too many.
Audience member: Do you know how many mass shooters there have been in America over the last 10 years?
Kirk: Counting or not counting gang violence?”
Kirk was still answering the question about mass shootings by transgender people, when gunfire rang out. Since the shooting it has been revealed that the alleged shooter, Tyler Robinson had embraced far left ideology and was living with – and in a romantic relationship with a man transitioning to a woman.
The irony could not be more profound, that Kirk was answering this question when he was silenced. This mainstream news narrative may be real – or one that authorities want to use, in order to create a smokescreen to the most common conspiracy theory: That Kirk’s recent critical stance toward Israel, required his assassination, given that he was such a powerful influence on young republican voters.
On August 4-5, 2025, Kirk was invited to a meeting by Zionist billionaire Bill Ackman (a close acolyte of Netanyahu), in what Kirk thought was going to be a discussion about various policies for his organisation, Turning Point USA.
But the meeting turned into an acrimonious “intervention” by Ackman and others, who “hammered” Kirk’s recent statements about Israel. Kirk felt it was an attempt to blackmail him, as he was offered a lot of money which he refused. He was also offered a trip to Israel to meet Netanyahu, an obvious ploy for some “re-education”. According to independent journalist – Max Blumenthal, Kirk was deeply shaken by the incident and said he feared for his life.
At the Aug.4-5 meeting, there were some very significant transits for Kirk:
1. Transiting Mars in Virgo, precisely conjunct Kirk’s Venus in Virgo – ruler of Kirk’s Libra sun. There is arguably Kirk’s “Jewishness”, given Virgo is the soul ruler of the Jewish people.
2. Transiting Jupiter in Cancer trine to Kirk’s warrior Mars in Scorpio. Kirk had a powerful reaction to the intervention.
3. Transiting Moon in Sagittarius, stimulating philosophical thought, adherence to crystallised ideas, fanaticism. This may have been Kirk’s wake-up call to what Zionism and Israel actually was, something that he had supported since the age of 18.

Kirk’s murderhas lit the fuse for a national storm – amongst the rest of USA’s turmoil, nationally and internationally. There are many rumours and accusations flying around at the moment, making it difficult to discern the truth. The solar eclipse for Sept. 21 falls on Kirk’s Venus in Virgo – and the event of Aug.4-5, giving the potential to bring forth more revelations on the matter.
Since the current US Admin have declared Kirk a martyr, it appears they are following the dictum of Zionist Rahm Emmanuel, “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste” – by bringing in draconian censorship laws. Here is the fanaticism of USA’s sixth ray personality – no better than the extremes of Sharia law.

Tyler Robinson: Murder of Charlie Kirk
It appears fairly unambiguous that Tyler Robinson was responsible for the assassination of Charlie Kirk. But he has not confessed to the crime and now there are many questions about whether he was part of a team of people involved.
The FBI has also made contradictory statements and so there is currently a lot of confusion swirling around the matter. Yet Robinson’s horoscope strongly bears out that he was the shooter – or was motivated to participate in a plot.
The data for Robinson’s birthdate was mentioned in an astrological discussion on Reddit – a Facebook post from his mother wishing him a happy 15th birthday in 2018. The birth time is unknown hence rising sign indefinite, but Robinson was born very close to the 2003 full moon of Aries-Libra.

In this midday horoscope the Moon is in Libra, with a remote possibility that it was in early Scorpio. Most likely Libra though, falling close to Charlie Kirk’s Sun in Libra. Synastry between horoscopes is very telling in relationships between anyone.
And also because Mars was transiting through Libra, closely conjunct Kirk’s Sun in Libra. If Robinson’s moon was near or at the same degree, then his rising sign might be Aries or Pisces.
Capricorn the Sea-Goat
The immediate striking factor in the horoscope is the Sun-Moon opposition in Aries-Libra, making a T-square to highly ambitious Mars in Capricorn. Mars, the ruler of Aries, exalted in Capricorn – square to the exalted Sun in Aries.
The assertive nature of Aries clashes with Capricorn’s need for control and order, leading to conflicts in relationships, between desire for immediate action and the need for careful planning.
It appears that “desire for immediate action” won-out, as the Moon had just passed over Robinson’s Aries sun several hours before the murder of Kirk, when it was in the last “anaretic” degree of Aries.
Both Aries and Capricorn are not known for their humility and this combination can represent someone with a big ego or a sense of intellectual superiority, though this may have been well-hidden by Robinson’s “easy-going” Libra moon.
In Esoteric Astrology, the Sun represents the personality, the three fold lower self – mental, astral and physical bodies, working as one relatively integrated unit. Around the age of 21, the mental body is being integrated, which usually comes about through the process of higher education. Robinson was a very bright student, winning a scholarship to university – for which he only attended one semester.
Hence, at the age of 22 the immaturity is still there. Mars, at the point of a T-square to Sun and Moon, is not yet fully integrated into the Aries personality. Aries-Mars rules guns and aggression. Living in USA’s traditional gun-obsessed culture, Robinson was seen enjoying guns throughout his childhood and appeared to frequently attend shooting ranges.
To be sure, the bitter irony is not lost on anyone. Charlie Kirk said that the right to bear arms was worth the appalling annual causalities and murder by guns in the USA. Robinson hated that Charlie Kirk “created hatred”, yet mercilessly dispatched him without thinking through the consequences. Hatred breeds hatred, violence begets violence.
One would think that such a bright student would actively engage in dialogue and debate which fellow Republican Kirk offered, albeit on his terms of instilling conservative values.
Kirk: “I think it’s worth it… I think it’s worth to have a cost of, unfortunately, some gun deaths every single year so that we can have the Second Amendment to protect our other God-given rights.”
“Some” gun deaths? A massive understatement! In 2023, 58% of all gun-related deaths in the U.S. were suicides (27,300), while 38% were murders (17,927) = 45,227. No other nation on the planet has anywhere near these statistics. (This theme extensively covered by this author for the past 20 years.)
There are many paradoxes with this assassination by Robinson. Venus, the dispositor of his Libra moon – is exalted in Pisces, traditionally a strong expression of compassionate understanding, love and beauty.
Yet Venus is closely squared by Saturn in Gemini, creating a tendency to be emotionally blocked – or for lower mind rationalisation to dominate over empathy. The “die was cast” most likely in April 2025, when Saturn passed over Venus in Pisces, coincidentally on his Venus return. (This was about the time when Kirk was becoming more outspoken about Israel.)
Saturn is now set to return to Robinson’s Venus in Pisces point in the next few months, providing Robinson with much food for thought, and one would imagine, deep regret – for whatever role he played.
The emotional theme of Venus in Pisces is characterised by Robinson’s prominent Mars, ruler of the solar plexus centre, gateway to the emotional or astral body. Mars is exalted in Capricorn because potentially, the mental power of its Saturn rulership provides a disciplined control of the emotions.
But adult maturity (personality integration) only truly comes after the first Saturn return at the age of 30+. Charlie Kirk was 31 and was stepping into that maturity – though of course with aforementioned flaws.

Just a few weeks after April 2025, transiting Chiron on its 50-year cycle, passed over Robinson’s Sun in Aries for the first time, activating the natal square to Mars in Capricorn, with a second “hit” on the day of the assassination. The third and final conjunction will be in early April, 2026.
Chiron in Aries symbolises deep emotional wounds around identity, self-assertion and personal power, often leading to struggles with self-confidence and feelings of inadequacy. Given this theme already in acute focus since May 2025, shooting Charlie Kirk may have been seen as the only solution possible.
Tyler Robinson is a product of his nation, representing the deep divisions within society, the mass glamours and illusions under which the population labours – plus, the high incidence of mental health issues.
These are all linked to the ongoing integration of USA’s Gemini personality, the balancing of the pairs of opposites upon the mental plane – in the microcosm, reflected by Robinson’s Saturn in Gemini.

These phrases hold truth, but esoterically the Jewish people are a race. Through their patriarch/manu Abraham, they founded the 3rd Semitic subrace of the Fifth Rootrace. Same in some ways goes for Zelensky – though i couldn’t know why we supported the Ukrainians and Zelensky, then to have Trump and Vance turn on him publicly. Finally, i also wonder how many of the online esoteric meditations you participate in specific to fostering a more humane mutual understanding at the minimum. Kathryn, I would not say that Gaddafi was a pariah but the US state dept and Hillary certainly made him one! And his murder was truly disgusting. Again, we get a lot of propaganda about various world leaders, but all of these tin pot dictators are way below Netanyahu’s pay grade. He is truly the Hitler of our time and is probably possessed. Thank you for your efforts to enlighten us. In your pages, the Jews and Israel come across very badly. No mention is made similarly of the Palestinian inheritance, psychological make-up and destiny. Perhaps you can explore that? Hopefully, they would come off better. It’s sad to see one sided perspectives.
Certainly, they have been on the losing end this past century and have suffered enormously. Ideally the land could have been peacefully partitioned and intifadas and wars avoided. The Palestinians also need self-determination and security. Perhaps it is these two peoples’ destiny to, after terrible mutual antagonism, to bury their hatchet and flourish together in the future? Does astrology have anything to say about the future of these cousins in a shared land?
I question the statement you quoted that Israel has, apparently during the past two years, “slaughtered hundreds of thousands of Palestinians”. We can agree that all civilian deaths are tragic and that the number of dead and level of destruction in Gaza is horrific. However, Hamas’ own estimate is around 65,000 dead during this recent fighting and that figure is suspect for a number of reasons and not only the challenge of accurate counting. It includes Hamas militants and others fighting Israel and it does not subtract the crude death rate of around 10,000 dying per year.
The Wikipedia article below suggests that since the 1920s, one hundred years, there have been a total of 67,000 casualties, to which could be added another 30,000+ in Gaza if we are to trust Hamas’ figures. This figure includes large numbers of Palestinians killed in intra-Arab fighting in Lebanon and during the Jordanian civil war as well as thousands of armed Palestinian militants who fought in the 1948 war, during subsequent incursions into Israel and in all the Gaza wars. Nor does it mention Israel casualties which, granted, are much fewer but as a percentage of the population during the 1948 war and the second Intifada were massive.

But arguing about statistics misses the point. The bottom line is that Israel was illegally created in the first place, displacing 900,000 Palestinians in 1948, burning villages and slaughtering thousands. Since then Israel has gradually tightened the noose into the greatest “open air concentration camp” the world has witnessed.

What is the basis for referring to Jews as a people when no religion makes a people, or, if one did, all religions would do the same?
The definition of a people is a common spoken language, the same culture and the same history and that must be separate from religion. Jews globally do not speak the same language or have the same culture and the same history in any independent sense.
The most common language for Jews is English, then the Hebrew re-invented in the early 20th century after being dead for more than 2000 years and existing only as a rote religious language, where words did not exist for the modern world and so Arabic was used with religious Hebrew grammar and third Russian with many other languages following that.
A Russian Jew does not have the same culture or history as an Ethiopian or Indian Jew for example. So, to be confirmed as a people is not possible under any definition or criteria.
Religious concepts of Jews as a people are not relevant. Indeed in ancient times most primitive humans considered themselves to be unique, the only true humans, superior to all others, chosen, etc., but that did not make them a people.
Genetically no religion can create a genetic marker so Jews most certainly are not a race. As one geneticist said, if every Jew on earth had been confined to an island for 500,000 years, those who survived, because Nature creates genetic deformities with intermarriage and the group dies out, would share DNA. But that has not happened so the DNA in Jews is no different to the DNA in other humans.

Thanks Carlos, Assagioli’s “intense sensitivity” was the fact that he was Cancer rising with Moon in Virgo. A friend and co-worker who has visited “Casa Assagioli” – the Psychosynthesis Institute in Florence, several times to research his unpublished works said:
“DK referred to the fact that RA was not identified with his being Jewish. He belonged only physically to the Jewish people. In fact, RA, in order to do this work on behalf of the Jewish people, felt that he must familiarise himself a little with them, and kind of cultivated in himself a bit of ‘Jewishness’. He studied Hebrew for a while. DK said that precisely because he was not identified with the Jewish people and at the same time had love for them, could he do this work.”
Its a good question Carlos! Many of us have had incarnations as Jews in the past, as part of the soul’s experiences in all cultures and races. But technically the Jewish monad I believe is on the 3rd ray, which has its roots in the first solar system (hence the Jewish soul on the 1st ray). So “Jews as a race” may apply there. This does not mean however that all “Jewish people” in the world today are necessarily 3rd ray monads or have prodigious intelligence.
The first solar system was primarily about developing the 3rd ray quality of Active-Intelligence, hence the reason why the Jewish monads are advanced and “punch above their weight” in all areas of human activity. In this respect they are the “chosen ones” in order to serve humanity still developing along those lines.

A fascinating fact is that DK makes the mysterious statement about the Jews being on Earth before Individualisation in Lemuria, then later in Lemuria, through various events, became the founders of the modern Jewish race:

In this ancient writing, older than any of the written scriptures of the world, is to be found the secret of the Masonic story and of the slaying of the Master by the three most [Page 397] closely associated with Him in His death and burial. Masons will all recognise the three to whom I here refer.
These three were the founders of the modern Jewish race. They were three advanced disciples who resented the command to enter, free and untrammelled, the place where light is to be found. They sought to hold that which they had gathered and to dedicate it to the service of God. Their unrecognised motive was love of riches and a desire to hold safe their gains. Ancient tradition, as taught by the teachers of the past, tells us that…

The Masters met in conclave and decided what should be the fate of those who, having reached the Gates of Light, loved the possessions of the world more than they loved the service of the light. Garner the fruits of mind, and seek your power in wide possessions, but have no sure abiding place. “Within yourselves, because you are disciples of the Lord, you shall have no share in peace, no sure and certain knowledge of success, nor power to hold your gains.
“Always shall there be the knowledge dim of Him Who watches over all. Always the urge to gather and amass. Never the time to hold and to enjoy. Pass on therefore until the time shall come, and again you stand before the Gates of Light, this time with empty hands. Then enter, free, accepted by the Servants of the Lord, and know, forever, peace.'”
The ancient legend tells us that the three went forth in sorrow and revolt, laden with their treasures, and thus the history of the wandering Jew began. It is significant to remember that one of the greatest sons of God Who has worked on earth, and Who epitomised in Himself the way and the achievement, Jesus of Nazareth, was a Jew.
He reversed all the earlier conditions. He possessed nothing at [Page 398] all. He was the first of our humanity to achieve, and was a direct descendant of the eldest of the original three disciples who revolted from the drama of detachment.
The Jew embodies in himself the world prodigal son. He is the symbol of the disciple who has not yet learned the lesson of a just sense of values. He has been the victim of the Law of Light and of his inability to comply with that Law. He sinned wilfully and with his eyes wide open to results.
Hence he knows the law as no other race knows it, for he is eternally its victim. He has enunciated the law from its negative angle; the Law of Moses today rules most of the world, and yet fails to bring into life justice and true legality.
The other group of disciples, the representatives (in their day and age) of the race, passed through the ancient portals of initiation and took the first great step. They came back with a latent and dim recollection of the episode which separated them from three of their co-disciples. On their return to life on earth, they spoke of this event. This was their error; the long antagonism started, which persists until today. Those particular disciples have themselves passed through their long pilgrimage and have entered into eternal peace, but the results of their early betrayal of the hidden events of initiation still persist.”
Very interesting what you write here about the pillar gate. DK mentions it in the letter to W.D.S. in DINA 2. I myself have experienced going through that gate and passing some of the pillars. It is symbolic, yes, I experienced it exactly as described, but did not know at the time of the experience (December 4, 1988) what it meant. Many years passed before I read about it in this book. I have a feeling that what is written here is true and does not need any physical proof of its veracity. I have also had an experience/conversation with a person who could not let go of her physical belongings and people she knew after her death, as the person was not aware that she was no longer alive physically, but believed that she was still living in her body and her familiar surroundings. Thank you Phillip for writing it, it provides understanding and an opening to more thoughts.
While the words of the Tibetan and other sources of the teachings you quote can not, as far as I know, be verified one way or the other (I find them interesting by the way), many of the points you make about Israel and Jewish history can be debated on the basis of historical accounts and analysis.
For example, the alleged instinct the Jews have to remain separate can be explained by systematic Church inspired anti-semitism which deprived them of citizenship and often ghettoized them in various ways, a distinct minority culture and language which made them targets, extreme vulnerability of large masses of Jews due to lack of rights and political power and the fears and jealousy of local people whipped up by no-goodniks for all the wrong reasons.
It is not to say the Jews did not want to preserve parts of their culture and religion – why wouldn’t they? They were ahead in terms of literacy, health and self-help, for example. Whenever countries allowed the Jews to breathe there was massive assimilation by them into the mainstream.

Hello, I’ll try to contribute my “grain of sand” regarding the attitudes of Israel and the Jews.
Somewhere in His books, the Tibetan Master tells us that the Jewish race is the solar plexus of humanity.
But does this statement mean that only Jews are conditioned by the material attachments or generally selfish desires of the solar plexus? Does it mean that other countries (humanity) have already overcome the negative inertia of that center or chakra?
The answer is no. It is evident that cruelties and grave injustices are occurring throughout the world in the name of a country, a majority ethnic group, a religion, or a culture. Obviously, these injustices are not as numerous as those suffered by Palestine, but they are just as real and unjust…
So? …until “we cannot see the plank in our own eye, we will not know how to remove the plank from another’s eye.”
The first step in transmuting the powerful exclusive energy of the solar plexus into the loving inclusive energy of the Heart chakra is to recognize selfishness as our own. We must accept that the problems that affect us so much arise precisely from our own selfishness and not from the selfishness of our neighbors. This is the first step toward correct human relations.

In that article the solar plexus theme is discussed:

And today, to a lesser extent, the same thing is happening, although this time they are not victims but perpetrators.
We all feel unique in some way, “that we are the chosen ones.” We all think our family is the best, or that our country or religion is superior to another, or that our political ideas are superior to others, or even that our spiritual readings are the best… there is a lot of inferior Gemini and little superior Libra.
As long as this is the case, the Jews will feel entitled to remain “the chosen people” and act accordingly. They must think: Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.
Thank God we are approaching the Age of Aquarius, and through the media, especially the internet, we can observe countless small activities parallel to the official world that are closely related to humanity’s purpose in Aquarius.

The comments too, have offered insight into a diverse range of opinions & beliefs, demonstrating how religious, educational, linguistic & geological differences, not only from this snapshot in history on our planet but across momentous galactical distance and back many eons in time. Now that we are in Libra’s karma adjusting faze one can only hope when RA measures up, we can move forward into a more peaceful, community focused, sustaining and much less violent Age of Aquarius.
