Happy new year for 2022 everybody! I hope those wishes do not ring too hollow in these difficult times, on this new year which coincides with the Capricorn new moon on Jan.2, 2022 – a lot of 2’s here! At the beginning of this third year of global crisis, many people are struggling economically, psychologically and spiritually – weighed down by a plethora of oppressive laws and contradictory information.
Capricorn is a sign of initiation and there is a huge testing and sifting underway. Yet many still seem to be blissfully unaware of just how serious the situation is – or are in wilful denial about it, often expressing a cognitive dissonance. That is, despite being presented with facts about a situation, there is a refusal to consider them because it goes against long-standing, entrenched ideas and conclusions – decisions already made.
Such people are unwilling to back down or reconsider their position because of conflict involved in allowing another perspective that clashes with their current view, cultural or media conditioning, lack of humility, laziness etc. (See this video of an ER doctor’s explanation of cognitive dissonance – in the context of his high pressure job.)
Capricorn is a mental sign ruled by Saturn, the lord of karma and ruler of the throat centre, gateway to the mental body. Here is where Capricorn gets its powerful mental discipline and skill of organisation, via the seventh ray that passes through this sign. But Capricorn is also a sign that suffers from severe crystallisation, through the thoughtforms created that no longer serve their purpose. This is why Saturn in one of its roles, is regarded as an expression of the dweller on the threshold:
“Saturn can be regarded as the planetary Dweller on the Threshold, for humanity as a whole has to face that Dweller as well as the Angel of the Presence, and in so doing discover that both the Dweller and the Angel are that complex duality which is the human family.”1
Hence, regardless of an individual’s birth chart, when the sun passes through Capricorn on its annual cycle, there is an opportunity to recognise crystallisation and work on it, to adopt a more flexible viewpoint. The new year cusp is a time of release and renewal. Capricorn rules the knees, a sign where humility is learnt – when Saturn drags us to our knees, in order for a lesson to be learnt and to swallow pride.
That might literally express itself as physically falling upon one’s knees – felled like a tree in the forest, brought down to earth with a resounding thud upon the humus, hence humility! Let us pass peaceably with awareness and realisation into 2022, or will Saturn drag us by the hair (or on our knees) – kicking and screaming toward understanding? Bear in mind that we are still experiencing the square dance of Saturn and Uranus, the battle between the old and the new.

New moons are deeply subjective periods wherein seed ideas can be developed and find their germination at the following full moon. As Capricorn is a sign of magical manifestation, of the construction of geometrical thoughtforms, of bringing spirit into matter, this is a particularly potent opportunity to begin the new year. Especially with Sun, Moon, Venus and Pluto in Capricorn!
Venus, the mind esoterically considered, assists in the building of new thoughtforms, whilst Pluto destroys the old ones, that are presently imprisoning Humanity. Saturn, the ruler of Capricorn, is placed in Aquarius along with Mercury – from where new ideas and innovations can flow.
Yet, the lower expression and point of least resistance for all these Capricorn placements, is for those in power to double-down even harder on current restrictions and the third jab in early Jan.2022 – which several observers have predicted.
Jupiter’s recent entry back into Pisces – offers some hope of maintaining a compassionate outlook, where kindness and consideration can prevail over expediency and efficiency. Jupiter is co-ruler of the second ray of Love-Wisdom (all those “2’s”), the primary ray of this solar system – and co-ruler of Pisces, a sign through which the second ray passes.
Jupiter in Pisces enables an amplified emphasis of that great Avatar of the Piscean age, The Christ – whose return is imminent in the Aquarian Age, soon to be determined at the Great Council of Shamballa in 2025.
The Global Capitalists Who Have “Wrecked the World”.
“Pay no consideration to the prudential considerations of worldly science and sagacity. If the aspirant has need to cultivate a capacity to walk alone, if he has to develop the ability to be truthful in all things, he has likewise need to cultivate courage. It will be needful for him to run counter consistently to the world’s opinion, and to the very best expression of that opinion, and this with frequency.
He has to learn to do the right thing as he sees and knows it, irrespective of the opinion of earth’s greatest and most quoted. He must depend upon himself and upon the conclusions he himself has come to in his moments of spiritual communion and illumination. It is here that so many aspirants fail.
They do not do the very best they know; they fail to act in detail as their inner voice tells them; they leave undone certain things which they are prompted to do in their moments of meditation, and fail to speak the word which their spiritual mentor, the Self, urges them to speak. It is in the aggregate of these unaccomplished details that the big failures are seen.”2
As part of an occasional series of new moon commentaries, the following article derives from reflections over the past two years, particularly the most recent one at the new moon of Sagittarius: Shamballa, Technocracy and the 84-Year Cycle of Uranus. All of these articles bring into account the following criteria:
1. Much research through a mountain of news and information – as synthesised in my newsletters.
2. Many dialogues with co-workers who hold similar or contrary views to myself.
3. An understanding of modern history and ancient esoteric history – for which I have authored several books.
4. My understanding of the Planetary Plan as presented in the ageless wisdom teachings.
5. Guided by intuitive impressions.
Hence, the following is my best grasp of the big picture view of the global situation as I see it today – exoterically and esoterically considered. I hope you find this essay thought provoking and illuminating!
“… the cause of all world unrest, of the world wars which have wrecked humanity and the widespread misery upon our planet can largely be attributed to a selfish group with materialistic purposes … The responsibility for the widespread misery to be found today in every country in the world lies predominantly at the door of certain major interrelated groups of businessmen, bankers, executives of international cartels, monopolies, trusts and organizations and directors of huge corporations who work for corporate or personal gain.”3
The title of this article is taken from a quote in The Tibetan’s book through Alice A. Bailey, Problems of Humanity – it does not appear to be that well known, referred to, understood or applied by students – in applying it our present day, as the world approaches 2025.
Problems of Humanity was written 1945-7 and since that post-war period, the methods, techniques and scheming of these groups has been refined with the aid of modern technology, to a level of complexity and sophistication hitherto unknown 80 years ago. Here follows the full passage, worth reflecting upon before entering into an expanded commentary:
“First of all, it must be recognized that the cause of all world unrest, of the world wars which have wrecked humanity and the widespread misery upon our planet can largely be attributed to a selfish group with materialistic purposes who have for centuries exploited the masses and used the labor of mankind for their selfish ends.
From the feudal barons of Europe and Great Britain in the Middle Ages through the powerful business groups of the Victorian era to the handful of capitalists – national and international – who today control the world’s resources, the capitalistic system has emerged and has wrecked the world.
This group of capitalists has cornered and exploited the world’s resources and the staples required for civilized living; they have been able to do this because they have owned and controlled the world’s wealth through their interlocking directorates and have retained it in their own hands.
They have made possible the vast differences existing between the very rich and the very poor; they love money and the power which money gives; they have stood behind governments and politicians; they have controlled the electorate; they have made possible the narrow nationalistic aims of selfish politics; they have financed the world businesses and controlled oil, coal, power, light and transportation; they control publicly or sub-rosa the world’s banking accounts.
The responsibility for the widespread misery to be found today in every country in the world lies predominantly at the door of certain major interrelated groups of businessmen, bankers, executives of international cartels, monopolies, trusts and organizations and directors of huge corporations who work for corporate or personal gain.
They are not interested in benefiting the public except in so far that the public demand for better living conditions will enable them – under the Law of Supply and Demand – to provide the goods, the transportation, light and power which will in the long run bring in heavier financial returns. Exploitation of man-power, the manipulation of the major planetary resources and the promotion of war for private or business profit are characteristic of their methods.
In every nation, such men and organizations – responsible for the capitalistic system – are to be found. The ramifications of their businesses and their financial grasp upon humanity were, prior to the war, active in every land and though they went underground during the war, they still exist. They form an international group, closely interrelated, working in complete unity of idea and intention and knowing and understanding each other.
These men belonged to both the Allied Nations and the Axis Powers; they have worked together before and through the entire period of the war through interlocking directorates, under false names and through deceptive organizations, aided by neutrals of their own way of thinking.
Today, in spite of the disaster which they have brought upon the world, they are again organized and renewing their methods; their goals remain unchanged; their international relationships remain unbroken; they constitute the greatest menace mankind faces today; they control politics; they buy prominent men in every nation; they insure silence through threat, cash and fear; they amass wealth and buy a spurious popularity through philanthropic enterprise [Rockefeller, Gates]; their families live soft and easy lives and seldom know the meaning of God-ordained work …

… they surround themselves with beauty, luxury and possessions and shut their eyes to the poverty, stark unhappiness, lack of warmth and decent clothing, the starvation and the ugliness of the lives of the millions by whom they are surrounded; they contribute to charities and church agencies as a salve to their consciences or to avoid income taxes; they provide work for countless thousands but see to it that these thousands receive so small a wage that real comfort, leisure, culture and travel are impossible.”4
What differs from 80 years ago to today, is that a broader population is waking up to the machinations of these individuals and groups; their presence in the world has never been so prominent, through gigantic corporations, the military industrial complex, big pharma, banks and media. Through the staged “plannedemic” and the deliberate introduction of a deadly, lab-made virus, these groups are bringing about a rigid control and virtual strangulation of Humanity.

If students of the wisdom reflect upon these facts in the passage above, written by a Master of Wisdom, they might not be so hasty to jump to the defense of billionaires like Bill Gates and organisations like WHO and WEF – dictating a skewed world vision from behind a facade of philanthropy – “for the betterment of humanity”.
The profiles of these entities have their indelible proofs, especially when we recall the old adage, “By their fruits ye shall know them”. All of the examples given, whether individual or corporate – have long track records of malfeasance, deception and manipulation. For instance, as detailed painstakingly in Robert F. Kennedy Jr’s latest best-seller book, The Real Anthony Fauci: Bill Gates, Big Pharma, and the Global War on Democracy and Public Health.)
One interesting fact stated in this book is that Fauci and his agency receive $1.97 billion for bio-weapons research – 68%% of his salary is derived from those grants. “Kennedy also made the case that Fauci conspired with U.S. government intelligence agencies, most prominently the CIA, to script the entire reaction to the virus before the outbreak reached U.S. shores.”5 (See an in-depth video interview between Kennedy and James Corbett here.)
The author does not have any personal axe to grind with these individuals, they are simply the most obvious examples where information about their activities is widely available – which can be analysed astrologically with impersonality and detachment.
Knowing about them – from facts that are in the public domain, enables everyone to consider or challenge their ideas. Hence, this essay is not necessarily a question of pointing the finger – “look at these evil-doers”, these liars and deliberate deceivers; they belong to a huge network – part of a culture of shared global interests, most of whom maintain a relative anonymity; it is this entire centuries-old culture that is in dire need of a radical overhaul and transformation.
The aim here is to re-state and re-enunciate a perspective – for those students of the Wisdom who rationalise that what these people are doing is somehow, “part of the Plan”, basically ignoring the stone-cold FACTS – and that much of what has unfolded thus far constitutes a vicious assault upon Democracy. It is not without good reason that Gates has been demonised by many, but of course human outrage and astral polarisation can create distortions that might be labelled as “conspiracy theory”.

Yet, for the awakening masses and many independent thinkers, who may not have grasped the whole truth and may have created distortions of perception – generally their perceptions are sound – in recognising and resisting the mainstream narrative imposed upon them. The rising tide of resistance in every nation – “The Great Awakening” is testament to this. If minds and discrimination are not so well developed, innate god-given intuition is always good guidance.
The house of cards built in the past two years is starting to fall apart, through so many lies and contradictions, vaccine deaths and side-effects. Even the CDC (Centre for Disease Control) is now quietly withdrawing the PCR process as a valid test for detecting and identifying Covid, stating that it cannot differentiate between Covid and influenza viruses.
On the whole, Gates has been one of the most relentless drivers of the vax narrative in the past two years, plus the endgame of digital identification and control of the financial system – which he has been working on for years. Gates fits perfectly DK’s description of “businessmen who work for corporate and personal gain … they love money and the power which money gives … finance the world businesses”. As CEO of Microsoft, Gates has a shocking record of deceit, manipulation and ruthless, monopolising business practices:
A small example of the many entities and interlocking directorates connected to just one person of enormous wealth.
“Bill Gates has used his immense wealth to garner influence and media time, spreading his message of fixing global health issues while he continues to make billions. Using the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to dole out grants and donations, Gates has created a web of organizations who owe their budget to the Foundation or answer directly to Gates. [“They form an international group, closely interrelated, working in complete unity of idea and intention.”]
By tracing the Foundation’s investments and Gates’ relationships we can see that nearly every person involved in the fight against COVID-19 is tied to Gates or his Foundation by two degrees or less. [“They amass wealth and buy a spurious popularity through philanthropic enterprise”.]
This gives Bill Gates and his Foundation an unchallenged influence over the response to the pandemic. Equally worrisome is Gates’ call for global lock down until the entire world has been vaccinated and given a digital certificate to prove immunity.
Why are Bill Gates’ new corona vaccines possibly killer vaccines? – Here is how it works. The Gates Foundation first created the pharmaceutical company “Moderna” in Seattle, Washington State, not far from his Microsoft empire, basically to produce tailor-made vaccines for the Gates Foundation.
Then the foundation gave US$20 million to Moderna for the development of a COVID vaccine. A few days ago, Moncef Slaoas resigned from Moderna’s Board to become White House Director of Operation Warp Speed, a plan to fast-track a COVID vaccine. Nobody seems to bother about the flagrant conflict of interest – let alone the health risk that poses.”6
As detailed in the author’s newsletters for the past two years, Gates is associated with a host of other billionaires, business people and multifarious entities like Johns Hopkins University, Imperial College London, etc. – who are all working in concert with his plans, networking and dictating policy to world governments. Gates’s foundation is now the major funder of WHO (since Trump withdrew the USA’s grants), the private organisation that is dictating medical policy to all world governments.
Today, these manipulators of humanity have realised that the old methods such as “promotion of war for private or business profit” can be replaced by a war upon humanity through an enforced vaccine and digital identity program.
Their motive – to extend control, “harvest data” and create a virtual slave society where everyone is monitored for social credit scores – much like Communist China has already implemented for several years. China, home of the Wuhan virus – manipulated, developed and funded by the likes of Anthony Fauci and USA’s National Institute of Health (NIH). Again, note that this is not an initiative from any single nation, it is a hidden global plan and in fact – a conspiracy that has been planned for over ten years. All these individuals and groups are the outer, visible face of the Materialistic Forces or Black Lodge; they are not necessarily “evil” but certainly through their materialistic bias, fanatical idealism or the tendency to selfishly exploit others – become willing soldiers doing the bidding of their dark masters.

Labour and Capital: Earth and Moon Chain Souls
These aforementioned groups represent the intelligentsia in the world, who have well developed minds, but have unequal development of compassion – or awareness of the deeper spiritual verities:
“The problem of labor and capital has its roots in the subjective distinction between “equipped and unequipped” Egos, between those units of the human family on earth who have passed out of the Hall of Ignorance, and those who are yet groping in its dark and gloomy corridors; between those Egos who are only “bud” Egos, and those who have organised the outer circle of petals, and whose petals are ready to open up.”7
Esoterically, many of these groups are souls from the “moon chain” evolution who are more developed mentally than their younger “earth chain” brothers; they have unfolded all the knowledge petals within the heart lotus and some of the will petals, but fall behind in the love petal development. Some have even progressed spiritually through the first and even second initiations in some cases, which makes them appear more “reasonable”. But discerning students also know that anyone can be used by Material Forces, right up to the exalted stage of a third degree initiate.
“That’s what this is all about, humanity versus inhumanity. We are human. We can laugh, cry, sing, dance and hug. The other side, Mr. Global and his puppets can’t do that. They can only fake feelings and have no empathy at all. This is because the other side has no access to the spiritual side. The US Constitution starts with the words, ‘We the People.’
And when the wall came down between East and West Berlin, 33 years ago, it was the East German people chanting – We the people – that brought it down. Mr. Global’s house of cards will come crashing down the very same way. Without a doubt in my mind, Mr. Global and his puppets will lose this war of good against evil – they will lose their insane war against life and creation itself. There is no other way.” (Dr. Reiner Fuellmich, German prosecutor.)
Hence, with a dominant combination of knowledge and will petals activated, there results ruthless practices with barely any conscience, supported by the rationalising concrete mind. According to the WEF’s regular presenter, Prof. Yuval Harari – the “philosopher of the elite”, technocrats view people as “hackable animals” ( “useless eaters” or “deplorables”), Harari says:
“The whole idea that we have a soul, or spirit, and they have free will, and no one knows what’s happening inside me, so whatever I choose in the election, or the supermarket, that’s my free will — that’s over.”
What! Here is a good example of the lack of awareness – of the ABC’s of spirituality, karma and reincarnation. For instance, many of these capitalists and very bright minds in Silicon Valley mostly believe that they are only here for “one life”, having only vague notions of what happens when we die. These attitudes have been reinforced in some cases by religious fundamentalism that does not recognise the reality of reincarnation.
Hence their efforts to selfishly accumulate and accrue as much wealth as possible – or to cryogenically preserve themselves and “live forever” – promoting the World Economic Forum’s stated ideals of AI technology; or to immerse themselves in the unreal, virtual realm of a Meta-verse.
There cannot be a more materialistic approach to life. Everywhere one looks, there are examples of the selfish uses of technology, used to control or take advantage of individuals or nations: There is now a race for the military application of these kind of technologies like “brain control weaponry” – led by countries such as China. Facebook is funding brain experiments to create a device that reads your mind – they have several billion members to experiment upon!
There is nothing wrong with technology – used with right motive, principles and ethics, it will be one of the hallmarks of the Aquarian Age. At this stage however, technology is a runaway train, the plaything of billionaires and corporations independent of government controls – whether that is launching 20,000 satellites into space to enhance 5G and spying networks, weather manipulation or digital control of the masses – to name just a few. The Tibetan returns to the theme of capital and labour,
“In the U.S.A. [and globally] you have the problem of the relationship between capital and labour awaiting solution; the conflict is fierce but a compromise will eventually be worked out if capital concedes certain arrogant powers, recognises the rights of other human beings and demonstrates less selfish greed, and if labour will work with less selfishness, prove less exacting and evince a more understanding spirit. The bridge between these two great groups must and will be built.”8
Ironically, Klaus Schwab writes in his 2020 book, The Great Reset: “First and foremost, the post-pandemic era will usher in a period of massive wealth redistribution, from the rich to the poor and from capital to labour.” This is a most deceptive and disingenuous statement, that on the surface appears benign and in line with the ideals of Hierarchy, but is really an imposed plan of basic income, completely controlled with no free will of people to determine their own destiny.
Just like Austria and Germany of the 1930’s. Again, “you will own nothing and be happy … you will rent everything” – not in my world, mate! In the past few decades the world has seen the sad erosion of most of the gains fought for over a century by the Labour movement – the corporations now dominate and dictate accordingly. The video below features Jewish holocaust survivor – Vera Sharav, discussing the destruction of democracy, today’s parallels with Nazi Germany and the gradual diminishing of freedoms.
In this video, another Austrian and holocaust survivor, Kitty Werthmann shares similar firsthand insights into history and parallels with today. Friends, these examples are not the shrieking of alarmist, unbalanced people, they are the “canaries in the coalmine” warning us that history is repeating itself.

The Plan of Sanat Kumara
Those who fail to recognize the truth in DK’s passage about “capitalists that have wrecked the world” – may come to believe that our current global situation is the “Will of Sanat Kumara” – in other words that it is a “divinely sanctioned” part of the Planetary Plan.
This would be a rather naive and superficial rationalisation, a “cop-out” if you will, – that might be more about justifying personal decisions of going along with the corporate narrative that has been forced upon the world – and completely ignoring all evidence to the contrary.
This view of “divine sanction” could not be further from the truth – is this how Hierarchy works? In the first place, there is irrefutable evidence of the concoction of a man-made virus – followed by cover-ups and justifications, lies, deceit, subterfuge, coercion, totalitarian tactics, intimidation – endless variants – chaos, violence and suspension of human liberties – that has led to a severe undermining of democracy. An appalling mental health crisis has eventuated – especially in children, and suicide figures are astronomical.
No, this is entirely an initiative of the Materialistic Forces working through their aforesaid “soldiers” – mentally advanced and selfishly motivated. And of course, as re-stated regularly in this author’s missives, it is a major assault upon Humanity before the great Centennial Conclave in the Council Chamber of Shamballa in 2025.
There is a difference between something that might emanate as a “divine decree” from Shamballa in the form of a genuine “natural” pandemic such as influenza, and that which has been plainly and blatantly created by selfish groups – “playing god”, leading to the totalitarian stranglehold unfolding rapidly before our eyes today.
And yet of course, it is part of the Planetary Plan – in that Sanat Kumara and the Masters of Wisdom have long anticipated this minor “Judgement Day” – of choice, where the laggards carrying the karma from the aforementioned moon chain, would contribute to another planetary crisis; in some ways, they are the needed catalyst to force a Great Awakening.
The Earth chain souls also have a great responsibility for this current situation, due to their remarkable acceleration of mental power in this Fifth Rootrace – that has almost caught up with the advanced mental stage of the “moon chainers”.
Bear in mind that the world has only just been through a recapitulation of the ancient Atlantean conflict in last century’s two World Wars, which appears to be in its third and final phase today. That Atlantean war was caused by the influx of moon chain souls, several subraces after the Earth chain souls individualised in the previous rootrace, Lemuria. And so the “Silent Watcher” (Sanat Kumara, The Ancient of Days) – and Hierarchy look on, allowing events to unfold, to test the mettle of Humanity – all aspirants and disciples at their various levels of unfoldment – an initiatory process related to discernment and discrimination, the invocation of the spiritual will, fear versus courage and the expression of unconditional love.
All these events today are occurring within the last gasp of the Age of Pisces, in preparation for the Aquarian cycle to unfold over the next two millenniums. What the world is witnessing however, is the shadow of Aquarius – group work and organisation selfishly motivated, not the true sharing of the Aquarian water-bearer who pours forth generously in world service.
A Station of Light
In the next 500 years, during the first 720-year decanate of Aquarius, there will be established a “station of light” that will see Humanity – through group initiation, achieve protection from the Forces of Materialism:
“The past glory of individualisation must fade away in that of initiation. The glory of the slowly emerging self-consciousness must be lost to sight in the wonder of the group consciousness of the race, and this the foremost thinkers and workers today most ardently desire. The glory that can be seen faintly shining in humanity, and the dim light which flickers within the human form, must give place to the radiance which is the glory of the developed son of God.
Only a little effort is needed, and the demonstration of a steady staying power, to enable those who are now on the physical plane of experience to evidence the radiant light, and to establish upon the earth a great station of light which will illumine the whole of human thought.
Always there have been isolated light bearers, down the ages. Now the group light bearer will shortly be seen … if all the aspirants of the world and all the disciples at work in the world today will submerge their personal interests in the task immediately ahead, we shall have what I might pictorially call the opening of a great station of light on earth, and the founding of a power house which will greatly hasten the evolution and elevation of humanity, and the unfoldment of the human consciousness.”9
The establishment of this station of light and power will make possible the emergence of the Mystery Schools – that will unfold with the return and supervision of the Masters of Wisdom. The coming Aquarian Age will see the Externalisation of many ashrams within the greater Ashram of The Christ.
The three planetary centres of Shamballa, Hierarchy and Humanity (Head, heart and throat centres) – will meet on the physical plane and “occultly know each other”: “Two centres then will be “visible in the light” – the Hierarchy and Humanity.”10
This is The Plan slated to unfold in the next several decades – all that is occurring now, as the author has asserted frequently during 2020-2022, is an astral smoke screen created by fear and propaganda – to blind Humanity and delay the Reappearance of the Christ some time after 2025.

Non-Recognition of the War: Don’t Mention the War!
Another pressing factor, is that the majority of Humanity and many wisdom students do not appear to recognise that what is occurring in the world today – is a war: A war that rages particularly on the astral plane – where fear is easily aroused, but which is playing out upon the physical plane – as one small but powerful group exert their influence, aggression and control over the majority.
This is a paradox, given that occult students are supposed to recognise the subtle cause, before it reaches physical plane effects. What will it take for them to recognise that this is a war – an invasion of one nation against another – a declared engagement of hostilities between nations?
No, this is at once a silent coup d’état and loud aggression – where one minority group has attempted, and mainly succeeded so far – in deceiving another greater group, through the faux authority of “science”, augmented by a “divide and conquer” approach, and through relentless propaganda bombardment. Here we see the “three aspects” correspondences to Will (glamour of authority), Love (glamour of division/hatred) and Intelligence (glamour of devious and continuous manipulation). Collectively speaking, these aggresssors are the prophesied anti-Christ.
A “bloodless coup” is more effective than a physical war – where one group attempts to control another group through military action and gross violence. As most of Humanity are locked into the maya of the physical plane, they are easily fooled by appearances and conned by these manipulative forces accordingly.
Hence the author’s oft-repeated proposal that this is the third and final phase of the two world wars fought out last century. The difference is that this time there is no easily identifiable enemy nation that has “declared war”. With the aid of technology, the “enemy” of hidden organisations (referred to earlier) – has seeped and suffused itself throughout all nations and cultures – hence its elusiveness.
As this phenomenon has never occurred before in recent human history, humanity has been ambushed, taken by surprise – and through its inherent sense of goodwill, has never contemplated the possibility of such an aggression – once only the province of a science fiction thriller.
To take the war theme further, there are now “quarantine camps” being built in many countries for the “unvaccinated” or those who voice dissent against the mainstream narrative. Some claim that these camps will be for the many people who will become increasingly sick from vaccine side-effects.
These camps are the dystopian nightmare, having their parallels in the internment camps built by the Nazis in the 1940’s or the Soviet gulags – 1930’s to 1950’s. The camps have already been or are being built in places like Australia – one of the nations to have adopted the worst draconian, intimidating China-style lockdown measures.
The silencing of millions of dissenting voices continues unabated, the suppression of thousands of highly qualified health professionals – aided and abetted by brownshirt Big Media – one of the most culpable players in this wretched farce, reinforces this travesty of justice.
Here is the equivalent of Nazi book-burning and the persecution of intellectuals – the denial of the innate human freedom to think, to have a point of view and discuss ideas. “Big Tech is now the corporate manifestation of Orwell’s Ministry of Truth.”
This current trend is strengthened by the general dumbing-down of the masses in recent years, the inundation of trash culture, the deliberately created confusion around gender, climate change and race – along with A.D.D. techno distractions that erode the focus and integrity of the individual.
This is where the world stands today, at the crossroads of the biggest crisis since 1930’s Europe -where the same 84-year Uranus in Taurus cycle was influencing. If an historical amnesia persists, Humanity will be condemned to repeat its past mistakes. Humanity is being tested to stand up for the freedom of choice, to make sacrifices in their personal lives in the name of protecting god-given freedoms.
How many people are willing to do this remains to be seen. Will it come down to the point where billions have been hopelessly corralled into utter compliance – when there comes the too-late realisation that they have been robbed of all their freedoms? Hence the need to respond now – whether that means enduring privation of things once taken for granted, going on protest marches, public disobedience and non-compliance, or incarceration – how far would everyone go to resist the imposition of tyranny and totalitarianism? As noted in the videos above, in 1930’s Europe it happened in small increments and the general population did not notice.
Tyranny, Totalitarianism and the Four Freedoms
Yale professor and best-selling author, Naomi Wolf – discusses these themes in the following must-see video interview: Naomi Wolf on Censorship, Vaccine Passports, and the Reversal of ‘My Body, My Choice’.
She also states that globally there is no longer any left or right in politics. Here is the Plutonic meltdown that is required, as politics goes into a chrysalis period – awaiting the emergence of something new and synthesised – driven by principled, incorruptible people. May that butterfly’s emergence not be hijacked also. One must apolitically ask however, in this era of everything turned upside down, inside out and back to front – how did the Left get subverted into being enforcers for Big Pharma, Media and Gov?

“The government/Big Pharma public messaging about the virus seems to almost have been designed to appeal to the left-wing sense of empathy that green groups and other activists specialize in. ‘My mask protects you, your mask protects me. My shot protects you, your shot protects me.’ This collectivist approach has been alluring to the left, as it appears on the surface to offer a chance to undermine the excessive individualism and greed they have always railed against.
Unfortunately they have failed to realize that this pseudo-empathetic approach actually empowers the greedy and exploitative systems they are supposed to be against, and grants the ‘evil greedy corporations’ previously unfathomable authority over everyday life.” (W. Aaron Vandiver, a Colorado attorney and wildlife conservationist.)11
Also in this excellent article – the author observes,
“It’s also worth noting the pre-existing Green/Left dogma prioritizing “kindness” above all else. This dogma essentially weaponizes kindness and then launches it at anyone or anything that might confound the simplicity of group-think with complexity. Long before Covid struck, we were already being keelhauled by kindness [!] from Greens and the Left. This practice expands quite naturally and aggressively into the official Covid messaging.
So now it’s unkind not to vaccinate, unkind not to take every booster offered, unkind not to mask everywhere including outdoors or alone in your car, unkind to call the Omicron head cold a head cold, unkind to scare people with the VAERS database, unkind to even raise questions because doubt somehow drives variants. And so on.” (Mass Formation: How the Left Got Duped)
Tibetan deity Mañjuśrī – intuitive wisdom, with the sword of discrimination, cutting through ignorance and duality.
Naomi Wolf also discusses the breakdown of the Four Freedoms, a theme repeated frequently by this author in recent newsletters. Of particular concern – freedom of speech and freedom of assembly, completely shut down by government and media in these past two years. The most obvious response to this prevention of open public discussion and assembly on the subject of Covid, vaccinations etc. is – what are they trying to hide?
As RFK Jr. expresses it – “In all the liberal democracies of the world, there was a controlled demolition of constitutional and civil rights, the imposition of censorship, the closure of millions of churches and businesses, the abolition of property rights etc.”
And a final word from The Tibetan,
“The struggle for freedom and liberation from environing conditions … the world fight for the freedom of the will of men, as it expresses itself in the press, in speech, in government, or in the struggle for a deepened spiritual life for man. This “energy of liberation” was sensed, registered and voiced for humanity by Franklin D. Roosevelt in The Four Freedoms … he thereby laid the foundation for the new civilisation and the new world culture.”12
Friends, the world cannot allow the foundation of the great Aquarian cycle to be sabotaged and delayed by this group of swindlers and merchants of greed. Now is the time to stand up and reclaim freedoms from the kleptocrats – in your local or global communities – and wield the flaming sword of truth!

All we have to do is look at the toilet roll fiasco in 2020, when we were first faced with lockdowns. People grabbing every roll in the shop and to hell with anyone else. Humans can be money grabbing beasts at both ends of the scale.

Hello Phillip, I just read your synthetic reconstruction of what is happening since two years in this crazy world, and thank you for your clear openness.
This morning, 1st of January, 2022 I woke up and was thinking about how the World would be, when on the top if each important government would sit a Master of Wisdom with some initiates.
I am sure that great changes would happen very soon. Maybe some are already here, waiting for the right moment to act!? Any how, we have to go the middle way, without being influenced by vax or no-vax, ignoring as much as possible the impositions of the local government, and discerning on what is happening around us from a correct distance.
Thank you Phillip, an outstanding article with a collection of videos, references, books etc that bring together the ancient wisdoms, history, astrology and your intuitive insights through this current great reset. A great resource and wealth of both esoteric and academic information I can take forward as a ray 2 soul and also now Jupiter is in Pisces in 2022 to build with other souls on the Poeer of Light needed on earth at this time.
I am finally beginning to realize the truths you have been expressing. I have vaccinated and boosted as I tend to be a liberal and go along with the crowd to do the right thing. But I am listening to other wiser voices now… how to mend my mistakes about it now is my intent. Very aware we are in a war. A bit scared that I will give in and praying I will take the narrow road. I am aligned with all the theory. The real hard question I believe is what to do about it in the world today? I can do my practices and meditations to work on the inner planes but what do in outer world affairs?
Organize and resist seems to be the likely avenues open to a lesser and lesser extent. Hitler did not come down because of the resistance in occupied countries. Massive bombing and the Russian winter were key components, For Japan it took two atomic bombs. What will this take and how can I approach my role? Knowing how bad it is does help with motivation but not action. I am guessing I am not alone with this unanswered question and I also realize it is likely a different answer for every person. However, some guidance would be very useful Phillip in my case and perhaps others too?
Hi Carl, the most obvious I think is to align oneself with like minded groups online and/or on the physical plane. If there is a ban on street marches in London for instance, how are they going to prevent 500,000 or a million from marching peacefully? Many of us feel powerless and impotent in the face of a daunting, dominating status quo – but they are powerless if enough people stand up together for their rights. Well, this is the short answer anyway!
Just today it happened in Amsterdam The protest march had been forbidden, but people marched anyway. National radio said about ten thousand took part.

Hi Carl small community steps are vital. In Australia now groups of like minded people are gathering to support each other as many non-jabbed are out of work taken voluntarily, (but really I see this as a great sacrifice of principles regardless of the consequences for them, no job, no home or shelter, no food etc. little groups are forming in nearly every town in Australia, meeting every week to support and share practical steps for survival. This is growing as people find groups near them. Graham Hood (redundant airline Captain) initiated a Face Book page called Hoodies Helpers where people in dire circumstances post their story, as advice, and how to move forward. It is somewhat of a welfare group of support, but also take part in silent peaceful protest street marches in regular basis. Every state in Australia has a State group to write to. And Phillip suggests the aligning with like minded groups. Other countries are copying what Australia is doing now.

It is very fitting to receive your missive this New Year’s day of 2022. This essay, given adequate justice, could be a four-day seminar. Where to start?
1. “Weaponizes kindness” is my favorite quote. Although, I had to look up the word “keelhauling”. What a ghastly practice and the visual image may never leave my mind.
2. Further to your points regarding big business/big pharma and the charitable works that mask greed and untold misery to the common good: Due to the unfavorable litigation with Purdue Pharma and the Sackler family in their illegal promotion of opioids, that made them fabulously rich, many art institutions will remove the Sackler name from their endowments including the New York Museum of Art.
3. Further, Bloomberg news reported that Warren Buffet, who gave his wealth to the Gates Foundation, would not interfere with the labor strike in one of the businesses he owns, despite Sen. Bernie Sanders request. Factory management, despite great profits, are depriving workers of adequate salary, healthcare and accrued vacation. Again, we have the sad example of oppressing workers to fill corporate coffers.
4. The Agni Yora book “Supermundane”, published 1938, writes extensively about epidemics. Please recall that Helena Roerich was the amanuensis for the Master El Morya. The numerous passages place the cause of epidemics firmly at the feet of humans for the manner in which they pollute their hearts and minds with malice. At the start of the epidemic in 2020, I did on extract on all the AAB books and The Tibetan very much indicated the same root cause. Below are three quotes from “Supermundane”, page 327, but of course students can perform their own query at http://www.agniyoga.org to obtain a more thorough overview with context.
“People search afar for the cause of epidemics, but they should look within the human organism.”
“By their thoughts and actions people increase the intensity of the spatial reactions, but these, like a boomerang, strike back at them. Thus, a dangerous epidemic develops.”
“Remember that this epidemic was foreseen long ago. When We spoke about Armageddon, We had in mind not only war, but all the devastating consequences of humanity’s confusion. But one should not fall into despair, for a depressed state opens the door to all that is poisonous. It is wise to know that Armageddon is accompanied by epidemics. We cannot limit our awareness to known forms of illnesses but must be ready to face the most complicated and unusual symptoms.”
5. Most importantly, could you please comment/expound on the esoteric significance of the Venus retrograde in Capricorn that is occurring from 12/19/21 to 1/29/22. Kathy Newsome, Triangles/Lucis Trust, identified a period of spiritual opportunity when the mid-point occurs on January 8th as the Earth, Venus and the Sun all come into alignment, a 40-day and 40-night process, literally and symbolically. We know per the Tibetan’s teachings that Venus represents the alter ego of the Earth, or “the Soul” of Sanat Kumara. Very profoundly, Kathy likened the 40-day cycle to Christ’s sojourn in the wilderness when he contemplated His future destiny, the destiny of Humanity and was tested. This is a Capricorn conjunction.
Here is my pressing question. I have long wondered why the Hierarchy chose a 100-year conclave to meet and decide the course of action for the forthcoming 100-year cycle, which as you point out, is to occur at the 2025 winter solstice. Due to this current Venus retrograde synod, I have been studying Arielle Guttman’s groundbreaking work on the “Venus Star Cycle” and its relation to the “Golden Mean” and its astrological significance for generational astrologers. She clearly states that “the average Venus Star Point” is about 100 years. Wow, what a statement. I suspected the White Brotherhood had to be observing some kind of cycle in convening their planning sessions, but what coincides with 100 years? Is the “Venus Star Cycle” the reason why the Hierarchy meets at 100-year intervals? If so, what are the ramifications for the Logos, the Hierarchy and Humanity?

Thanks for your informative letter Vicki. I do not have time to address everything you mentioned and I am aware of the Venus cycle. The 100 year Council of Shamballa conclave has been going forever it seems, at least since 1425 is the earliest mention. I think it might be more related to a ray than a planet. DK discusses first ray cycles in TCF, of 10, 100, 1000 years. The first ray is of course the main energy of Shamballa.

We are at a time where we need to awaken individually and as a group and reclaim our freedoms and right to think for ourselves. I agree being in connection with like minded people is very helpful and necessary in these trying times.
I think it is likely some governments get caught up in the panic and think they are
doing the right thing to protect people with vaccinations, mandates, etc. We need to
attempt to reach them with logic and goodwill, and endow them with courage to
think for themselves.
Great essay. This morning Dr mercola had a review of a book, United States of Fear,” by psychiatrist Mark McDonald. The author mentions he did not used. to believe in “dark forces” but now does. Little does he know that Master DK has talked about the Black Lodge on the cosmic astral plane who work to ensnare fear, greed and lust for power in their plans to foster separateness and to use the light of Humanity against the enlightenment of all of us. We must believe that Sanat Kumara, with our support will win the battle against them.
Actually I think it is not capitalism itself that is so bad, but rampant, uncontrolled capitalism. We won’t make progress without individual invention and entrepreneurs, but the very talented few must be willing to share their gifts freely with all, not use them to garner wealth and power for themselves.
Thanks Phillip for your tireless research uncovering FACTS that disclose the silent war testing all aspirants and disciples at this time upon the kama-manasic plane. The test for some may require not less than everything.
We really need to show that the Aquarian Conspiracy will be the cabal’s worst nightmare, because we are subjectively connected and the people who have their hearts open for their fellowmen are beginning to outnumber the ones who don’t.
The very best tool we have is the energy of love, because this is, as Phillip pointed out, what ‘they’ sorely lack. The problem is that they don’t even know what they are missing. They are in fact the real deplorables, because they don’t know what love really is.
So the questions we can ask anyone, without finger-pointing, are:
– have you ever truly loved?
– what do you love?
– who do you love?
The answer to these questions will be an indication of the level of soul awareness and the ‘secret code’ by way of which one qualifies or not as a ‘recruit’ in the Army of Love.
There is no need to lavish love upon the worst offenders of right human relations, but we can make an effort to save some of the souls of those who don’t really know what they are doing. Love must be the cure against tyranny. We are born to be free.

According to my perception, what is happening in the world is the result of the entry of New Energies (7th Ray> Aquarius) into the system. It is destruction as well as construction that go parallel to the impact of the spirit descending on the opposite matter.
Therefore, at present, an objective or planned dual attitude of confrontation (good versus evil) cannot be successful, because no one yet knows how to handle the immense power of the new energies on the objective plane.
But if it can be successful, that while egoism reacts by destroying itself, the non-egoism or spiritual aspect reacts on the subjective plane, the level of the soul, with attention and love, building the future that it will later manifest.
Remember that all forms of control or defense are in themselves self-destructive; they are the inability of matter to embrace the higher consciousness, the new incoming energy.
It is the natural law of life, the old gives way to the new, but this does NOT mean that we should have a passive attitude, but rather do as Christ told us:
“Be wise as serpents and innocent as doves.”
Because in the harmlessness there is “the angel”, the builder, the possibility of including the wrong brother.

Excellent newsletter! There are some real heroes in the current war on humanity – Kennedy, Malone, McCullough, Mercola, Big Tree, etc. – but you bring something that’s missing in all of the above – the deeper, esoteric context in which everything is taking place. It won’t be appreciated by many (judging how hard it is for even long-time students of the Wisdom to see what’s happening) but you do have a small but very appreciative audience it seems – me included.
I guess it is the impact of both the first and seventh ray that we are witnessing and that it is the sixth plane on which the current battle takes place. I happened to find the following, in which it is said that “the astral plane is not God-created, or divinely “inspired,” but is the product of human desire (…)”. We, humanity have to transform the astral plane according to God’s pattern and plan. DK tells us how to deal with this.
Discipleship in the New Age II – Teachings on Initiation – Part VIII
The Second Point of Revelation:
The Will is an expression of the Law of Sacrifice.
At the indicated second initiation he receives a quality of stimulation which enables him to “see” the astral plane as it essentially is; with this revelation comes also the recognition of the basic human necessity to “make it holy” or to “render whole” that which provides the most disturbing element in the existence of mankind. [377]
[…] Each human being has eventually to make his own definite decision anent the astral plane and his release from its control, and has then to follow (for several lives) a policy of non-association with its phenomena. But the initiate-disciple receives an unique revelation and an applied conditioning which enable him to recognize it as a man-created whole or world or state of consciousness (whichever term you may care to employ) and therefore as something which must be transformed. Two things consequently emerge in his consciousness:
1. That the astral plane is not God-created, or divinely “inspired,” but is the product of human desire, evinced at the very dawn of human intelligence; this desire has built thought-forms which are in tune or allied to every phase of human desire from the lowest type of physical desire up to the spiritual aspiration of the man who is seeking liberation. What can the disciple, therefore, do to make the astral plane “holy” or “set apart” and segregated from the sum total which the Divine Thinker, Sanat Kumara, has created, and with which the desires of mankind – through the medium of the astral world – have, fortunately for the individual man, become entangled? At this point, he knows that he must, inevitably and eventually, contribute something. He realizes that he must intelligently work towards the separation of the astral plane from the six planes of divine creation. I would ask you to remember, brother of mine, that the star of creation is the six-pointed star and not a seven-pointed star.
2. As the needed service which must be rendered takes possession of the heart and mind of the initiate, the method is simultaneously revealed to him. This method is the use of an “advancing point of light”; it is, however, a form of light which can only be implemented by the will; this will can only fully complete its task when all three [378] aspects of the will – as exemplified in the three points of the Spiritual Triad – have all been sequentially employed.
You can see, therefore, how different is the revelation which comes to the initiate than are those which the average aspirant and disciple regard as astounding revelations. Their sense of values is in error. There is a group service quality to the revelation with which we are dealing, and also about these five stages of revelation, which is unknown until the antahkarana has been created, thus linking the Spiritual Triad and the Personality. The energy then to be used is entirely related to the Will aspect of divinity. This does not demonstrate as it does with average advanced humanity, as applied goodwill, but it expresses itself as a dynamic destructive spiritual Will; it adds its quota of destroying energy to the task of destruction with which the Hierarchy is confronted in connection with the astral plane.
This Point of Revelation brings with it certain revelations of an unexpected nature and imparts to the initiate certain new and significant results which register as truths to the initiate-consciousness. He discovers that he must learn the divine nature of the destroying aspect of the Will; he learns that it is not related, when demonstrating as this particular aspect, to determination or fixed intention, but is a fluid energy which can be directed toward the plane of desire wherever and whenever contacted; he finds out also that, in order to combat this vast and vibrant astral world, an aspect of light must be employed, and that therefore he is being given his first opportunity to work with Light under the inspiration of the Will – as do all the Members of the Hierarchy; he realizes, consequently, that he must employ this aspect of light under the action – definitely directed – of the Will, in order to bring about the disappearance of that world as a sentient conscious entity; he knows that he must primarily destroy the astral phenomena for which he is creatively responsible, and that (having done this) he must demonstrate his complete freedom from the phenomenal contact of the astral plane at the second, the third and the fourth initiations. [379]
This he must do through the “advancing light” of lower mental substance, and the activity of the buddhic level of activity; then to this he adds the destroying power of the atmic level of activity. He has to take note, in this process, of a certain level of responsibility. Thus he can finally destroy (with the means of the advancing light of the atmic plane) a certain proportion of astral substance for which he is not individually responsible but which is nevertheless related to the group or to the nation with which he is by birth or inclination affiliated. It is the united and synthetic use of the three triadal expressions of energy which makes the work of the world servers effective.
I have always hoped that people would find the courage to accept their sovereignty and individual DNA awareness from the Creator. Perhaps realizing the power and possibilities, through love and responsibility for our thoughts and actions we would release the tether of victim hood that enslaves us to our darkness. I do hope the revealing of the light and truth that is unfolding will give courage to the ones who choose to live in fear. Thank you for your insightful article and thoughts.
