The Essence of Libra
Libra is a sign of balance and harmony because it manages to balance the pairs of opposites by taking the middle way between them. Libra’s opposite is Aries, the sign of the original impulse, the raison d’être, the beginning of all causes, thoughts and actions that eventually have their consequences in Libra.

Libra represents therefore, the Law of Cause and Effect, or karma – hence the exaltation of Saturn, the Lord of Karma, in this sign. Effects from causes are seen here and Libra’s themes are esoterically the Law, Sex and Money. Universal or Earthly laws represent permanent and immutable relations between cause and effect, noumena and phenomena, divine order – and Earth’s approximation of that order.

Aries can also be viewed as the originating Monad that utilises the Soul to connect with the physical realm – over thousands of incarnations. The soul is the mediating principle between spirit and matter, hence is Libran by nature – it knows harmony and peace, it cultivates relationship between itself and the personality.

Aries is ruled by Mars, God of War and Libra by Venus, Goddess of Peace. Mars is a “non-sacred” planet that rules over the lower self, particularly the emotional and physical bodies, whilst Venus is connected to both the mind and heart – esoterically and exoterically speaking. Hence the great attraction of Mars and Venus to one another – the warring lovers, the mystical sexual union of male and female.

The Birth of Venus (Duval)

In the human evolutionary journey, Mars must eventually submit to Venus. Mars creates an acute awareness of lower ego and unresolved opposites, whilst Venus brings harmony to them. Mars is a “non-sacred” planet whilst Venus is a “sacred” planet – hence their “romance” guarantees Mars’s eventual transformation and initiation. Venus has a similar relation to Earth, as it’s higher self.

Esoterically, Venus works upon the mental plane producing a beauty and peace that permeates all levels of manifestation; this is why Venus is the soul ruler of Gemini, a sign noted for the reconciliation of opposites and the ending of duality; of bridging from lower to higher, building the antahkarana, similar to Libra. Mercury as ruler of Gemini is connected to this building process, as is Venus, ruler of Libra.

Gemini is a sign of relationships like Libra, in fact the “airy trigon” of Gemini, Libra and Aquarius is concerned with three phases of relationship – general, personal and group.

Bear in mind that in Esoteric Astrology, no sign can be considered by itself because it is part of a cross or triangle where it has relationship to other signs. Hence all three air signs will be considered in the following, shedding insight into their relation.

Through Venus therefore, Libra builds a path between opposites, by generating a force that must be stronger than the pull of the two poles, so it can walk between the “two great lines of force”.

Libra’s keynote is, “I choose the way that leads between the two great lines of force.” Libra can be viewed as the antahkarana, the rainbow bridge, the central spinal column, the Path, the Way.

One is reminded of Taoist philosophy – Tao means “the way”, “the path” – the, “underlying natural order of the universe whose ultimate essence is difficult to circumscribe”. (Lao Tzu)

Yin-yang (feminine-masculine) is Tao’s symbol, very simple and elegant, yet profound in its implications for blending and harmonising the opposites. The related art of Tai Chi, technically a Mars-ial art, combines the power and aggression of Aries with the grace and beauty of Libra – a beautiful blending.

This harmonisation is also complemented by the fact that The Orient’s soul is the fourth ray of Harmony through Conflict, also known as the ray of Art and Beauty; the latter description is most reminiscent of Libra. China is a Libran personality.

Comet 3i/ATLAS: An Approaching Avatar?
The latest image of the mysterious interstellar object racing through our Solar System has revealed it is changing shape and color.  Currently (Oct.3), 3iAtlas is passing through mid Libra and follows Atlas C2019 from 2019. (Article here)

Then, in September 2025, a second comet appeared on the scene. C/2025 R2 (SWAN) was discovered on September 11 – in images from the Solar Wind ANisotropies instrument aboard the SOHO spacecraft.

This object has everyone excited because nine hidden objects were discovered “escorting” 3i/ATLAS through our solar system. Hence, speculation that it is a “mothership” leading a fleet, disguised as a comet. Indeed, there are many videos online that are sensationalising the event, giving misinformation.

All the hype makes one suspect that a psy-op is afoot – “weapons of mass distraction”, to draw attention away from other planetary events. This kind of scenario has been speculated for some time to be a good opportunity to stage a “false flag” operation of hostile invading forces in order to create fear and bring about further control of populations.

Another speculation has the comet making a spectacular crash with Mars. Psychics and mediums are telling stories about their contact with 3iAtlas. Others claim that the  comet’s return was forecast in symbols at Gobleki Tepi in Turkey. But speculation and background noise on many things is rife around the world at the moment – Charlie Kirk, Israel, the US gov shutdown, WWIII etc.

The following video gives some excellent explanations and graphics as to what this interstellar object is, debunking several theories, giving some clarity.

Comets make regular appearances and it has been said that Avatars “hitch rides” on comets, which are dynamic living beings. H.P. Blavatsky makes some observations on comets in The Secret Doctrine:

“The planets were all comets and suns in their origin – the sons of light clothed themselves in the fabric of darkness. They all have a common origin. Centres of Forces at first, the invisible sparks of primordial atoms differentiate into molecules, and become Suns—passing gradually into objectivity—gaseous, radiant, cosmic, the one “Whirlwind” (or motion) finally giving the impulse to the form, and the initial motion, regulated and sustained by the never-resting Breaths—the Dhyan Chohans.

The assertion that all the worlds (Stars, planets, etc.) … become first comets, and then Suns to cool down to inhabitable worlds, is a teaching as old as the Rishis. The birth of the celestial bodies in Space is compared to a crowd or multitude of “pilgrims” at the festival of the “Fires.” Seven ascetics appear on the threshold of the temple with seven lighted sticks of incense.

At the light of these the first row of pilgrims light their incense sticks. After which every ascetic begins whirling his stick around his head in space, and furnishes the rest with fire. Thus with the heavenly bodies.

A laya-centre is lighted and awakened into life by the fires of another “pilgrim,” after which the new “centre” rushes into space and becomes a comet. It is only after losing its velocity, and hence its fiery tail, that the “Fiery Dragon” settles down into quiet and steady life as a regular respectable citizen of the sidereal family.[!] Many perish, devoured by their stronger companions. Those that escape become worlds.”2

Like the appearance of other comets in history, the appearance of 3iAtlas and SwanR is being read by some as an omen – representing either a salvaging force or an alien invasion. The masses are oriented to either a doomsday scenario or some kind of saviour to rescue humanity from it predicament.

Atlas is a well known mythological figure who strains and struggles with the world upon his shoulders – a somewhat Saturnian symbol of discipline, strength and taking responsibility for the whole. The superior wisdom of Atlas is also said to rule over astronomy and mathematics.

There are some associations with Atlas here – one is with transiting Saturn currently in Pisces and Neptune retrograding back into its own sign – the lord of the oceans in the sign of the fishes. The lower and higher interpretations of that position: Deception and illusion, or the visioning of new ideals through the evocation of the higher intuition which Neptune rules – buddhi.

The other interpretation may relate to new continents arising and old ones sinking, a process that will take place over the next few thousands years, as the world transitions from the fifth to sixth rootrace.

The Doctrine of Avatars
Hence, the real possibility that this vital and living entity – comet 3iAtlas, is the vehicle of an Avatar passing through this solar system, giving our little planet some awe-inspiring stimulation. It is said that the Doctrine of Avatars gives the most satisfying answers to a Humanity that is constantly questioning its existence:

“… the persistent belief—ineradicable and unalterable—that (at major moments of world need) God reveals Himself through Appearances, through a Coming One.

This doctrine is found in all the basic world religions, in every time and age; it appears in the doctrine of the Avatars of the Hindu faith, in the teaching of the return of Maitreya Buddha or the Kalki Avatar, in the belief in the Western world in the return of Christ and His Advent or second Coming, and in the prophesied issuing forth of the divine Adventurer of the Moslem world.

All this is tied up with the undying belief of mankind in the loving Heart of God, Who ever meets man’s need. The witness of history is that always the appearance of man’s necessity has been met with a divine Revelation.”3

There is a great hierarchy of avatars – from the very cosmic, down to the human. Of the latter, Sankaracharya, Plato and Patanjali were teaching avatars, whilst Abraham Lincoln was a “racial avatar”.

The Avatar of Synthesis
But it is the more cosmic kind of avatar that concerns this enquiry – such as the Avatar of Synthesis, The Spirit of Peace, a ray avatar or Kalki Avatar. These entities are the cosmic messengers to the so-called “lesser avatars” – such as the Buddha or Christ:

“The Spirit of Synthesis, working through the great first ray Avatar (the Avatar of Synthesis) is closer to the Earth than ever before … the tendency to integration can therefore be more easily fostered and a new synthesis attained … Before integration and synthesis are possible, this first ray energy must work to destroy all that prevents integration and all that is hindering a needed synthesis.

Human beings themselves must also destroy the prejudices, the animosities and the fixed ideas which have prevented synthesis, which have created cleavages and hindered right understanding.

The Avatar of Synthesis … is coming to the Earth in order to further the manifestation of unity, of oneness and of inter-relation … to wield and apply first ray energy. He will charge or galvanise the New Group of World Servers—with dynamic energy … so that a new synthesis and alignment will be present upon the Earth.”(( The Externalisation of the Hierarchy, Alice A. Bailey. p.500.))

It is worth bearing in mind that the spiritual “note” sounded by this Avatar will, “only be sensed by those whose individual note is also synthesis and whose life objective is the will-to-good.”4

“This possible dual event—the coming of the Avatar of Synthesis to the Hierarchy and of the lesser Avatar, His Representative, to humanity—can be a probable happening if the world disciples and aspirants measure up to the opportunity.”5

Indeed, have world disciples measured up to the opportunity of effecting an alignment with these coming avatars?

“Will the demand of the people be strong enough to evoke the higher potency, or will it be too feeble because of the failure of the world disciples and aspirants to focus this massed intent throughout the planet? Will the higher overshadowing not take place and only the lesser Avatar come to institute a slower method of gradual reform?

This slower method will be necessitated only if and because humanity will have demonstrated its inability to call forth and receive the higher measure and more potent vibration of divine energy.

It is entirely for the decision of the world disciples and aspirants; not the decision of poor bewildered, deluded humanity. Will the world disciples and aspirants appreciate the crisis and opportunity? They have not yet, as a whole, done so.”6

This passage was written in 1941, at the crucial period just before the tide of WWII was turned in favour  of the Allies in 1942. Today the world is in a similar situation, teetering on the edge of several major conflicts. It is very hard to gauge current world events, only The Hierarchy can see the subjective world view.

We live in an unprecedented era where material forces struggle to maintain power, control and the subservience of Humanity, whilst at the same time their institutions, governments and corporate structures are crumbling.

Humanity is being given a choice, to follow blindly the herd, or utilise the skill of critical, independent and discriminative thought; to summon the courage to make a stand – for the good, the beautiful and the true.

Libra, Sex and Pornography
“Sex is then seen to be in truth only the relation of the lower nature to the higher Self; it is then lifted up into the light of day in order that man may reach complete union with divinity.

Vulcan walks in on his wife Venus, in dalliance with Mars!

Man discovers that sex (which has hitherto been a purely physical function, carried on sometimes under the impulse of love) – is elevated into its rightful plane as the divine marriage, carried out and consummated upon the levels of soul awareness.

It is this great truth which lies beyond the sordid story of sex expression, of sex magic and the distortions of modern Tantric magic. Humanity has stepped down the symbolism and in its thoughts debased sex to an animal function and failed to lift it up into the realm of symbolic mystery.

Men have sought through physical expression to produce the inner fusion and harmony which they crave and this cannot be done. Sex is but the symbol of an inner duality which must be itself transcended and wrought into a unity. It is not transcended by physical means or rituals. It is a transcendence in consciousness.”7

The drive for sex is the urge for union with the soul, with the Divine; to escape the mundane world and experience ecstasy and wholeness in a lover’s embrace. In a long term relationship, a deepening intimacy is regularly and cyclically affirmed in an eternal dance – the “coniunctus” or conjunction (hence conjugal) of two people meeting and merging at the physical and spiritual level – duality is transcended and synthesis achieved. The following passage may seem outdated – and ruffle some feathers, in a world where pornography and multi-gender choices have become normalised:

“It is at the centre of the Scales [Libra] or at the hub of the wheel that the true perspective and indicated action can be seen correctly. When the basic “sex” relation is finally established and soul and body (negative and positive) are permanently related in the lives of the world aspirants, then we shall see the right handling of the world teaching on the subject of physical sex.

This teaching will come from the merging and synthesis of the best views of all the spiritually minded teachers in both hemispheres, embodying the experience of the East and of the West, and of the mystical and the scientific approaches to a mystery which is both physical (requiring scientific understanding) and mystical (requiring spiritual interpretation).

It will involve the aid and conclusions of the medical profession in order to give the needed wise, physical instruction and the aid also of the cultural knowledge of the yogis of India in connection with the energy flowing through the centres – in this case the sacral [sexual] centre. [Note, this centre is ruled by Uranus, the esoteric ruler of Libra.]

Finally, through the intelligent activity of the judicial [Libra] and legal-minded men of the world, the search for a balanced and desirable point of view will come to an end …

… Through the legal minds and through right legislation, sex will be seen eventually to be a proper and divine function and will then be safeguarded by right education of the young and the ignorant, and the right action of the young and highly intelligent emerging generation – the children and babies of today.

The teaching of wrong sexual habits, the example of widespread prostitution (I use this word in connection with men as well as women), the growth of homosexuality (not in its rare physiological forms and predispositions but from the angle of a perverted mentality and an unwholesome imagination, which today lie behind so much of its expression), the narrow-minded Christian inheritance of a “guilt complex” where sex is concerned, and the heritage of diseased and over-or under-sexed physical bodies, have brought the race to its present chaotic and unintelligent handling of the important problem.

The solution will not be found through religious pronouncements, based upon an outworn theory, or through physiological inhibition or legalised license; neither will it come through legislation, inspired by various schools of thought in any community or nation.

It will be the result of the united activity of the spiritually minded consciousness, the judicial attitude, the intellectual perception and the steady urge of the evolutionary process.

Nothing can prevent the inevitability of the solution and the appearance of desirable attitudes and conditions wherein sex can find right expression.”8

For anyone who has peeked at the current crop of porn only a mouse-click away via an “accidental” Google search, natural curiosity, the adventure of investigating the “forbidden” or for those who are regular voyeurs – pornography has proliferated the planet.

Ranging from a relatively harmless eroticism and sensuality to the most salacious, degrading and animalistic behaviour. This does not include the “dark web” where it is said that child sexploitation and other nefarious activities take place.

Here is a major moral dilemma for humanity – what might be “acceptable” for some is “unacceptable” to others. Where is the line drawn between the erotic and sensual and pornography?

Origin of the Word
There are a few fallacies (or is that phallusies!) about the origin of the word pornography:

Venus or Aphrodite, commonly associated with sex in exoteric astrology – with the mind in esoteric astrology. As esoteric ruler of Gemini, Venus brings together the pairs of opposites upon the mental plane, creating harmony and beauty – which filters down to the astral plane as sex.

“A common misconception is that it derives from “the Greek word porneia – which is said to include prostitution, extramarital sexual intercourse, paedophilia, promiscuity, homosexuality, lesbianism, incest, premarital sex and bestiality – but not pornography.

The Shorter Oxford English Dictionary defines pornography as, “The explicit description or exhibition of sexual subjects or activity in literature, painting, films, etc., in a manner intended to stimulate erotic rather than aesthetic feelings; literature etc.

… porneia is different than porn or pornography. The English word for pornography comes from the Greek pornographos (from porne prostitute + grahein write).

The two words together mean “writing a prostitute”, or “drawing a prostitute.” Once again we see that pornography was not derived from porneia, but from pornographos.”9

Either way you look at it, both interpretations amount to varying degrees of supposed immorality or sexual perversion. If that is the case, then just about everyone is “guilty”! Sex is said to be the greatest mystery, not revealed until a very advanced state of liberation from planetary life:

“At the fourth initiation another of the great secrets is revealed to him. It is called “the mystery of polarity,” and the clue to the significance of sex in every department of nature on all the planes is given to him.

… The mystery of Polarity, or of the universal sex impulse.  The secret of the second aspect. It is latent in the Heart of the Sun, or the subjective Sun.”10

The “mystery of polarity” can certainly refer to Libra and its polar opposite – Aries,- ruled respectively by Venus and Mars – the two archetypes of female and male. Another polarity is Taurus and Scorpio, also ruled by Venus and Mars.

The dilemma of using porn to indulge in a mystical-orgasmic release (also a yearning for intimacy) – or to abstain entirely. Aspirants and disciples face the same challenges as “unawakened” humanity, even in a more exaggerated form – the greater the light, the darker the shadow.

When treading the spiritual path and the practice of meditation, many issues of lifetimes are amplified – and the “problem of sex” and its right expression, is a well-known theme. This is why the following sign to Libra – Scorpio, a sign of “sexual notoriety” – is where those on the Path are tested.

Indeed, how many sex scandals come to mind regarding spiritual leaders in mainstream religion or in the realm of universal spirituality? When invoking higher spiritual forces, energy finds its point of least resistance is in the lower centres – therein is the Disciple on the Path tested.

Noteworthy of course, is that most of the great gurus were celibate – they had transcended sex and achieved inner union. But not all, and there are stories about the challenges many teachers have faced on the theme of sex.

So the question has been asked – is porn useful for exposing the entire field of human sexual expression? So that ultimately Humanity can “get over” sex? Or does it serve to keep Humanity trapped upon the astral plane – as prisoners of their own desire – or depravity, captive to greater materialistic forces that seek to control humanity?

The problem is as old as Humanity who individualised in Lemuria 21.6 million years ago – when soon after, a portion of young and ignorant humanity mated with animals, producing the first ancestors of our modern apes. HPB tells us,

“Nor was the curse of KARMA called down upon them for seeking natural union, as all the mindless animal-world does in its proper seasons; but, for abusing the creative power, for desecrating the divine gift, and wasting the life-essence for no purpose except bestial personal gratification … mankind now become the wealthiest heir on the globe to constitutional and hereditary diseases, the most consciously and intelligently bestial of all animals!”11

Some observers state that porn “unleashes a spiritual attack upon the soul. The attacks come in many forms, shrinking the appetite for spiritual connection and spurring the shame or self-hatred that becomes a person’s identity.”12

The Role of the Internet (In response to an AI question.)

   Accessibility and Anonymity
   The internet has made pornography accessible to anyone with a smartphone or computer, erasing barriers that once limited its spread. Its anonymity fosters consumption without accountability, even among those who would otherwise resist.

   The internet exposes children and adolescents to pornography at an alarmingly young age, often before they have the moral framework to understand its harm. This early exposure can lead to lifelong struggles with addiction and distorted views of human relationships.

   The internet not only delivers pornography but also normalizes it. Through social media, entertainment, and advertising, pornography’s influence seeps into mainstream culture, eroding traditional values and promoting a hedonistic worldview.

4. Algorithmic Entrapment
   The algorithms of major platforms are designed to exploit human weakness, keeping users engaged and drawing them deeper into harmful content. This technological manipulation reinforces addiction and moral decline.

Statistics on pornography are truly revelatory:

“Over 4.2 million adult websites are active on the internet:

• Pornographic content accounts for approximately 30% of all data transferred over the internet.
• The average age at which teens first access pornography is around 11 years old.
• About 65% of men and 17% of women view porn weekly.
• The global online pornography industry generates an estimated revenue of over $97 billion annually.
• Over 80% of online porn viewers are men.
• Approximately 28,000 search queries related to pornography are made every second on the internet.
• The most frequent age group watching online pornography is 18-29 years old.
• Around 68% of men and 30% of women admit to watching pornography at least once a week.
• The average duration of a typical online porn session is around 10 minutes.
• About 35% of all internet downloads are adult content.
• Nearly 70% of the porn watched by teenagers is accessed through mobile devices
• Studies show that frequent consumption of internet pornography can reduce sensitivity to real-life sexual stimuli.13

As touched upon above, it is the younger generations who follow that are the biggest concern; who are exposed to vile and violent content and who have not developed enough discrimination to know what is “acceptable”, whose moral development can be turned toxic. Here follow some statistics on “Youth & Porn”:

• 73% of teen respondents age 13 to 17 have watched pornography online—and more than half (54%) reported first seeing pornography by the time they reached the age of 13. (Common Sense Media, “Teens and Pornography, 2023.)

• Studies have highlighted the lack of formal sex education during childhood and adolescence, instead showing a preference to obtain information through pornography or the internet rather than going to health professionals or their parents.

This can lead to dangers for their affective-sexual health, not only because of the risky practices that are displayed but also because they favor sexual practices based on male domination and female submission. (National Library of Medicine, June 2023).

• A report from Common Sense Media revealed:

• • 75% of teenagers have viewed pornography by age 17.

• • Average age of first exposure to pornography is age 12.

• • 41% of teenagers saying they had seen images of nudity or sexual acts online during the school day (bypassing existing WiFi filtering).

• • 58% say they came across the pornography by accident while surfing the web or on social media.

• • Survey of 1358 Americans age 13 to 17 found that more than half said they viewed violent porn (rape, choking, someone in pain).

• • 45% from above survey said porn provided helpful information about sex and helped them discover their sexuality.

• • 5% of teen respondents said they first saw online pornography at age 10 or younger.

• • While the vast majority of respondents said they have seen pornography, nearly half (44%) indicated that they had done so intentionally, while slightly more than half (58%) indicated they had encountered pornography accidentally.

Unintentional exposure to pornography could be a common experience for teens, as 63% of those who said they have only seen pornography accidentally reported that they had been exposed to pornography in the past week. (2022 Teens and Pornography, Common Sense Media)

• Research on the Impact of Porn and Children (BBFC, 2019)

• • 41% of young people (aged between 11 and 17) who knew about pornography agreed that watching pornography made people less respectful of the opposite sex. Only 13% disagreed.

• • 75% of parents in the survey thought their child hadn’t seen pornography online, but in reality 53% of their children reported that they had in fact seen it.

• • 60% of parents claimed to have discussed pornography with their child. However, very few children interviewed in the qualitative work said they had had such a conversation.

• • Parents were more likely to think their sons had seen pornography than their daughters. 17% of parents answering about their daughter thought their child would have seen pornography, compared to 32% answering about their son.In reality, 58% of girls in the survey actually reported having seen pornography at some point compared to 68% of boys. Fathers were also more likely to think their child had seen pornography, regardless of their child’s gender (34%) compared to mothers (19%).

• The exposure of children to internet pornography is having impact on the development of harmful sexual behaviors. The average age of first perpetration of sexual violence is 15 -16 and is associated with exposure to pornography (Prevention Science – 2017).

• New research from security technology companies suggests that children under the age of 10 now account for 22% of online porn consumption among the under 18 age while 10-14 year-olds make up 36% of minor consumers (Bitdefender, 2016)

Libra in the Planetary Horoscope

Tia Billinger (Bonnnie Blue) 1000 Men and Me: The troubling tale of sex with 1,057 men in 12 hours.

“She had sex with them for free on condition that they gave permission for her to upload the footage to her OnlyFans account, where her subscribers pay to access her content. “She is a marketing genius,” says one of the team she has gathered round her to help administrate her growing empire.”

Billinger (or is that “binger”?) – made this recent declaration:

“I make £1million a month, am willing to get HIV and pay my ex-husband to work for me: BONNIE BLUE’S shocking first interview since sordid 1,000-men sex stunt – where she tells what really happened and boasts ‘this is just a warm-up’.” (Daily Mail)

Tia Billinger

Obviously, Billinger is still “asleep” upon the mutable cross of existence, expressing to the max, lower Taurus – sex and money: The “bull of desire” which finds its satiation in polar opposite Scorpio.

Billinger has Mars (whose glyph is the male genitalia) – in Libra, opposite Jupiter in Mars-ruled Aries. Due to Jupiter’s expansiveness and mythologically – as Zeus in his various sexual conquests, this combination can create insatiability.

But it is the Venus-ruled Taurus stellium that is the primary influence for Billinger’s behaviour. One can regard this as simply life experience upon the mutable cross, in learning life values – which Venus rules. And/or to which she has fallen prey through life choices – over which Libra rules.

Venus is the ruler of both Taurus and Libra – both signs traditionally and esoterically related to money. The phrase, “filthy lucre” (as in “lucrative”) – probably originates from the now much distorted, “Lucifer” the light-bringer – the planet Venus. (See footnote for author’s articles on Taurus, Libra and money.)15

Birth time is not available for this horoscope, hence the rising sign is unknown – perhaps Scorpio or Libra. But Billinger has Moon, Saturn, Mercury and Sun in sensuous Taurus, and is endowed with the good looks of this sign’s Venusian influence.

Venus is placed in Cancer, which can generate a deep insecurity around not having enough resources; hence compensating materially when it comes to money (currently worth £34 million)  – and prone to a hoarding mentality.

As the ruler of Cancer, the Moon’s placement in Taurus is the main significator – greed. (The moon is esoterically the dweller on the threshold.) As mentioned regularly in these missives, Bernie Madoff (with the billions) was a classic example of Taurean greed – with Moon, Sun, Uranus and Venus in this sign.

Billinger’s Taurus placements are broadly square to Uranus in its own sign of Aquarius. If the Taurus moon is advanced (in this midday chart), to make a closer square to Uranus (than Mercury and the Sun) – then it invokes the innovative, rebellious and radical nature of Uranus.

Uranus is the esoteric ruler of Libra and rules the sacral or sexual chakra. Uranus is the ruler of the 7^th ray of ceremonial magic or organisation – a ray associated with finance and sex.

Some glamours of the 7^th ray are: magical work, subterranean powers, that which brings together, the physical body, the mysterious and the secret – and sex magic.

If the Moon is more closely square to Uranus, then the rising sign advances from the midday time of Leo to Scorpio – conjunct Black Moon Lilith (BLM). If a later time, then Sagittarius rising, the sign of the quester or hunter.

Either way, Billinger’s Taurus sun is opposite BLM in Scorpio, where one can feel more alive and connected to others through sharing intense interactions. BLM is connected to turbulent feelings, jealousy, rage, anger, intense passion and emotional manipulation.

Whatever the psychology, one could speculate upon the deeper motivations behind Billinger’s actions – such as a need for approval, poor self-image or sexual abuse. Is she a sociopath? And what do her actions say about the men who want to have sex with her?

One study, The Psychology of Bonnie Blue: Trauma and Power, sums up:

“Extreme behavior often masks pain. When someone repeatedly harms themselves—whether through sex, substances, or self-injury—it’s often a coping strategy, not a lifestyle choice. Control can be a survival strategy.

People who’ve felt powerless may overcompensate by seeking dominance or control, even if it ultimately deepens their isolation. Connection heals more than success. Money, fame, or achievement can’t replace the fundamental need for safe, supportive human relationships.”

In the Virgo new moon newsletter – Charlie Kirk’s relationship to Israel and Benjamin Netanyahu was discussed. (The latter’s chart has been discussed many times here on the author’s website.)

Benjamin Netanyahu
Although this author has used Scorpio rising for a long time – based upon one of the given times, it appears that consensus of BN’s birthtime among Israeli astrologers,  gives him Sagittarius rising.

While Scorpio rising might explain his ruthlessness, Sagittarius rising well and truly covers his philosophical fanaticism and Idée fixe. Sagittarius ruler Jupiter in Capricorn squares his Libra sun, bringing an over-the-top, excessive and exaggerated expression. Capricorn rules the Jewish people’s personality – furthermore, Jupiter “falls” in Capricorn,

“… Jupiter in its lowest aspect gives the fulfilment of desire and satisfied demand, whilst in its highest Jupiter is the outgoing expression of love, which attracts magnetically to itself that which is desired—this time the good of the whole. In Capricorn, therefore, Jupiter reaches its lowest point of expression in the densest material aspect, and then—as love and selflessness triumph—this lowest aspect vanishes and disappears.

It is to the “fall” of the highest aspect that the symbolism refers, and then later to the fall or disappearance of all that is base and low. Love is fallen and blinded when desire is rampant; desire vanishes when love triumphs.”16

It appears that, “… the densest material aspect … the fulfilment of desire and satisfied demand … the disappearance of all that is base and low …” have not yet occcurred in BN’s life.

The author has often noted the irony of his Libra-the-Peacemaker planets – Sun, Moon, Neptune, south node and Mercury. BN has used Libran charm annd 3rd ray strategy to keep political factions together.

But BN is mostly focused in his Aries polarity, through  continuous aggression that is far from the conciliatory and peaceful nature of Libra. Aries ruler Mars is  powerfully placed in Leo the tyrant king – in the same 27^th ° as Trump’s Mars in Leo – what are the odds? Hence, part of the reason for BN’s influence over Trump.

Another factor that amplifies BN’s Aries polarity is the fact that he is a “son of Tel Aviv” (TA) – whose horoscope contains a stellium of planets in Aries opposite his Libra stellium. TA’s sun in Aries is exactly opposite BN’s Libra moon – forming a T-square with TA’s radical Uranus in Capricorn. TA’ Sagittarius moon also falls in BN’s first house.

Netanyahu and Tel Aviv

It is also said that, “Libra admits the soul into the world centre which we call Shamballa” the planetary crown chakra that holds the energy of Will-Power. Like Hitler achieved in WWII, it is quite possible that Netanyahu has also tapped into this force which has enabled him such great control and power globally.

But tapping into Shamballa force can only be achieved in group formation – and it is not known if BN’s team is as powerful as the Nazi “group of seven”.

Nevertheless, the atrocicities that are being committed by the Israeli administration are straight out of the Nazi playbook. Hitler was also a Libran (rising) with the ascendant less than 1° from BN’s sun. There is a comparison of their charts in the author’s article: Connections with Hitler and Shamballa.

Netanyahu and Charlie Kirk
The foregoing is a preamble to the relationship of BN to Kirk, to illustrate how much influence BN wields. Currently public opinion and many facts, says that Israel/BN was behind the assassination because Kirk had “wandered off the reservation”, i.e. took issue with BN and his Zionist policies.

Inner wheel to outer: Netanyahu, Kirk, event of assassination.

There is some uncanny Libra synastry between BN, Kirk and the assassination chart. (Refer to horoscope wheels above.)

Transiting Mars (guns) was closely conjunct Kirk’s Libra Sun which is close to BN’s Libra moon. This was probably the main source of BN’s hold over Kirk, using Libran charm and flattery upon a younger, impressionable man; who was only just starting to see through the lies before being “taken out”.

Both men were born with the Sun and Moon in Libra (44 years and one week apart), and the Aries polarity was activating their Libra placements on assassination day. Transiting Moon and Chiron in Aries were opposing BN’s Libra sun and Kirk’s Jupiter in Libra, respectively.

Transiting Jupiter in Cancer was closely squaring Kirk’s Sun and BN’s moon. Transiting Jupiter was also opposite BN’s aforementioned Jupiter in Capricorn. Another factor that drives BN, is the position of Black Moon Lilith in Aries opposite his sun – bringing the tendency to over-assert and get in one’s own way by denying the truth.  Furthermore, in Tel Aviv’s horoscope, the Sun is in Aries – precisely opposite Kirk’s sun in Libra. (Tel Aviv has Mercury, Saturn and Venus in Aries.)

Tyler Robinson: Libra Moon Patsy
After a few weeks of intense social media speculation and FBI confusion, it appears obvious that Robinson was a patsy – part of several distractions in a well-organised plot. In the Virgo eclipse newsletter it was stated,

“It appears fairly unambiguous that Tyler Robinson (TR) was responsible for the assassination of Charlie Kirk. But he has not confessed to the crime and now there are many questions about whether he was part of a team of people involved.”

Note the word “appears” is in italics, referring to his horoscope “fitting” the crime, or at least some motivation and involvement. This was borne out by the chart synastry between TR’s Moon in Libra conjunct Kirk’s Sun.

Inner wheel to the outer: Kirk, Robinson, Netanyahu, event murder.

In the quad-wheel above, note Robinson’s Aries Sun opposite Kirk’s Libran sun and Jupiter. In the assassination event chart – the transit of Moon and Chiron in Aries are conjunct TR’s sun – to name a few.

Hence, Robinson may have fired a loud shot from the roof, synchronous to another shooter at a different angle (or an up-close microphone detonation), before running over the roof to make his getaway. (There are an extraordinary amount of theories out there from wanna be CSI Sherlocks!)

The courtyard location of Kirk’s murder, nothing to see here! “A menorah placed here symbolizes light, hope, and the celebration of Hanukkah, representing the Jewish community’s resilience and unity. It serves as a reminder of the importance of inclusivity and the shared values of love and acceptance among diverse faiths.”

However, the public independent media – having taken over the FBI’s investigative role (!), has demonstrated fairly unambiguously that Robinson was not the shooter and that Kirk was shot from behind, not in front.

This is another phenomenon in itself, a combined citizen’s enquiry using technology and a large pool of expert knowledge – in ballistcis, video editing, background information etc.

At first, that Kirk was shot from behind in the back of the head, by a sniper from a building balcony. Another explanation is a booby-trapped microphone on Kirk’s t-shirt. Apparently this was set off from a remote controlled device by someone in the crowd.

This kind of device is reminiscent of Israel planting explosives in Hezbollah’s Taiwan-made pagers in 2024, resulting in 9 deaths and 3,000 injured. Diabolically dark. Another explanations is an air pistol at close range.

Various pundits suggest that Kirk had several Israeli security service personel, while other sources say that 12 Israeli cell phones were found scanned as being present on the day. No wonder the public are overwhelmingly convinced that it was Israel – compounding its disatisfaction with the genocide in Gaza. Many are not sure.

The extent of Israeli influence under the cloak of Judaism, is widespread in Washington, even with Israeli military staff coming and going at will in the Pentagon.

There has been much counter propaganda as well, with some pretty far-out theories such as Kirk being still alive, a hologram created in the tent and an escape trap door etc. All designed to misdirect, mislead and create confusion.

Another factor is that Robinson won a scholarship to Utah State University, from which he dropped out after a few months. It has been revealed that USU is a well-known CIA recruiting ground and that the young and impressionable Robinson may have been recruited as a CIA asset. In the previous video link, USU is also alleged to receive substantial research grants from Israel.

The assassination horoscope – with Scorpio rising conjunct Black Moon Lilith, reflects the murky nature of this still unfolding drama and the search for truth. (The ascendant is also opposite Israel’s Taurus sun.)

Scorpio’s keynote on the ordinary wheel is, ”Let maya flourish and deception rule”. Scorpio ruler Pluto (lord of the underworld) is square to the moon in late Aries, also suggesting subterfuge and deception. Given the nature of the confusion of conflicting theories, it may be a while before the whole truth is fully revealed.

Event horoscope for the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

The Master Rákóczi and the Annual October Council
The following passage is mentioned in the Libra newsletter every year, because of its increasing importance related to the imminent Externalisation of the Hierarchy after 2025:

“Every October and every March, the Master R. gathers together His council of helpers, the Masters and the senior initiates in the Ashrams of the third, the fifth and the seventh rays. Though He is the Head of the third Ray of Aspect and is in control, therefore, of the two Rays of Attribute mentioned above, He does not Himself wield these forces, because He is One of the three Heads of the Hierarchy and His work cannot be confined to the activity of any one ray. He works through the Ashrams of these rays, but He Himself works primarily in cooperation with the Christ and the Manu.”17

March-October corresponds to Aries-Libra and it stands to reason that Master R would preside over these meetings – in his role as the Lord of Civilisation and the “regent” of Europe and America. Aries is the first impulse of the spiritual year, where the seeds of the annually modified Planetary Plan are sown. Polar-opposite sign Libra reveals how plentiful or not the harvest has been – whether the seeds, “fell on fertile or stony ground”.

This is why Libra is a sign intimately associated with karma – the consequences of thought/ideas sown in Aries, bear their bounty in Libra. Saturn, the lord of karma is exalted in Libra and it rules Libra hierarchically.

“He is rather a small, spare man, with pointed black beard, and smooth black hair.”18

Saturn also rules the 3rd ray of active-intelligence – the only ray to pass through Libra –province of the third hierarchical department of The Mahachohan – another name for the Lord of Civilisation or Master R.

All the “rays of attribute” – 4, 5, 6, 7 – fall under the aegis of The Mahachohan. Within Hierarchical circles, Master R is known as “The Count”, alluding to his St. Germain “incarnation” immediately following Francis Rákóczi of Hungary – which led him to taking the “post” of Lord of Civilisation.

Previously as the fifth degree initiate Master R, he was the head of the seventh ray ashram. Hence He has a lot of experience in wielding these ray forces and working with nations in crisis. (For example, his work as Count St. Germain during the French Revolution.)

Since World War II, Master R’s work has been exceedingly difficult in bringing in the new Aquarian civilisation, working with the energy of the 7th ray of Order, Organisation or Ceremonial Magic. This ray is ruled by Uranus, which is also the soul ruler of Libra.

The 7th ray corresponds to the seventh physical plane, hence the, “power of the developed Libran to project the inner spiritual purpose or intended will into physical expression.”19 The following passage was written in the late 1940’s but may be even more appropriate today, as many “evil personalities” have once again taken control:

“The entire rhythm of international thinking has to be altered, and that constitutes a slow and arduous task; the evil personalities which, in every country, are responsible for the chaos and uncertainty, have eventually to be replaced by those who can work in cooperation with the rhythm of the seventh ray, and thus produce ordered beauty … two elements in every land and nation: those people who hold on to the bad old things of the past, and those who work for the extreme opposite of this point of view and for that which is new.

Under the influence of this 7th ray energy, balance has to be brought about and preserved, so that the “noble middle way” [Libra] of right action and of right human relations [Libra] can be safely trodden.

The task of the Master R. is, however, lightened by the fact that the 7th ray is now coming into activity and its potency is increasing year by year. His task is also aided by the intelligent work done by the Ashram of the English Master Who works consistently with the awakening and the arising masses.”20

Indeed, the power of this new 7th ray cycle that began in 1945, is becoming stronger and is starting to overcome the outgoing 6th ray. As “the regent of Europe”, Master R has the responsibility of overseeing its development and unity, hence bringing into focus the esoteric triangle that exists between two major planetary centres – London and Geneva, the headquarters of the European Union in Brussels and several other important European cities.

Israel Crisis: October 7 Full Moon 2025
The first week of October is shaping up to be a perfect storm for a major conflict in Israel and the Middle East. Factors which point toward this are:

1. Yom Kippur (Oct. 1.) the Day of Atonement, considered the holiest day in Judaism.

2. Yom Kippur Oct. 6, 1973 – 52^nd anniversary on Oct. 6, 2025 – when Egypt and Syria launched a surprise attack against Israel: “This war marked a turning point in Israeli military strategy and national psyche, leading to a recognition of vulnerabilities and the need for diplomatic solutions.”

3. US Admin/Israel’s dictatorial 20-point “peace plan” (a joke) – giving Hamas a few days to comply (or consequences) – leading up to the Oct.7, 2025 full moon.

4. The 2-year anniversary of the Oct.7, 2023 taking of hostages which sparked the genocide in Gaza – on Oct.7, 2025.

5. US Gov’s recent shutdown, leaving the nation in limbo for an indeterminate period, thereby being vulnerable to non congress-approved actions.

6, The very disturbing new US, “Department of War” and the emphatic statement by Zionist fanatic – Pete Hegseth, that USA is definitely preparing for war. Many current behind the scenes movements are similar to just before the recent 12-day war with Iran.

On the other side, Russia has been flying in many plane-loads of military hardware to Iran. So is this going to be another proxy war between USA and Russia? Trump has also just approved of more military support to Ukraine which will enable them to strike Russia. Madness.

7. The Virgo solar eclipse of Sept.21 – activated by transiting Venus on Oct 2, the day that the Sumud flotilla was intercepterd by the Israeli navy. The potential for an international incident to unfold through Israel taking some activists prisoner.

8. Oct.7 full moon falls close to Netanyahu’s Neptune in Libra, the planet of idealism and also at the lower level – deception and maya. Netanyahu is already well-known as a pathological liar, hence this Neptune activation will only compound that existing condition. (Unless BN has a road to Damascus moment!)

9. Israel’s planned and freely shared intent to attack Iran again, rumoured to be very soon.

10. Transiting Mars in Scorpio is poised to square all of Israel’s four planets in Leo:

a. Mars square Moon in Leo – its “Lion of Judah” and “Chosen Ones”. Exact Oct. 5.
b. Mars square Pluto in Leo – deadly force. Exact Oct.10.
c. Mars square Saturn in Leo – karma. Exact Oct.16.
d. Mars and Black Moon Lilith – opposite Israel’s Taurus Sun. Exact Oct.24.
e. Mars square Mars in Leo – much aggression, given or received. Exact Nov.1.

USA Bullies Australia on Behalf of Israel
It is significant that on the Sept.21 olar eclipse in Virgo – that Australia, UK and Canada announced the recognition of Palestinian statehood – even if it was just paying lip service to a vague ideal.

Especially as Virgo is the soul force of Australia. These three nations have been very slow to arrive at this point – given that 151 out of 193 United Nations member states already recognise the State of Palestine.

Another reason is because of USA’s dominance through the Five Eyes intelligence alliance consisting of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK and USA. New Zealand (a Virgo personality), did not formally recognise in a recent speech at the UN.

But at least the symbolic gesture has been made by these three nations. However disingenuous some leaders’ actions or having their hand forced by the people. Australia used the UN talks to formally recognise Palestinian statehood.

The USA – taking its orders from Tel Aviv and wholly complicit in the Gaza massacre – immediately went into attack mode, threatening “punitive measures” against one of its most loyal allies. And Netanyahu immediately doubled-down by stating that there will be no two-state solution.

A group of 25 senior Republican lawmakers – essentially Zionist apologists, sent a ludicrous letter to Aussie PM Albanese, Macron, Starmer and Carney – urging a rethink. Their words indicate how completely trapped they are within their own propaganda bubble:

“This is a reckless policy that undermines prospects for peace. It sets the dangerous precedent that violence, not diplomacy, is the most expedient means for terrorist groups like Hamas to achieve their political aims,” the letter said.

“This misguided effort to reward terrorism also imperils the security of your own countries.

“Proposed recognition is coinciding with sharp increases in antisemitic activity in each of your countries. Jews are facing unprecedented harassment and attacks against them are becoming a common occurrence.”

The group warned the US could retaliate over the recognition plan, first announced in August.

“Proceeding with recognition will put your country at odds with longstanding U.S. policy and interests and may invite punitive measures in response.”21

“Punitive measures” – what will that look like? Again we can see how Zionism and its puppets play the anti-Semitic card and use the Jewish people to reinforce their own propaganda.

Anti-Jewish behaviour has risen considerably as a result of Israel’s actions in the past two years, but so has a more-developed public discrimination – learning to distinguish between Zionist policies, Israel and the global community of Jews and Judaism.

Because both Australia and the Jewish people are ruled at the soul level by Virgo (also Ireland and Greece), some significant events may unfold in the next few months. Like other nations, Australia cannot afford to be bullied and cowed by “Usrael”. The cowardice of nations to act is arguably more despicable than the genocide itself.

This month of Libra the Peacemaker promises to be one of momentous decisions and holding back the forces of ambitious aggression. Libra is a sign of making decisions, using the “judicial mind” to weigh cause and effect.

Where Were You in 2007? The September 21 New Moon Eclipse
The solar eclipse on Sept.21 was part of the Saros (154) series of eclipses that started in 1917. There was also another solar eclipse in the same degree of Virgo in 2006 on the Saros (144) series.

The last 2007 and 2006 eclipses in Virgo approximately 18 and 19 years ago, emphasised themes of organisation and efficiency, encouraging reassessment of daily routines and the elimination of unproductive habits.

These are all lunar themes of  course and the moon is the esoteric ruler of Virgo, “veiling a hidden planet”. Virgo is a sign of health, purification and healing which encourages the release of pedantic and perfectionist attitudes, OCD, criticism of self or others – and judgement.

This is brought about by the invocation of the opposite sign Pisces, utilising its watery fluidity and capacity for forgiveness – for oneself or others. Pluto the Destroyer – as esoteric ruler of Pisces, helps to bring about transformation by dying to the past – release and relinquishment.

Virgo is a sign that fosters introspection and self-reflection, even triggering memories of past issues and emotional responses that can ultimately lead to resolution and healing.

Where were you on Sept.11, 2007 or Sept.22, 2006 – the last solar eclipses in Virgo 18-19 years ago. Where were you in the world, what were you doing, what had you achieved and where did you think you were going? That time is intimately linked to 2025, but working upon a higher turn of the evolutionary cycle.

That solar eclipse was a potent period for personal transformation and new beginnings – as is this one in 2025. Coincidentally, the eclipse falls right on the Libra equinox, hence, a truly unique eclipse that unites two signs.

For the disciple on the Path, the Libran keynote is, “I choose the Way that leads between the two great lines of force.” Indeed, may we choose the right way through the warring opposites, also invoking the Libra theme of Decision – i.e. –  no more procrastination!

Epilogue
There is so much going on in the world at the moment, that it is impossible to keep up and do those subjects justice! The declining situations in Europe and their antagonistic policies toward Russia, Britain’s appalling situation on so many levels – and with the attempted introduction of digital ID’s. Alot happening in the USA of course, every day a new drama.

For most of us, unless ignoring it all – it has really been a fiery test of standing in one’s strength and cultivating the good, the beautiful and the true. The Kali Yuga is well and truly upon us and Humanity is treading the fiery path of initiation – as the old order crumbles and it desperately tries to hold onto power.

But Humanity is standing against these many impositions, holding true to right values, speaking up and reclaiming its sovereignty. Hence, despite many uncertainties, the tide can be seen turning to the new era of Aquarius – where conscious and illumined co-operation will supervene – through the cultivation of community, with the seed of fundamental spiritual truths.
