Sagittarius and the Truth
In this Kali Yuga cycle of discord, strife, corruption and lies, the truth is elusive. Sagittarius is a sign noted for its love of truth and higher spiritual principles, yet quite often it displays a proclivity for bending, distorting, exaggerating – or just plain ignoring the truth! In the words of Jack Nicholson’s character in A Few Good Men, “You can’t handle the truth!” Ironic response for a person who in a court of law, projects his own truth or inability to tell the truth – upon his accusers.

The “truth is out there” is a popular catch-cry yet ultimately and ideally the truth is “in here” – in the core of one’s own being and experience. Your truth, my truth. There is an interesting correspondence here to the “god transcendent” (out there) of Western religion versus the “god immanent” (in here) of Eastern disciplines.

Usually one’s own experience is a subjective mish-mash of perceptions viewed through the eyes of the unredeemed/unrefined astral body, plus an inadequate and imperfect mental body. Hence one person’s truth is another’s lie; both bodies are, like all of Humanity, at varying stages of unfoldment, struggling to balance the pairs of opposites.

Hence what we see through the lens of the personality is ever relative, yet if personality is reasonably integrated and aligned with the soul, then it has a much better chance of sourcing a “purer truth”. The soul on its own level is truth, yet the unevolved or unintegrated personality has its attachments and filters that make it bend or rationalise that truth into something that serves its recalcitrant nature.

Sometimes, rather than recognise the purity of the higher truth and striding the transformative “hard yards” in the astral-mental spheres, we may create another reality that serves as a buffer from the truth. That’s why it takes courage to face the truth, own the truth – or seek truth. Truth and courage are aspects of the second Love-Wisdom ray ruled by Jupiter, also the ruler of Sagittarius.

Herein is one of the major sources of glamour, illusion and duality with which we all struggle. The Sagittarius-Gemini axis is one that deals with this theme of duality. Opposite sign Gemini is one of the most dual signs of the zodiac – The Twins. (The amusing paradigm of lies (Gemini) and truth (Sag) has been explored in other newsletters on Gemini.)

When we withhold the truth, the duality of Gemini kicks in. This is humorously brought out in the movie Liar, Liar where Jim Carrey’s character is constantly conflicted and untruthful, deciding eventually to tell the truth with a directness and honesty that is truly liberating and hilarious. Sagittarius shoots the arrow of truth direct to the heart! (Carry has the mimic’s Gemini moon, so must have relished his role!)

Hence the “truth will set you free”, no matter how much conflict it causes. The truth is however, quite often compromised by the diplomatic, peace-making Libran propensity for avoiding conflict and upset.

Whilst in the movie story-telling medium, there is another powerful tale of truth, in Dead Man Walking – about a convict (played by Sean Penn) who is charged with murder and in total denial of the crime, whilst he is waiting on death row. Eventually, through the visits of a nun (Susan Sarandon), he gradually strips back his “recollection” of events – until he finally arrives at the shocking truth and owns it. (Penn is Sag rising with Jupiter in the same sign in the first house.)

The difficulty for Sagittarius to arrive at the truth has several sources. Jupiter (the ruler of this sign) has a propensity to exaggerate and dramatise – it just loves a good story or going over the top to make a point!

The Mutable Cross and Comedy
A good example is much-loved Sagittarius sun and Moon in Gemini – Billy Connolly with his  rollicking good yarns! One does not let truth get in the way of a good story! Secondly, the aforementioned tendencies of Gemini in its deviant or deviating expression; its ruler Mercury is regarded at its lower level as the “principle of illusion”, whilst at its highest, the messenger of illumination that dispels illusion.

In Esoteric Astrology, the “science of the crosses” is emphasized – hence, considering Sagittarius, we can look at the other signs of the mutable cross from which it draws. The Virgo-Pisces axis which completes the mutable cross holds a potent source of personal maya in Pisces. Extrapolating then at a very basic level: Sag-exagg., Gemini-lies, Pisces-fantasy and Virgo the “embroiderer”.

Of course we are considering the lowest common denominator here, but students might be surprised to see how much it works in their lives! All of these signs are high on humour and mimicry – the mutable cross is that which most of Humanity are still on – in a generic sense regarding the evolution of consciousness. British stand-up comic Lee Evans, is another good example of Pisces mimicry and mutability. The mimicry is Mercury, ruler of the Gemini-Virgo arms of the mutable cross, and jovial Jupiter is the ruler of the other two arms – Sagittarius and Pisces. Robin Williams had moon in Pisces opposite Venus in Virgo. Pisces moons figure large later in the newsletter, but with a completely different expression!

From the rayological viewpoint there is the third ray of active intelligence, well known for its  Machiavellian tendencies, plus the sixth ray of devotion or idealism, with Neptune rulership in its lower octave that tends to distort reality. The sixth ray finds its strongest expression through Sagittarius in this cycle and the idealism, enthusiasm and aspiration of Sagittarius is well known. Idealism is the idea clothed with astral substance, hence the truth is immediately distorted; this has occurred to many great ideas throughout history: Idea > Ideal > Idolatory.

Here is also another good example of how the rays constitute the missing part of astrology, demonstrating the sources of some of the deepest meanings of the signs. The sixth ray and Sagittarius are very similar and it is this quality of idealism, while positive in aspiring upward to the spiritual goal, is also paradoxically that which veils or distorts the truth: The ideal is “up there” but the reality is “down here”!

Perhaps this has something to do with why Sagittarians are always re-scheduling! Sagittarius is a sign of orientation and reorientation. The mutable cross is one of constant movement, change and instability – one is reminded of a passage from the “Old Commentary”:

“Amid the whirling forces, I stand confused. I know them not, for, during all my past, they swept me up and down the land wherein I moved, blinded and unaware. From place to place and point to point, they drove me up and down the land and nowhere was there rest.”1

All of the rulers of the mutable cross contribute to the “untruth” of Sagittarius: Neptune (in its lower octave) and sixth ray idealism, Mercury (illusion) and Jupiter (amplification). This has been commented on in other newsletters on the USA and its Sagittarius rising horoscope, as well as the lies and deception of various media around the world.

USA has a lot of “filtering” in its news that has become increasingly worse in the past twenty years, to the point where many people do not trust ANY mainstream source. Competition has led networks to sensationalise and compromise their reporting/truth – and many of them are driven by agendas of concentrated media ownership.

Sagittarius rising USA is big, generous and friendly – where the family of Humanity can find its place; it is a great place – yet has many contradictions and double standards. One might think that spiritual groups would be one of the few areas where the sanctity of truth is preserved, but alas quite often, far from it!

Even within the area of very similar teachings there are many divergences of opinion in interpretation – and also how material should be presented. Hence the house is divided against itself, while group members make ad hoc decisions and judgements based upon their version of the truth. “Brothers” of the same spiritual family sit in judgment of one another.

Sagittarius is associated with the law, and is also one of the most judgmental signs of the zodiac: The sixth ray glamour of judgmentalism emerges from a narrow interpretation that one-pointed Sagittarius encourages, plus the superficiality of its Gemini counterpart.

Hence Sagittarius can be easily fooled by outer appearances, making judgement accordingly; it can tend to, “tar all with the same brush”. Sagittarius can become very attached to religious or spiritual thought, hence the fundamentalism and its noted rise whilst Pluto transited through Sagittarius.

As Sagittarius rules over truth, so it rules over illusion – the truth veiled or distorted, it can be a very fine line sometimes. Glamour on the mental plane. In Dead Man Walking, the trauma of the criminal perpetrator was blocked-out to cope with the stark reality of the truth.

Any shock or trauma will create a dis-association from reality or the truth; whether it is sexual abuse of a young child, road accident victim etc. Yet the person affected will in all sincerity recognise the only truth that they can see.

These are some of the more gross examples but there are subtle levels where the truth is more difficult to discern; this could be illustrated by the impressionable Pisces who lacks the discrimination of opposite sign Virgo. Any of the glamours or vices of pride, fear, love of power etc. will compound and compromise truth. That pretty much makes everyone liars because no one is free from glamour and illusion!

May we all find our truths – that will lead eventually to the Ultimate Truth – a notion relative to one’s evolution, culture, place and time. (This is a lightly edited version of an article written in 2006, which can be found in the author’s book, Soul Cycles of the Seven Rays I.)

The Great Global Deception (Coronavirus Part VII)
“The decision and the interpretation of a group of powerful men establishes the truth, and to this truth the docile masses render prompt allegiance. This is a basic misconception and to it no member of the New Group of World Servers will render homage; they will fight this imprisonment of the human soul to the last gasp. True unanimity is free decision in response to a presentation of truth which is as near the achieved reality as possible.

Therefore, it is in the enunciation of truth that security for all [wo]men lies. This necessarily involves a deeply spiritual presentation of essential facts. The principle of simultaneity is allied to this, for a mutual recognition of an identical approach to truth renders inevitably activity in unison.

… The only authority recognised is the truth as it emerges in the human consciousness, in any world or historical cycle. Today more truth is being recognised (and incidentally, repudiated) than at any other time in human history. Men have attained the point in evolution where they are able to know the truth if and when presented, because the concrete human mind is now more highly responsive to abstract truth, and therefore to the next evolutionary presentation.

It is this which the Totalitarian Powers, the unconscious agents of the Black Lodge are fighting; they will not win; in the long run they cannot, for the human spirit is eternally sound and sane.”2

Winter is Coming: The Zombie Apocalypse
It is becoming increasingly obvious to those with the least amount of intuition, that the global pretence using Covid-19 is an attempted totalitarian control to hijack democracy worldwide via “The Great Reset” – “a technocratic fascist, transhumanist vision”.

Humanity must awaken to this “zombie apocalypse”, being over-run by the “white walkers” – as depicted in The Game of Thrones series’ struggle between good and evil.

Winter is not only coming to the northern hemisphere, but unprecedented lockdowns for as long as five months in some nations. Can we imagine the further damage that this will wreak upon the world’s population at large – economically, psychologically and spiritually?

Reflect for a moment upon what has already occurred during 2020 – the creation of human separation, paranoia, diminished social contact, depression, increased suicides and overdoses, constant anxiety, elderly dying of loneliness, banned religious practice, sports events and peaceful protests – and the confusion for children is abominable.

The list of unnecessary grievances from forced lockdown far outweighs the alleged danger of Covid-19. And yet millions, if not billions of Humanity march like zombies toward a fate of deeper enmeshment in a system of control and manipulation; like proverbial lemmings racing over a cliff.

Humanity is like a sleeping drunk being violently shaken to wake up – but not responding, slumbering in a deep sleep, hovering between the inner and outer worlds. This article is NOT “conspiracy theory” and, although it can be corroborated by widely documented articles, will still be classed or criticised as “conspiracy” by those who wish to believe otherwise – or who suffer from severe cognitive dissonance.

Bear in mind that the word conspiracy has been used for decades to stigmatise or debunk anyone, who through critical thinking and independent investigation, has challenged other narratives perpetrated by groups, governments or individuals.

If more people took the time to research, read and reflect upon the FACTS, the following scenario outlined below – point by point, is not only reasonable, but quite accurate. And this is the problem, many people do not have the time to do the research and reflect deeply, in our superficial consumer, 5-minute-read culture – or because they lead very busy lives, working and raising families etc. And then there are others who are very intelligent but will believe what they want to believe, rather than really know.

Even if people did have the time, everyone has varying degrees of discrimination and intuition. The competing scientific data from both sides of the argument can be very confusing even for professionals, let alone lay people. Hence intuition is a very valuable asset in these chaotic times.

There appears to be a split in the medical establishment, the majority of whom, appear to not favour the WHO measures – a body driven by a minority of medical people, investors like Gates, Big Pharma etc, eyeing profits and working through their agencies such as Johns Hopkins and the Imperial College London; the latter institution that gave ridiculous statistics of projected deaths in Britain, a deliberate scaremongering of the public.

One basic reaction to the horrors of 2020, has been mass aversion where many people, instead of making broader enquiry, retreat into virtual internet worlds, escape via video binging; ducking for cover and hope the storm blows over!

If the TRUTH is to be really sought, then one must do the digging to seek it out, to not acquiesce unquestioningly, passively to the mainstream narrative – that is driven by Big Tech and consensus media.

Humanity is in a very precarious situation of being dumbed further down, indeed – has already succumbed to the relentless media brainwashing that has occurred in 2020. (This well-known video link reveals an identical script that is parroted through hundreds of TV networks in the USA.)

The following enumeration is also partially a repeat of material that has been presented a few times in newsletters during 2020. If you suspended your disbelief then, perhaps now is the time to explore a little more!

There are also many “casualties” in the spiritual and esoteric communities, who some observers have quipped, “should know better”. Critical thinking and discernment have been suspended, superseded by blind idealism, fear, apathy, lethargic thinking – conservative agreement with the mainstream – via the maya of the lower mind, unalloyed by intuition. Later will be examined some of the astrology around this Great Deception involving Neptune in Pisces.

Neptune rules the sixth ray of Devotion and Idealism, hence many upon the spiritual path have, through their high or misplaced idealism, gratefully praised the virus as a “wonderful spiritual opportunity.” And in a complex way it is, regarding the imminent Externalisation of the Hierarchy.

Yet, as a wise observer states regarding lockdown measures, “All that separates and isolates is evil. Any forced coercion is evil. The law of evolution cannot be eliminated. Anything that goes against Divine Law is evil.” If this was the Bubonic plague or Ebola (god forbid), then voluntary lockdown, masks and social separation – go without saying. This period of 2020 is a major struggle by Materialistic Forces for ultimate control.

The following points enumerate the timeline of the execution of global plans toward a world government, a concept that has great merit – IF it is determined democratically by the people, not imposed by an ideologically cold and distant cabal of the wealthy and powerful. A world government will evolve in the Aquarian Age, but Humanity is still too selfish and not ready for that yet.

The 2020 Coronavirus fiasco is an effort by the Materialistic Forces to short-circuit the long term spiritual plan; it is a last desperate ditch to cling to old paradigms of power before the return of the Hierarchy sometime after 2025. Reflect for a moment upon this momentous event, and the “logic” of it being blocked by  counter forces. It reminds us of the words of the Kalki Avatar:

“Whenever there is decay of righteousness and there is rise of unrighteousness, then I manifest myself;  For the protection of the good, for the destruction of evil and for the sake of firmly establishing righteousness, I am born from age to age.” (Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 4, Verse: 7-8.)

Bear in mind that the big tech/big media and government oligarchies are the current, “Totalitarian Powers, the unconscious agents of the Black Lodge … they will not win; in the long run they cannot, for the human spirit is eternally sound and sane.”

1. 2010  Scenario of a Virulent Influenza: Rockefeller Foundation Report “Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development Area” – proposed “scenario narratives” to address the case of a worldwide pandemic; simulation of a “Lock Step” scenario including a virulent influenza strain. Lock Step means “a world of tighter top-down government control and more authoritarian leadership, with limited innovation and growing citizen pushback.”

The Rockefeller study was published in the wake of the 2009 H1N1 pandemic – part of a series of viruses such as SARS (2003) and MERS (2012) – all with dubious origins, i.e. manufactured in a laboratory.3

Bear in mind, the history of biological or germ warfare is centuries old – but has become very sophisticated in the past century. Whilst nations like the USA are blaming China for spreading the virus (intentionally or non-intentionally) – there is plain evidence of funding and co-operation between the U.S. National Institutes of Health (Anthony Fauci) and China – in the highly specialised Wuhan laboratory.

The wider dimension to the 2020 coronavirus or “Covert-19”, appears to be a deliberately adopted “Lockstep” plan (as in “lockdown”) – one of four scenarios for human survival. In the Coronavirus (Part III) Mar. 2020 newsletter, there were references to well documented “coincidences” in October 2019 – enumerated in this abbreviated version below; it details the 2019-2020 timeline that is essentially the 2010 Rockefeller plan coming to fruition, aided and abetted by WHO and WEF (World Economic Forum):

2. Oct. 18, 2019 Simulation of a coronavirus pandemic.
“Experts from Johns Hopkins University [heavily funded by Gates] the World Economic Forum and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation for “Event 201” in New York City. “The eight-hour panel brought together leaders in business, government and public health to play a team of presidential advisers modelling the response to a worldwide pandemic of coronavirus.

The scenario began three months in with 500,000 cases globally. By the end of the simulation, a mock news broadcast described the carnage. “Twenty months into one of the worst pandemics the world’s ever known, there’s still no vaccine,” the newsreader says.

“The World Health Organisation estimates 150 million people have died, approximately 2 per cent of the global population. [Similar to the London Imperial College gross exaggerations.] The US, along with the rest of the world, is in its worst economic depression in history. The Dow Jones is down 90%, GDP down 50%, unemployment running at 20%.”

3. October 18-27, 2019 World Military Games held in Wuhan.
A Chinese whistle-blower claimed on a video that a faction of the Chinese government attempted to infect U.S. military personnel with the 2019-nCoV Coronavirus – during the 2019 Military World Games held in Wuhan.

It was also claimed that Wuhan officials were vaccinated in advance of the outbreak and it was the perfect cover for a foreign nation to release a weaponized biological agent.4 China’s first confirmed Covid-19 case has been traced back to November 17, just a few weeks after the earlier October dates for the military games.

4. January 1, 2020 China belatedly announces the virus to the world, halting domestic flights out of Wuhan but still allowing international travel.

5. January 21, 2020 Netflix series “Pandemic” released.
At the height of China’s crisis, with episodes titled, “Pandemic Is Now”, “Seek Don’t Hide” and “Don’t Stop Now” – raised eyebrows, with many describing it as “creepy” and “suspicious”.5 Note that the pandemic simulation and the world military games were on the same dates in October 2019.

6. January 24-27, 2020 World Economic Forum (WEF) meets in Davos to discuss global problems and economic policy.

7. January 30, 2020 WHO declared COVID-19 a Public Health Emergency – with only 150 known cases outside of China.

8. February-March, 2020 Covid-19 spreads throughout the world, with most nations implementing containment strategy.

9. March 11, 2020 WHO declared a pandemic, giving a green light for implementing the 2010 “Lockstep” plan – through all the other stages of unfoldment listed above.

“The Pandemic was launched by the WHO on March 11, 2020 leading to the Lockdown and closure of the national economies of 190 (out of 193) countries, member states of the United Nations. The instructions came from above, from Wall Street, the World Economic Forum, the billionaire foundations. This diabolical project is casually described by the corporate media as a “humanitarian” endeavour.”6

WHO Pandemic Declaration Horoscope
The Pandemic Declaration horoscope date is very revealing, as are the transits to WHO’s natal horoscope.

In the Pandemic Declaration horoscope, the rising sign is Cancer, a sign of mass consciousness:

“In the studying of the ray forces and their effects in Cancer, we must do so from the angle of the mass mind and the mass reaction and not from that of the individual. This is one of the signs of synthesis and of a relative fusion, but it is a fusion on the lower level of the spiral and connotes the fusion of the physical body and the soul but only in the embryonic stage and with the psychic stage still unindividualised. It is the stage of mass reaction to the incoming of the Sons of Light.7

Neptune is a planet of mass consciousness – it is the exoteric ruler of Pisces and esoteric ruler of Cancer:

“In the mass mind (of which Cancer is the truest expression), it is fortunate that Neptune is veiled by the Moon and that the form fails to register or step down many of the impacts to which the true man is sensitive. Average humanity is not yet fully equipped to bear the full range of these impacts, to handle them constructively or to transmute them and interpret them accurately.”8

What catches the eye immediately in this horoscope, is the presence of a Sun-Neptune conjunction in Pisces – prominently placed at the midheaven – the public, high profile. Neptune is in its own sign, as it has been for several years.

For Humanity at large, Neptune expresses in its lower frequency – glamour, being easily deluded, a veil of deception drawn over the truth. The presence of these two water signs Cancer and Pisces, is the ultimate combination for a medium/mediator – but also a recipe for duping or being duped!

Neptune is semi-square to Uranus, planet of science, the “authority” used to, “blind them with science”. Arguably a very shaky pretext for insisting on lockdown by a group of “medical experts” such as the discredited London Imperial College and others associated with WHO.

This has created a schism within the world body of medical practitioners. The pro-WHO groups and individuals are a financially incentivised minority – compared to the thousands of medical people and groups around the world who have argued against lockdown, found the PCR test invalid and noted the futility of crashing economies.

In this horoscope, the moon is in fair-minded Libra precisely square to Mars in Capricorn, the sign of authority. The moon is the personality ruler of the Cancer ascendant and represents the lowest common denominator of survival, fight or flight, food, staying healthy, shelter etc.

Mars (and Neptune), is co-ruler of the solar plexus centre, seat of the emotional body, hence this aspect can be so primordially fear-inducing. It was about this time in March 2020 that videos from China went viral around the world, of people falling flat on their faces in the street, allegedly from Coronavirus – later proven to be a hoax – within this greater hoax!

WHO Horoscope: Pisces Moon
In a previous analysis of WHO’s horoscope, it was stated:

“WHO is an Aries sun, indicating a forceful and pioneering leadership – the recent full moon of Aries fell right on WHO’s sun, pushing it into the spotlight. Transiting Saturn and Jupiter in Capricorn have recently squared the Aries sun, bringing its problems into focus. The 12 pm chart has Cancer rising, most apt for the care and nurturement of Humanity. The Moon is in Pisces, expressing empathy and loving understanding. But the Moon’s conjunction to Mercury in Pisces, can be subject to manipulation by others – or be outright deceptive.”9

Neptune was prominent in the earlier event horoscope above and as ruler of Cancer-Pisces. Yet in WHO’s horoscope, the event Sun-Neptune conjunction falls on WHO’s moon in Pisces. This midday horoscope is also Cancer rising and its ruler the Moon in Pisces, is in a T-square formation to Uranus (science) and Jupiter (expansion and amplification).

Hence, the inherently deceptive and confusing Pisces moon is further compromised by its square to Jupiter (exaggeration) and Uranus (scientific justification). Transiting Neptune will continue to conjoin the Pisces Moon right through to January 2023, so we might expect more obfuscation, contradiction, deception and outright lies.

WHO’s director Tedros Adhanom, stated that Covid-19 was Humanity’s biggest crisis since WWII. We might add that this massive fraud under the guise of Coronavirus, is the biggest threat to human liberty since WWII! Another passage to remind readers of the earlier WHO analysis:

“Currently, WHO is coming up for its Hygiea return by early June, whilst the progressed sun in Gemini is almost conjunct Hygiea (exact by Feb.2021), thereby contributing to the crisis. A crisis that contains many smaller crises – mismanagement, manipulation by donors, corporate interests, poor funding etc. WHO’s problems also highlight the entire approach of Western or allopathic medicine, its entwinement with big pharma and mineral drugs, vaccinations etc. – versus a more balanced approach to wholistic health and immunity (Hygiea).”10

Another interesting “deception factor” is the fact that WHO’s progressed sun is in Gemini – in its lower aspect, notorious for telling stories, lies and deviousness. Gemini ruler Mercury in Pisces has been squared by WHO’s progressed sun for the past two years, reaching exactitude in June 2020 and still in orb for another year!

It would be fair to use an old idiom then, that WHO could not “lie straight in bed”, could not tell the truth if it tried! A reminder also, that WHO is funded and partly founded by the Rockefeller Foundation in 1948, with its major donor today, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Finally, WHO’s director Tedros Adhanom (March 3, 1965), has an amazing six-planet stellium in Pisces! In fact, his Mercury in Pisces (communication) has been conjoined by transiting Neptune since 2019, exact in March 2020 (!), Sept. 2020 and Jan.2021. Not only is the WHO prone to deception or delusion but also its director. His Mercury in Pisces is conjunct USA’s progressed Sun in Pisces, a source of much maya for that nation in recent years. Exoterically, transiting Neptune conjunct Mercury:

“The events of this time will increase your mental perception, but may also be quite confusing. Your normally logical mind is more influenced by your imagination now, and straightforward, critical thinking may be difficult … Even though your perceptions will be quite accurate, it may take some time to really understand this new way of receiving information and you may feel disoriented at times.

Confusion is normal now … communication is also affected by this energy and you may experience more misunderstandings with other people … other people may see you as flaky or a daydreamer now, but try not to take their reactions too personally.”11

WEF, Klaus Schwab and The Great Reset

“Schwab and Malleret admit that Covid-19 is “one of the least deadly pandemics the world has experienced over the last 2,000 years”, adding that “the consequences of COVID-19 in terms of health and mortality will be mild compared to previous pandemics”. (Klaus Schwab & His Great Fascist Reset)

The Great Reset idea was pioneered by multi-Aries, Klaus Schwab, the head of the World Economic Forum (WEF) – which is relentlessly driving Covid-19 policy through all world governments. Schwab/WEF defines,

“The Great Reset is a five-point plan concerned with enhancing sustainable economic growth following the global recession caused by the COVID-19 pandemic lockdowns. The Great Reset” will be the theme of WEF’s Annual Meeting in January 2021. In November 2020, a conspiracy theory spread alleging a cabal of elites planned for a pandemic so they could implement global economic control and the New World Order.”12

Note Wikipedia’s reference to “conspiracy theory” that immediately attempts to dismiss the idea of an “emerging totalitarian world government” – the definition of “New World Order”. It appears that a totalitarian system is emerging and trying to impose itself during 2020 – through insane, draconian lockdowns, censorship in the majority of media, the ridiculing of medical professionals who have tried to counter the mainstream narrative etc.

“[Schwab] and his accomplices are using the Covid-19 crisis to bypass democratic accountability, to override opposition, to accelerate their agenda and to impose it on the rest of humankind against our will – in what he terms a “Great Reset”.”13

“The great reset entails a transformation of society resulting in permanent restrictions on fundamental liberties and mass surveillance as entire sectors are sacrificed to boost the monopoly and hegemony of pharmaceuticals corporations, high-tech/big data giants, Amazon, Google, major global chains, the digital payments sector, biotech concerns, etc.

Using COVID-19 lockdowns and restrictions to push through this transformation, the great reset is being rolled out under the guise of a ‘Fourth Industrial Revolution’ in which older enterprises are to be driven to bankruptcy or absorbed into monopolies, effectively shutting down huge sections of the pre-COVID economy. Economies are being ‘restructured’ and many jobs will be carried out by AI-driven machines.”14

Schwab is a forceful Aries personality, with a four-planet stellium in that sign and the moon in Pisces. This combination is the similar to his native Germany – an Aries soul and Pisces personality. It was the misuse of Aries and first ray energy by this nation that led to the fascist regime that started WWII. It is certainly not the intention of the author to demonise Schwab as a “Nazi”, but the dominating influence of Aries, a sign of force – is quite evident.

Schwab’s Jupiter is in Aquarius – much of his philosophy draws on the themes of technology, science etc. – but in a cold, remote sense, unalloyed with the heart qualities of Jupiter and the second ray of love-wisdom.

There is another unfortunate association here with the horoscope of the Third Reich (1933) that has Sun and Saturn in Aquarius, Aries moon. Observers have stated WEF and other bodies have dressed their plans with Aquarian ideals of brotherhood, communication and sharing, using globalisation and AI technology as a means to spread their message far and wide.

“The WEF says the public will ‘rent’ everything they require: stripping the right of ownership under the guise of ‘sustainable consumption’ and ‘saving the planet’. Of course, the tiny elite who rolled out this great reset will own everything.

Hundreds of millions around the world deemed ‘surplus to requirements’, are to be robbed (are currently being robbed) of their livelihoods. Our every movement and purchase are to be monitored and our main dealings will be online.”15

Schwab is “uber-qualified” with doctorates in economics and engineering, his predominant ray qualities are upon the “mind line” – third ray of active-intelligence and fifth ray of science, prominent throughout the IT industry, sciences and media. Schwab’s Jupiter also falls on WEF’s north node in Aquarius. (Naturally there is synastry between his personal chart and the forum he set up.) The unfortunate parallel continues,

“… Hitler. No matter what may be our personal opinion of him, there is no question that he has unified, produced fusion and blended together the various elements in the German race. This activity is Aquarian in nature but in its lowest and most undesirable aspect.”16

One might draw a parallel of Schwab’s work – on a global scale, attempting to fuse and blend but not necessarily using the higher and more “desirable” qualities of Aquarius. The Aquarian shadow contains selfish groups and organisations prone to this point of least resistance, embodied by the (lower) Leo polarity in its basic expression – at the outset of this new Aquarian Age.

Many of these organisations have incredibly sophisticated and integrated corporate personalities; in the past several centuries they were the organised cartels that worked behind the scenes, manipulating world events.

Aquarius is about community and related to communism: “a socioeconomic order structured upon the ideas of common ownership of the means of production and the absence of social classes, money and the state.”17 Is this the kind of system that the WEF is trying to impose?

Perhaps Schwab means well and has a misplaced idealism. Likewise, Schwab’s Pisces moon (the dweller) is a problem, as Germany’s Pisces personality was for the people who were easily manipulated:

“The major fault of the German people is an extreme negativity which makes them the most easily “conditioned” people of all time, plus an ability to accept dictatorship and propaganda without any questioning or revolt and with a deep sense of inferiority. The German people are consequently easily exploited, easily convinced by those who can shout and threaten; they are easily regimented.”18

Well, many Germans appear to have learnt their lesson from history and are leading the charge in Europe regarding protests against the restrictions of civil liberties. Very heartening to see! At the time of writing – and as a remarkable coincidence of the aligned group mind, the author received the following from a co-worker, during late Nov. 2020 when there were big demonstrations in Berlin (alot of anti-lockdown activity there), and the controversial arrest of a German doctor live online:

“This Reset program, has the same purpose as Hitler’s – control the human kingdom. This time they are covering it up with the facade that it is for the well-being of humanity. Depopulating the earth, controlling all human activities. Preventing social contact, and proximity. It means extermination of the thinking principle, of free speech and freewill. Progressives in all nations are aligned with it.”

But in Schwab’s case, it is not a matter of being passively exploited, he appears to be an active exploiter – or driven by a distorted idealism? Here the Pisces moon is at its most subtle and devious, reminding one of the shadowy moon-in-Pisces plotter Dick Cheney – former vice-president to the George W. Bush administration.

Controversial George Soros, a manipulator of souls (see later section) – also has the moon in Pisces – square to Mars in Gemini – Busiris the deceiver. To his credit, Schwab stated the following, even if one wonders if it was simply lip service, creating a “warm and fuzzy” veneer to more coldly calculating plans:

“I believe we need to emphasize the more human aspect in leadership as a counterweight to all of these technological advances. If you think about what a human being is, we exist because of brains, soul, heart. What we can replicate in a robot is the brain. But you never will replicate the heart, which is passion, compassion. And the soul, which enables us to believe. The robot will never have the ability to believe in something. So perhaps we will have at the end of this revolution–possibly, possibly–a basis for a new human renaissance.”19

Schwab’s Pisces moon is opposite its ruler Neptune in Virgo, adding to the potency of Pisces moon in its lower aspect – as the Deceiver or Deluder, the subtle shape-shifter; his moon falls close to WHO’s moon in Pisces, WEF/USA’s progressed Sun in Pisces and Adenhom’s Mercury in Pisces! Here is quite an amazing line-up – at the end of this Piscean era, of the Pisces energies in their most negative manifestation, used to delude, mislead, obfuscate and mesmerise.

Of course, with apologies to Pisces moon types (!), they express at lower and higher levels, according to their soul evolution, karma and ray types: Super-sensitive, highly intuitive, deep compassionate understanding, skilled in forgiveness and the art of listening, sacrifice and service.

“Klaus Schwab is not only the founder of the WEF, he is a former attendee and member of the Steering Committee for the secretive Bilderberg Group. The so-called Bilderberg Group has been meeting in secret since the 1950’s until recent years when the prying eyes of journalists eventually forced the group into the public.

The WEF itself is akin to a more public Bilderberg Group which brings together around 3,000 business leaders, international political leaders, economists, celebrities, and journalists for a five day conference to discuss global issues. The WEF meets every January in Davos, Switzerland, to discuss their agenda. The elitism of the WEF has resulted in Schwab and his cohorts being nicknamed The Davos Class.”20

Leo rising perfectly reflecting this group’s elitist power, wealth and influence – that includes monarchy, industrialists, academics, politicians and bankers. Yet paradoxically as a Leo rising, the lion has not emerged from its secretive lair. The reason for this is that Saturn is in Scorpio (secrets) square the Leo ascendant – creating the worst kind of “control freak” or ruthless power monger.

Note the Aries moon that sits on Schwab’s Mercury, plus its Gemini placements sit opposite the WEF positions in Sagittarius. Currently, three planets in Capricorn – Jupiter, Saturn and Pluto – have all been squaring Schwab’s Mercury in Aries. But power planet Pluto is set for its closer square to Mercury throughout 2021, reaching exactitude in Feb.2022, all the way through to the end of 2023. The 82 y.o Schwab may well find this time very difficult:

“During this period, important communications may occur that have a long-lasting effect. Not only do you tend to come across forcefully, but also you may encounter people or situations that attempt to control what you think and what you say. Pressure from the outside or within may prompt you to raise your voice and to be heard. You often have strong opinions now, and it is possible that you have to defend them as your ideas may come under attack. Although mental demands are often high, you have the capacity to think deeply and to probe behind appearances for the real truth.

Sometimes you have a need to be right and become so convinced of your point of view that you can see no other. You often can argue persuasively, although you may draw someone equally effective. While your steadfast positions can make it easy for you to distinguish what you think is right and wrong, your narrow focus can limit your possibilities … you may find yourself taking an extreme position that has little support. When you are on track, however, you can convey your perspective convincingly.”21

The True New World Order
It is ironic and insidious that the term New World Order was most likely hijacked from Alice A. Bailey’s use of the term in her books. Ironic, because on the one hand it has been a term used by world leaders for the past few decades, yet on the other, it is given a general definition of “conspiracy theory”.

There can be found all sorts of pyramid graphics online that pupport to identify the various groups and their levels on a descending scale. All of them are flawed or inaccurate, yet all hold a measure of truth. The Master Djwhal Khul’s vision of a New World Order is vastly different than the current proposed order by the WEF at al:

“In contradistinction to the totalitarian world order, what should the rest of the world plan? Towards what world objectives should the democracies work? Utopian schemes, idealistic forms of government and cultural living processes have ever been the playthings of the human mind, down through the centuries.

But these Utopias have been so far ahead of possibility that their presentation seems useless. They are most of them wholly impractical. Certain immediate possibilities and attainable objectives can, however, be worked out, given a definite will-to-good and patience on the part of humanity. Certain major and spiritual premises should lie back of all efforts to formulate the new world order. Let me state some of them:

1. The new world order must meet the immediate need and not be an attempt to satisfy some distant, idealistic vision.

2. The new world order must be appropriate to a world which has passed through a destructive crisis [WWII] and to a humanity which is badly shattered by the experience.

3.  The new world order must lay the foundation for a future world order which will be possible only after a time of recovery, of reconstruction, and of rebuilding.

4.  The new world order will be founded on the recognition that all men are equal in origin and goal but that all are at differing stages of evolutionary development; that personal integrity, intelligence, vision and experience, plus a marked goodwill, should indicate leadership. The domination of the proletariat over the aristocracy and bourgeoisie, as in Russia, or the domination of an entrenched aristocracy over the proletariat and middle classes, as has been until lately the case in Great Britain, must disappear. The control of labour by capital or the control of capital by labour must also go.

5. In the new world order, the governing body in any nation should be composed of those who work for the greatest good of the greatest number and who at the same time offer opportunity to all, seeing to it that the individual is left free. Today the men of vision are achieving recognition, thus making possible a right choice of leaders. It was not possible until this century.

6. The new world order will be founded on an active sense of responsibility. The rule will be “all for one and one for all.” This attitude among nations will have to be developed. It is not yet present.

7. The new world order will not impose a uniform type of government, a synthetic religion and a system of standardisation upon the nations. The sovereign rights of each nation will be recognised and its peculiar genius, individual trends and racial qualities will be permitted full expression. In one particular only should there be an attempt to produce unity, and that will be in the field of education.

8. The new world order will recognise that the produce of the world, the natural resources of the planet and its riches, belong to no one nation but should be shared by all. There will be no nations under the category “haves” and others under the opposite category. A fair and properly organised distribution of the wheat, the oil and the mineral wealth of the world will be developed, based upon the needs of each nation, upon its own internal resources and the requirements of its people. All this will be worked out in relation to the whole.

9. In the preparatory period for the new world order there will be a steady and regulated disarmament. It will not be optional. No nation will be permitted to produce and organise any equipment for destructive purposes or to infringe the security of any other nation. One of the first tasks of any future peace conference will be to regulate this matter and gradually see to the disarming of the nations.

These are the simple and general premises upon which the new world order must begin its work. These preliminary stages must be kept fluid and experimental; the vision of possibility must never be lost, and the foundations must be preserved inviolate, but the intermediate processes and the experimentations must be carried forward by men who, having the best interests of the whole at heart, can change the detail of organisation whilst preserving the life of the organism.

Right Human Relations
The objective of their work can be summed up thus: the new world order will facilitate the establishing of right human relations, based on justice, on the recognition of inherited rights, on opportunity for all—irrespective of race, colour or creed—on the suppression of crime and selfishness through right education, and on the recognition of divine potentialities in man as well as the recognition of a divine directing Intelligence in Whom man lives, and moves and has his being.”22

“Thank you very much and I do appreciate the opportunity to address you on this very important matter. And what I’m going to say is lay language and blunt. It’s counter narrative and so that you don’t immediately think I’m a quack I’m going to briefly outline my credentials so that you can understand where I’m coming from in terms of knowledge base in all of this.

I’m a medical specialist in pathology which includes virology. I trained at Cambridge university in the UK. I’m the ex-president of the pathology section of the medical association. I was previously an assistant professor in the faculty of medicine doing a lot of teaching. I was the chairman of the royal college of physicians of Canada examination committee in pathology in Ottawa.

But more to the point, I’m currently the chairman of a biotechnology company in North Carolina selling a COVID-19 test and you might say that I know a little bit about all this. The bottom line is simply this. There is utterly unfounded public hysteria driven by the media and politicians. It’s outrageous. This is the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on an unsuspecting public.

There is absolutely nothing that can be done to contain this virus other than protecting older more vulnerable people. It should be thought of nothing more than a bad flu season. This is not Ebola, it’s not SARS, it’s politics playing medicine and that’s a very dangerous game. There is no action of any kind needed other than what happened last year – when we got felt unwell we stayed home, we took chicken noodle soup, we didn’t visit granny, and we decided when we would return to work. We didn’t need anyone to tell us.

Masks are utterly useless. There is no evidence base for their effectiveness whatsoever. Paper masks and fabric masks are simply virtue signalling. They’re not even worn effectively most of the time. It’s utterly ridiculous seeing these unfortunate uneducated people and I’m not saying that in a pejorative sense – seeing these people walking around like lemmings obeying without any knowledge base to put the mask on their face.

Social distancing is also useless because COVID is spread by aerosols which travel 30 meters or so before landing. Enclosures have had such terrible unintended consequences. Everywhere should be open tomorrow as was stated in the Great Barrington Declaration that I circulated prior to this meeting. And a word on testing. I do want to emphasize that I’m in the business of testing for COVID. I do want to emphasize that positive test results do not mean a clinical infection. It’s simply driving public hysteria and all testing should stop. Unless you’re presenting to hospital with some respiratory problem.

All that should be done is to protect the vulnerable and to give them all in the nursing homes that are under your control, give them all three to five thousand international units of vitamin D every day, which has been shown to radically reduce the likelihood of infection. I would remind you all that using the province’s own statistics, the risk of death under 65 in this province, is one in three hundred thousand. You’ve got to get a grip on this.

The scale of the response that you’re undertaking with no evidence for it is utterly ridiculous, given the consequences of acting in a way that you’re proposing. All kinds of suicides, business closures, funerals, weddings, etc. – it’s simply outrageous.

It’s just another bad flu and you’ve got to get your minds around that. Let people make their own decisions. You should be totally out of the business of medicine. You’re being led by down the garden path by the chief medical officer of health for this province. I’m absolutely outraged that this has reached this level. It should all stop tomorrow.”

Reported Covid-19 Cases Versus Deaths
Here is an area where the most misleading impressions are created by media. Every day the headlines shriek new records of Covid cases, but there are not the corresponding deaths to warrant exceptional concern. For instance below, some of the latest figures as of Nov.14, 2020 show low average percentages in most cases.

There are several factors to bear in mind when looking at these figures:

– Most countries are being encouraged by authorities to report many or all deaths as Covid-19.
– Suspect testing using the PCR method that has been proven to be highly inaccurate.
– Statistics are from Jan.2020, a period which spans two flu seasons.
– Wearing masks does not correlate with a decrease in deaths, the opposite – an increase.
– Percentage perspectives are never used in the coronavirus statistics online.
– Affected age groups are never listed, you have to dig deeper to find them. Usually 65-100.

At the height of the 2020 epidemic, many European nations like Italy and Britain were up around 15% death rate – mainly in the aged population. Now that % has dropped because there are far less deaths – and more cases being reported. Looking at the percentages above, they are miniscule and do not warrant shutting down entire economies, preventing social contact and mandatory mask-wearing. As the Great Barrington declaration states, look after the elderly but do not shut down the economy.

Contrasting Covid-19 deaths to other diseases, the 2017 table above is very revealing, bearing in mind that the average figures will be similar for 2020. Hence worldwide, 1.31 M deaths (allegedly) from Covid-19 are close to liver deaths at 1.32 M. Covid-19 is a respiratory disease. Note that in 2017 – before Covid-19 was even conceived (!), figures for Respiratory Diseases and Lower Respiratory Infections were 3.91 M and 2.56 M respectively = 6.47 million.

Even 1.18 M tuberculosis could arguably be added to this figure. The 6.47 m figure would of course cover many ailments, ranging from emphysema, flu, bronchitis etc. Nevertheless, it is obvious that lockdowns or national campaigns were not required for anything else – and neither should they be for Covid-19. The bottom line – Humanity is being deceived!

More Madness in South Australia
The manufactured madness and over the top reaction in Australia continues (Nov.18) – as South Australia panics over 34 active cases, 1 person in hospital and 4 deaths since April (8 months). Now they are talking about a, “new faster acting strain of the virus” – really?

“From midnight tonight, for the next six days, all schools, pubs, cafes, takeaway food outlets, and the construction industry will close. Exercise will be banned outside the house. People will be restricted from going outside their homes.

Only one person per household will be able to leave the home each day, but only for specific purposes. People are being encouraged to wear masks whenever they are outside their homes. Universities and all outdoor sport will be shut down, while elective surgery will cease. Weddings and funerals will also be banned.”23

Who Are the “Deluders of Souls”?
To deceive, to delude, to hide the truth. This expression, “deluder of souls” applies to the aspirant on the second ray of love-wisdom who,

“… builds his Dweller and permits its steady and increasing control becomes a “deluder of souls”.  He is the true Anti-Christ, and through false teaching and the working of so-called miracles, through hypnotism and mass suggestion he draws a veil over the world and forces men to walk in the great illusion.”24

The majority of souls on planet Earth are upon the second ray line, but there are many on the first and third ray lines – who are “destroyers” and “manipulators” of souls:

“The first ray aspirant who fails to overcome his Dweller may become a “destroyer of souls”, as it is called, and be condemned (until he learns his lesson) to work in the forces of matter, and with the forms which hold all souls in prison.  This is the occult significance of the misunderstood words, death and destruction.  Of this type, the Devil is the great prototype.

The third ray person who also fails to shatter his “Dweller” becomes what is called a “manipulator of souls” and uses the mind to destroy the real and to put a veil between the man and reality. It must be remembered that none of these names and these activities refer to the soul on its own plane but only to human souls in incarnation on the physical plane.  This must be stressed, for on its own plane the souls of all men stand free from illusion, and neither can be destroyed, deluded nor manipulated.”25

It can be seen that all three groups are present today, with the two most active groups on the third and second ray. The third ray group is particularly active now, as its adherents work in the field of money, media, sciences and big tech:

“It is only “the souls in prison” who are subject to the activities of the forces of evil and only for a term. The first group works through governments, through politics, and the interplay between nations and is relatively small in number.

The second ray group who delude and deceive, work through religious agencies, through mass psychology, and the misuse and misapplication of devotion and of the arts.  They are largest in number. 

The third group work primarily through commercial relations in the business world, and through the use of money, the concretisation of prana or universal energy.”26

San Francisco: Ajna Centre of USA?
Hence, we can see how the second group using mass psychology, working closely with the third group in business, religious fundamentalism, arts and media. Here is the current conundrum in the world, with big tech and media pushing a relentless propaganda narrative, enacting the worst online censorship that the world has witnessed. (See, The Silicon Valley cyber-monopolies are a threat to free speech.)

Most of these companies are based on the southern part of San Francisco in the Silicon Valley – that serves as a global center for high technology, venture capital and innovation. Big names like Google, Twitter, Microsoft, Apple, Facebook, Cisco, Ebay, Hewlett Packard, Netflix, Oracle, Paypal, Lockheed and Tesla are all based here – with thousands of other companies.

Hence, there is a lot of mental/scientific concentration in this area, a theme associated with the throat and ajna centres. The USA has been assigned national chakras: Washington – head, Los Angeles – heart, New York – throat, Chicago – solar plexus.27 The ajna centre was not given, but San Francisco is a strong contender. (The author speculates on other cities in this essay Five Centres USA: NYC, LA, Chicago, Washington, Kansas City.) The following passage refers to a human being, but can be equally applied to any entity, in this case a nation:

“The ajna centre focusses the abstracted energy of the five centres up the spine and is the seat of personality power. According to the use made of that power and according to the direction of the force sent forth throughout the body by the directed, integrated personality, so will the organs of the body be affected.

The solar plexus can be stimulated from that centre with disastrous effects; the heart centre can be swept into undue activity by the imposition of personality force, and its energy deflected downwards in a focussed selfish manner; the solar plexus can be so over-vitalised that all the forces of the personality can be turned downwards and subverted to purely selfish and separative ends, thus producing a powerful personality, but—at the same time—the temporary suspension of the spiritual life of the man.

When this suspension takes place, all the forces of the body which have been “elevated” are driven downwards again, putting the man en rapport with the rank and file of humanity who are working through the lower centres; this tends to produce an immense personality success.

It is interesting to note that when this takes place, the energies—concentrated in the ajna centre—sweep down into the solar plexus or into the sacral centre, and seldom to the heart centre. The heart centre has a power all its own to produce what is called “occult isolation”, because it is the seat of the life principle.

The throat centre receives stimulation in this case but seldom to the point of difficulty.  The man is a powerful creative thinker, selfishly polarised and with an emotional solar plexus contact with the masses.  He frequently also has a strong sexual complex in some form or another.”28

Can we relate this passage to Silicon Valley/San Francisco? Perhaps. All centres have their individual and collective evolution, and it appears that this stage is of the selfish, powerfully integrated personality. San Francisco has an extreme polarisation of the rich and poor – thousands living on the streets, drug and mental health issues.

USA, Sagittarius and Joe Biden
The zodiac signs governing the USA as a whole are Aquarius (soul) and Gemini (personality). Washington is a Sagittarius personality which corresponds to the exoteric 1776 horoscope of Sagittarius rising – and Democrat presidential contender, Joe Biden.

What is the significance of Washington being a Sagittarius personality? Washington is where the laws are made, by which the nation lives. In formulating those laws, Sagittarius represents the highest kind of philosophy that can be striven toward.

Thomas Jefferson, one of the framers of the constitution, had the moon in Sagittarius with Aquarius rising – aligned with the nation’s soul purpose. Benjamin Franklin had Mars and Chiron in Sagittarius conjunct his midheaven. Abraham Lincoln had Saturn and Neptune in Sagittarius on the midheaven. He was of course, Aquarius sun and rising – emerging like the others from the soul of the nation. Samuel Adams had Jupiter, Saturn and rising sign all in Sagittarius!

Joe Biden’s Lies and Plagiarism

President Trump, with moon in Sagittarius, has been accused of being a pathological liar – it seems to be a politician’s stock-in-trade. But equally, Joe Biden’s lies and blatant plagiarism are legendary, well documented in the media.

Given this track record, will the old leopard change his spots overnight, as President? Is this what the American people want and can they trust him? (Bear in mind that the author is making a non-partisan assessment and analysis here!) The following is probably written by a Republican but the facts are in the public domain:

“Biden said in the September 12, 2019 debate: “We didn’t lock people up in cages. We didn’t separate families. We didn’t do all of those things, number one. They did”

• Not true, all those pictures you saw of the cages were taken in 2014 during his time in office.

Joe Biden has repeatedly said he was arrested with Nelson Mandela on the streets of Soweto during a trip to South Africa in the 1970s, when South Africa was under apartheid.

• There is absolutely no truth to this, as Biden was later forced to confess

Biden said on May 22, 2020 in an interview on The Breakfast Club radio show: “The NAACP has endorsed me every time I’ve run.”

• Not true. The NAACP has never endorsed any candidate

On September 3, 2019 in an NPR interview, referring to the Iraq War, “immediately, the moment it started, I came out against the war at that moment.”

• Not true. Biden fully supported the Iraq war and voted for the resolution to go to war

On August 7, 2019 – Joe Biden claimed that Donald Trump “asserted that immigrants would quote, ‘carve you up with a knife’.”

• He never said that about immigrants. He said that MS-13 Gang members were doing that

In a famous video confrontation with a critic, Joe Biden shouted: “I went to law school on a full academic scholarship, the only one in my class who had a full academic scholarship. The first year in law school, I decided I didn’t want to be in law school and ended up in the bottom two-thirds of my class. And then decided I wanted to stay, went back to law school and, in fact, ended up in the top half of my class. I graduated with three degrees from undergraduate school.”

• Every single word, every one of those claims is false.

He was caught cheating in school exams, got caught cheating and plagiarizing in Law School and in his political career there was this huge plagiarism scandal. [etc.]”29

Here we have many examples of “exagittarius” – where Biden’s Sag ascendant ruler Jupiter, amplifies and exaggerates to make a point, to tell a story that has emotional impact upon others. Biden is Sagittarius rising, his soul purpose that aligns with Sagittarius rising in USA’s 1776 exoteric horoscope.

Sagittarius, the sign of spiritual philosophy, idealism, religion, ethics, higher education and one-pointed, unerring orientation to the goal. Jupiter is the exoteric ruler of Sagittarius and is in Cancer (same as the USA), the sign of its exaltation. Esoterically Jupiter in Cancer,

“… indicates the successful development and eventual use of the form aspect and the development of psychic sensitivity both in the higher and the lower senses. These are important developments for the soul who has chosen to incarnate. The building of adequate forms and the use and control of form are essential if there is to be wise and right cooperation with the Plan of God.

Jupiter guarantees this in Cancer from the very initial stage of birth. Love as relationship to divinity and wisdom as relationship to form lie behind the soul’s intent. In space and time, for long aeons, form controls and hides the soul.

This is equally true in regard to the fluid psychic nature. These (the form aspect and the psychic nature) reach an eventual concrete perfection in Capricorn to become again in Cancer the perfect instrument of service which the initiate wields as he seeks to render mass service instead of being involved and lost in the mass.”30

Note the phrase, “fluid psychic nature” could easily be applied to Pisces or its ruler Neptune, but of course Neptune is the soul ruler of watery Cancer the Crab. The moon is the exoteric ruler of Cancer – and Biden’s Taurus moon squares Jupiter in Cancer, deepening the predisposition toward exaggeration, as any standard interpretation will reveal:

“… generally happy life and public popularity … high public profile can mean some exposure during difficult times which can lead to embarrassment or loss of face … changeable moods … scandalous relationships … self-discipline not a strong point … going to extremes … learning when to apply the brakes … glamorous appearance and outspoken nature … rebuild your life after a setback … regain the trust of loved ones or the public if you earned a reputation for treason.”31

Hence this square pattern, this samskara, is something Biden has brought in from the past (moon), no doubt resolving some – but much of it has expressed itself in public life, which may undermine public confidence in the future.

Fyodor Dostoevsky: Sagittarius Rising (Scorpio 11-11-1821)
“His psychological penetration into the darkest recesses of the human heart, together with his unsurpassed moments of illumination, had an immense influence on 20th-century fiction.”

Along with existentialist authors like Aldous Huxley, Franz Kafka and Herman Hesse – my generation devoured several of Dostoevsky’s books, “back in the day”. This Russian novelist, philosopher, short story writer and journalist was regarded as one of the greatest psychological novelists in world literature.

All this in, “the troubled political, social, and spiritual atmospheres of 19th-century Russia”.32 His most acclaimed writings are Crime and Punishment (1866), The Idiot (1869), Demons (1872), and The Brothers Karamazov (1880).

Sagittarius rising, a soul purpose that embraces the big picture, the expanded grand scheme of creation – Dostoevsky was exposed to many great writers and philosophers from an early age. A Gemini writer moon opposite Mercury in Sagittarius.

His life was intense and passionate, as with many Scorpio lives, and would have made a good book or movie in itself. (There are books about his life and a movie). Dostoevsky was a qualified engineer, sentenced to death, exiled in Siberia, prison, military service, several marriages, love affairs, epileptic seizures, gambling addiction etc.

“Ernest Hemingway stated that in Dostoevsky, “there were things believable and not to be believed, but some so true that they changed you as you read them; frailty and madness, wickedness and saintliness, and the insanity of gambling were there to know”.

James Joyce praised Dostoevsky’s prose: “… he is the man more than any other who has created modern prose, and intensified it to its present-day pitch. It was his explosive power which shattered the Victorian novel with its simpering maidens and ordered commonplaces; books which were without imagination or violence.”

Virginia Woolf said, “Out of Shakespeare there is no more exciting reading”. Franz Kafka called Dostoevsky his “blood-relative” and was heavily influenced by his works.”33

Dostoevsky suffered epileptic seizures throughout his life, an ailment which is explained esoterically in the following two passages:

“Certain forms of epilepsy are due to what we might call “a loose connection”, the consciousness stream or thread of energy is subject at times to withdrawal or abstraction, and this produces the familiar epileptoid symptoms and the distressing conditions seen in the usual fit. In a lesser degree, and producing no permanent, dangerous results, the same basic cause produces the so-called “petit mal” and certain types of fainting fits; these are caused by the brief and temporary withdrawal of the thread of consciousness energy.

It should be remembered that when this withdrawal takes place and there is a separation of the consciousness from the vehicle of conscious contact, all that we understand by the term consciousness, such as self-consciousness, desire and intelligence, is abstracted and only life and the consciousness inherent in the physical body cells remain.”34

“The stimulation of the ajna centre by the focussing of these energies may lead to disastrous psychological problems. A man may become an ego-maniac temporarily (all is temporary in the long life of the soul!) and become such a human monster as Hitler and others of his ilk, though in lesser degree; there may be also violent conditions of epilepsy, or the eyesight may be affected and a man may become blind. All these points warrant careful thought.”35

All disease can be seen in the horoscope and epilepsy might be considered under the heading of “Diseases of mystics”. (See this academic study related to seizures and mystical experiences.) The etheric body is ruled by the moon, “from the circulatory angle”. Dostoevsky’s  moon was in Gemini, a sign that is highly strung, with a nervous disposition. The moon is also angular opposite the rising sign Sagittarius.

On the date of his first seizure at the age of 17 (16 June 1839), transiting Mercury was precisely conjunct his moon in Gemini – which Mercury rules. With Mercury conjunct his natal ascendant in Sagittarius, Dostoevsky was a highly “mercurial” individual. In March 1879 he had four seizures – progressed moon was in Gemini, and several planets in Pisces were squaring his Gemini moon – Mercury, Venus, Sun, Moon and Saturn, the latter planet had been making a long term square to his moon.

Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn: Sagittarius Philosopher (1918 – 2008)
“Solzhenitsyn was a Russian novelist, philosopher, historian, short story writer political prisoner, outspoken critic of the Soviet Union and Communism, helping to raise global awareness of the Gulag forced-labor camp system.

After serving in the Red Army during World War II, he was sentenced to spend eight years in a labour camp and then internal exile for criticizing Josef Stalin in a private letter …

… The publication of Cancer Ward (1968), August 1914 (1971), and The Gulag Archipelago (1973) angered the Soviet Union authorities, and Solzhenitsyn lost his Soviet citizenship in 1974. He was flown to West Germany, and in 1976 he moved with his family to the United States, where he continued to write.

… He was awarded the 1970 Nobel Prize in Literature “for the ethical force with which he has pursued the indispensable traditions of Russian literature”. His The Gulag Archipelago was a highly influential work that “amounted to a head-on challenge to the Soviet state” and sold tens of millions of copies.”36

In this era of creeping totalitarianism, Solzhenitsyn’s story is relevant – in terms of standing up to imposed authority, no matter what the cost. Besides being a sagacious Sagittarian philosopher, his soul purpose was Aquarius – the soul sign of Russia. Like Aquarian Lincoln – emerging from the Aquarian soul of the USA, so Solzhenitsyn emerged from the soul of Russia.

Solzhenitsyn had Uranus, the ruler of Aquarius, conjunct his ascendant – the rebellious, revolutionary; he also had the moon in Pisces (much discussed in this newsletter!), with a deep understanding of compassion. Pisces also rules prisons such as the Gulag:

“Bless you prison, bless you for being in my life. For there, lying upon the rotting prison straw, I came to realize that the object of life is not prosperity as we are made to believe, but the maturity of the human soul.” (Aleksandr I. Solzhenitsyn, The Gulag Archipelago 1918–1956.)

In Feb.1945 Solzhenitsyn was arrested for writing derogatory comments about Stalin. The sun was passing over his Aquarian ascendant and Uranus whilst solar arc Uranus was conjunct his Pisces moon. On 7 July 1945, he was sentenced to an eight year prison term in a labour camp – the notorious gulags – source of his book The Gulag Archipelago.

That date in 1945 was just a few months before his progressed moon return in Pisces (prisons). Transiting Saturn in Cancer was opposite his progressed sun in Capricorn. Saturn’s transit through Cancer was most apt, as this often quoted passage suggests:

“Saturn is in the home of its detriment and thus produces those difficult conditions and situations which will lead to the needed struggle. This makes Cancer a place of symbolic imprisonment and emphasises the pains and penalties of wrong orientation.

It is the conflict of the soul with its environment—consciously or unconsciously carried on—which leads to the penalties of incarnation and which provides those conditions of suffering which the soul has willingly undertaken when—with open eyes and clear vision—the soul chose the path of earth life with all its consequent sacrifices and pains, in order to salvage the lives with which it had an affinity.”37

Most poignant words. Currently in this time of world upheaval, we must all ask ourselves how much we are willing to sacrifice ourselves “to salvage the lives with which we have an affinity”. Evil motives of many that hold global power today must be nipped in the bud, but that can only happen if those people are called out:

“In keeping silent about evil, in burying it so deep within us that no sign of it appears on the surface, we are implanting it, and it will rise up a thousandfold in the future. When we neither punish nor reproach evildoers . . . we are ripping the foundations of justice from beneath new generations.” (Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn)
