The Importance of History
“Those who cannot remember the past, are condemned to repeat it.” (George Santayana, The Life of Reason.)

Most readers are aware of this author’s work in the video The Hidden History of Humanity – and also in the companion book to the video, Unveiling Genesis: Mysteries of the Rootraces and Cycles. There are also currently three volumes of modern astrological history in the books, The Destiny of the Races and Nations, with two more to be added in the next couple of months, making five volumes in all.

These facts are mentioned because there is alot that is not known about our ancient human history – which the ageless wisdom has revealed, and which impulsed the production of the aforementioned video and book. Similarly, with modern history there is much that is not known, is misreported, hidden, revised in hindsight or omitted altogether depending upon the politics of the time.

Deep digging and reading is required, to sift through the biased views of history and propaganda, to arrive at a clear discriminating view. Particularly in this day and age, as important historical events unfold through manipulative power-plays.

One has to learn that often what one nation may be saying externally, is a complete contradiction/lie to its internal motives. Similarly, the past two years of lies and propaganda – which appears to be now falling apart, hence a new distraction has been created.

Certainly, if we cannot remember the past lessons, we are condemned to repeat the same mistakes over and over again – individually and collectively. The Ageless Wisdom is about consciousness and its ongoing expansion that will eventually lead to liberation. In this era of fear and the perpetuation of chaos and disorder, let us apply ourselves in earnest to steadfastly inhabit the realm of clear, critical thinking, alloyed with common sense – intuition.

The End of the Piscean Age
The world is passing through the last breath of the Age of Pisces, almost completing the 500-year cuspal period before the Age of Aquarius begins proper after 2,117 AD. Hence, the world is witnessing the breakdown and destruction of all that has become crystallised in the past 2,000 year cycle – in politics, religion and every other human activity.

Pluto is the esoteric ruler of Pisces and in its destroyer mode, perfectly represents what is occuring now, especially with its passage through Capricorn until 2025, encompassing USA’s Pluto return in 2022.

Pluto was “discovered” in 1930, between the two world wars that were a recapitulation of the ancient Atlantean conflict. And as touched upon many times in these writings, the world is passing through the highly critical third and final phase of that conflict.

Whether that conflict precipitates onto the physical plane is up to the New Group of World Servers (NGWS) – particularly the “esoteric contingent” of that world group, who have the spiritual knowledge and practice of meditation that has the capacity to destroy the anciently embedded thoughtforms and create new blueprints for human consciousness development.

The two co-rulers of Pisces exoterically, are Jupiter and Neptune, both currently passing through this sign on their 12/164 year cycles respectively. What Pluto is currently destroying, Jupiter and Neptune are building anew, heralding the awakening of Christ consciousness in all of Humanity – and the actual, imminent return of The Christ.

Jupiter is the ruler of the second ray of Love-Wisdom, the primary ray of this solar system, the foundation of all human evolution. The second ray is called “The Builder”:

“Ray II is occupied with the first formulations of the plan upon which the form must be constructed and the idea materialised, and (through the agencies of this great second emanation) the blue prints come into being with their mathematical accuracy, their structural unity and their geometrical perfection.

The Grand Geometrician comes thus to the forefront and makes the work of the Builders possible. Upon figure and form, number and sequences will the Temple be built, and so embrace and express the glory of the Lord. The second ray is the ray of the Master Builder.”1

The Crisis of Ukraine and Russia
“In the hands of United States, Great Britain and Russia, and also in the hands of France, lies the destiny of the world disciple, Humanity. Humanity has been passing the tests which are preparatory for the first initiation; they have been hard and cruel and are not entirely over.

The Lords of Karma (four in number), are today working through these four Great Powers; it is however, a karma which seeks to liberate, as does all karma. In the coming crises, true vision and a new freedom, plus a wider spiritual horizon may be attained. The crises, if rightly handled, need not again reach the ultimate horror.”2 (Written in April 1947, just after WWII.)

In this newsletter the author attempts to present another side of the story that is not being considered and reported, or is being censored in mainstream outlets. There is no motive to be an apologist for Russia or Putin’s actions, but simply ask questions, present existing facts, shed light upon the many complexities that underlie the current situation in Ukraine.

Why have so many people in the “spiritual” community jumped on the MSM3 bandwagon and barely bothered to inform themselves about the causes of the current situation – let alone listen to their intuitive promptings? They appear to have rushed in eagerly to join the cat’s chorus condemning Russia, oblivious of the fact that they are being whipped into a frenzy with the rest of the world.

Students of the Ageless Wisdom learn about causes that lie behind effects – the outer manifestation and the maya of the apparent. In the everyday world that teems with many cross-currents and competing propagandas, nothing can be taken at face value:

This constitutes the ABC’s of esotericism, common sense and critical thinking. Hence, digging deeper into the causes behind what is being generally presented and transcending the current blame narratives, will lead to a broader understanding.

Libra is the sign that is currently prominent in the planetary horoscope between the two great precessional cycles of Pisces and Aquarius. The keynote for Libra is, “I choose the Way that leads between the two great lines of force.”

Libra weighs opposing views in the balance, stepping back from the minutae and drama of immediate events, seeking a less polarised and more unified picture. This is why Libra is the Peacemaker, it balances the warring pairs of opposites, creating harmony and balance.

High Hypocrisy and Historical Amnesia
We live in contradictory times where world glamour has turned everything inside out, upside down and back to front. Contradictory viewpoints, contradictory propaganda – contradictions abound. Contradiction: From contra “against” and dicere “to speak”.

The world has certainly witnessed “against speaking” in the past two years with widespread censorship, the banning of intelligent discussion and the discouragement of critical thinking – the loss of free speech, one of the fundamental tenets of the Four Freedoms.

Now a glaring contradiction emerges, or to use other synonyms – incongruity, inconsistency, discrepancy – of those who virtue-signal about freedom and democracy for Ukraine, gave away their freedoms in the past two years, by succumbing obediently to the mainstream narrative, guzzling gallons of propaganda.

The Western world has become anything but free and democratic, due to forced vaccination programs, faux lockdowns, prevention of free speech and protest, the totalitarian measures taken in the past two years – to “protect” us.

The USA-UK and other nations are essentially projecting all their own “unclaimed baggage” upon Russia in a bid to gain greater control of resources in Europe. Those nations are lying and using blatant deception every step of the way to achieve those ends. These calumnies are piling up to such a height, that they will inevitably come crashing down very soon.

Now that the one-eyed, controlled media has shifted its spin seamlessly from the “plannedemic” into the demonisation of Russia and Putin (many months before the attack), the new propaganda is being eagerly quaffed down – as collective rage is vented upon a new scapegoat. As Technocracy author Patrick Wood said just under a year ago,

“In April of 2021 I published an article titled ‘The Globalists Will Need Another Crisis In America As Their Reset Agenda Fails.’ In that article I outlined the most likely scenarios for the next disaster event, which included war in Ukraine as well as a global cyber-attack that disrupts the supply chain. In that article I stated:

“The media and the Biden Administration are very busy trying to create tensions with Russia over Ukraine. There are renewed tensions between Iran and Israel and continued destabilization by the West in Syria. And, a rising danger of confrontation with China over Taiwan…

There is … a narrative advantage to global tensions; when presented with a foreign threat, are Americans more likely to reject notions of rebellion against government trespasses? I have no doubt that the establishment will try to claim the liberty movement is not a movement for freedom, but an “astro-turf” movement created by the Russians to destabilize America. This has been the leftist media propaganda strategy for years now; so why would they stop?”” ((Analysis: Large Scale Cyberattack Is Now Imminent))

This is just one “soft” image of Yemen, there are many more distressing photos of famine victims, refugees and human suffering. The Saudi role in fomenting terrorism has continually been facilitated by Britain and the United States. British arms supplies and military advisers are key components in this war. Both the CIA and MI6 were central in facilitating the transaction of arms. Nearly 50,000 people died 2016 to 2018. 16 million in Yemen ‘marching towards starvation’.

Yes, there are many who are suffering terribly at the moment, the cries of agony and distress of the bombed, displaced and refugee casualties of war must be penetrating into the highest spheres.

And it is easy to lay blame without really investigating WHY this invasion is taking place. Many people succumb to the drama of war, preferring an easy, feel-good emotional route, or by taking the sanctimonious moral-high-ground.

Yet, conveniently forgotten are recent unprovoked attacks by meddling Western powers in so many trouble spots for the past decade – upon equally “innocent” victims, where millions have been slaughtered: Yemen, Ethiopia, Israel, Syria, Libya, Iraq – the list is endless.

Where was the protest and outrage then – on the scale it is now? Mainly because the media propaganda has never been as strident, one-sided and overwhelming as it is today.

Humanity is being played again and many have fallen for the same mass hypnosis that has characterised the past two years – on that other subject, oh yes, what was it – something about a deadly virus?

Russia’s Demands
The collective clamour against Russia is so loud and extreme, that the bigger picture and voices of reason are being obscured by layers of obfuscating glamour. This newsletter will attempt to unpack some of the layers to this unsavoury cake.

Russia wants the following guarantees, bearing in mind that in their historical memory/trauma, Russia was attacked by Germany via Ukraine in the world wars, losing tens of millions:

1. That NATO does not deploy missiles in nations bordering Russia – already in place from Slovenia to Romania, with Poland to follow.
2. NATO to stop military and naval exercises in nations and seas bordering Russia.
3. Ukraine will not become a member of NATO.
4. The West and Russia to sign a binding East-West security pact.
5. Restoration of landmark treaty between USA-Russia covering intermediate-range nuclear weapons.

These points constitute a peace plan for all of Europe that should be welcomed by the West – and in fact has been advocated by many politicians and high-ranking military.

Vladimir Putin’s Conditions in a Nutshell
“Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Saturday that he chose to attack Ukraine beyond the borders of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics (DPR and LPR) to prevent the West from “endlessly” supplying “nationalists and radicals” with various resources, such as weapons and money. He added that the Russian forces were “practically done” destroying Ukrainian military sites, such as air defenses and weapons depots.

The president stated that he had ordered Russian troops to invade Ukraine last week in order to neutralize the “real threat” coming from Kiev and NATO. Moscow has long protested the Western military infrastructure along its borders and Ukraine’s aspirations to join the US-led bloc.

“They began to say more actively that they will admit [Ukraine] to NATO. What will this lead to? All other members of the alliance must back Ukraine in the case of a military conflict,” Putin said. “They will [attack] Crimea, and we will be forced to go to war with NATO. Do you understand the consequences?” The president stated that he wanted Ukraine to become a neutral country.

Crimea voted to leave Ukraine and join Russia shortly after the 2014 coup in Kiev. It was during that time that the DPR and LPR broke away from Ukraine.

“Let’s acquire nuclear weapons, they say [in Ukraine]. We can’t simply ignore it,” Putin said, referring to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s remark last month that Kiev might be forced to reconsider its status as a non-nuclear-weapons state. Russia invaded its neighbor on February 24, arguing that it was defending the DPR and LPR. Putin also claimed he was seeking the “demilitarization and denazification” of the country.

Kiev said the attack was entirely unprovoked and appealed to the international community for help. Many countries, including the US, the UK, and EU member states, have since imposed sweeping sanctions on Russia.”4

Vladimir Putin: A Disciple of Shamballa?
Many observers and advanced thinkers have always hated or mistrusted Putin – and not without good reason – many difficult scenarios and suspicious events have unfolded since the Soviet Union ceased to be in 1992, making its complicated transition to the nation that Russia is today.

Putin is no saint, perhaps conducted dubious or heinous acts during his reign of power over an incredibly corrupt nation, already in disarray in its transition from the former USSR.

Yet, through his dictatorial rule, Putin has held the nation together for the past twenty years, navigating through social, cultural, economic and military crises, dealing with internal problems of billionaire oligarchs, corruption and many other dissenting voices. Then there is the Ukraine thorn in Russia’s side that has been particularly problematic since the US-instigated Maidan uprising in 2014.

There are just a few of the internal problems, let alone the external challenges in the international community. Putin is truly an enigma, with many divided or biased opinions about him, including people like Yanis Varoufakis and Technocracy author, Patrick Wood:

“Vladimir Putin is a long time associate of numerous globalists. His friendship with New World Order ghoul Henry Kissinger started decades ago and they continue to meet for regular lunches as Kissinger acts as an adviser to multiple branches of the Kremlin.

Putin has also maintained a steady relationship to the WEF and Russia even joined Klaus Schwab’s Fourth Industrial Revolution Network just last year. The claim the Putin is anti-globalist is a lie, he is deeply involved in the globalist system and always has been.”5

Yet it can also be counter-argued that Putin plays all sides in a multi-entity chess game, hence his engagement with people like Kissinger or the WEF are all about playing an international game that furthers the development of Russia. Putin’s engagement with any of them does not necessarily mean that he has some over-arching commitment to their ideas or policies. A co-worker recently concurred, remarking:

Some students of the wisdom who have consistently had clear vision in these kind of matters, have seriously pondered the possibility that Putin may be a first ray disciple who is totally aligned with the spiritual destiny of Russia, dedicated to its preservation at all costs. Could Putin be a “disciple of Shamballa” or is he an evil mastermind, as the majority of the Western public appears to think? If the former, then Libran Putin may be working out the “will of god” in relation to the spiritual destiny of Russia, just as Ataturk did for Turkey a century ago.

These perspectives on Putin are worthy of reflection, instead of reacting to the tragedy and maya of the moment – or genuflecting to the MSM narrative. Another point, why the big criticism of Russia and barely anything about China or Saudi Arabia? This Russian criticism has been going on for the past several years, particularly driven by the Democrats who came to the conclusion that somehow Putin bought Trump to power, a totally ludicrous premise!

The mass media is currently creating another apartheid, where anyone who so much wants to simply discuss the situation, is labelled as pro-Putin/Russia, a traitor and non-patriot – as witnessed recently in the deeply hateful criticism of democratic senator Tulsi Gabbard, who said:

“This war and suffering could have easily been avoided if Biden Admin/NATO had simply acknowledged Russia’s legitimate security concerns regarding Ukraine’s becoming a member of NATO, which would mean US/NATO forces right on Russia’s border.”7

And now to the passage regarding a “disciple of Shamballa”:

“I would point out that Ataturk, the Turkish dictator, within certain personality limitations of relatively negligible moment, made good use of first ray energy, and only the testimony of future historical records will indicate fully how wisely, sanely and disinterestedly he used this type of force for the attainment of first ray objectives.

It might be apposite here to point out that such first ray exponents of force are often misunderstood and hated.  They may and often do misuse the energy available but they also use it constructively within the desired limits of the immediate plan.  I would also like to state that the lot of a first ray disciple is hard and difficult.

There are disciples of Shamballa just as there are disciples of the Hierarchy and this is a fact hitherto not recognised and never as yet referred to in the current writings on occult subjects.  It is wise and valuable to remember this.

They are powerful, these disciples of Shamballa, headstrong and often cruel; they impose their will and dictate their desires; they make mistakes but they are nevertheless true disciples of Shamballa and are working out the Will of God as much as the disciples and Masters of the Hierarchy are working out the Love of God.”8

It has been often stated that “sometimes war may be a necessary evil”. The long running problem of Russia and Ukraine could now be in the process of resolution – it a very high cost of human suffering, due to Putin’s decision to invade Ukraine.

Or it could get out of control and degenerate into an all-out conflict. A very dangerous game is now being played out where the American neocons are beating the drums of war. The red line that Russia and Putin have drawn for the past 15 years has been continually ignored by Western powers – who have blatantly broken previous agreements and provoked Russia endlessly.

After years and recent months of Putin and Sergei Lavrov offering negotiation talks that were routinely refused by the USA and NATO nations, along with incessant anti-Putin/Russia propaganda – it appears that Putin was left with no alternative. Russia is holding firm on a guarantee of no further NATO encroachment upon its territory and the removal of missiles from its border.

Putin will have one of his most challenging life cycles unfolding from April to Dec.2022, transiting Saturn in Aquarius opposite Pluto in Leo – and if his chart is accurate, the Leo midheaven to which Pluto is closely conjunct.

Bearing in mind that Putin’s Pluto is exactly opposite Ukraine’s moon in Aquarius (see multi-wheel chart later), reflecting the destructive power of Pluto upon Ukraine’s moon/shadow – this standard interpretation follows:

“Your ability to make your own choices may be restricted by heavy responsibilities, rules, laws, or institutions and authorities. Years of hard work may be at stake as forces outside of your control seem to dictate the direction of your life. Patience, endurance, and strength of spirit are needed during this test of personal self-mastery. Time is running out to make up for past mistakes. Your karmic credit is being tallied and fate will determine your outcome.

Abuse of power, controlling or manipulative behavior, violence or cruelty over recent years would be a reason to feel guilty and also fearful. This transit may manifest enemies, defeats, and losses. If so, an evolutionary leap would be forced on you as you turn to the spiritual, more than the material, for your sense of security.”9

Rebuilding the World Post WWII
The following passage is worthy of pondering, in terms of rebuilding the world post WWII in the mid 1940’s. This period unfolding in 2022 is the closest the world has come to WWIII. Yet, this war has esoterically, already been in progress for past decades – being fought out upon the mental plane, with many spiritual groups working subjectively to prevent it from manifesting upon the physical plane.

“The spiritual guides of the race [Hierarchy/Masters of Wisdom] can present this formula of progress. They cannot guarantee its enactment, for humanity is left free to decide its own problems. Certain questions, therefore, emerge immediately.

1. Will the great powers, Russia, the United States, and the British Commonwealth of Nations [UK, Canada, Australia, NZ etc.] stand together for the total good of humanity, or will they each proceed upon their separate way towards their own selfish objectives?

2. Will the smaller powers as well as the great Powers be willing to relinquish some of their so-called sovereignty in the interests of the whole? Will they attempt to view the world situation from the angle of humanity, or will they only see their own individual good?

3. Will they omit the constant carping criticism which has distinguished the past and which breeds a growing hatred, and recognize that all nations are made up of human beings, at different stages of evolution, and conditioned by their background, race and environment ?

4. Will they be willing to leave each other free to shoulder individual responsibility and yet be willing ever to assist each other as members of one family and as animated by one human spirit, the spirit of God ?

5. Will they be willing to share the produce of the earth, knowing it belongs to all, freely distributing it as nature does? Or will they permit it to fall into the hands of a few powerful nations or a mere handful of powerful men and financial experts ?

Such are only a few of the questions for which answers must be sought and found. The task looks hard indeed. Yet there are enough spiritually minded people in the world today to change world attitudes and to bring in the new spiritually creative period. Will these men and women of vision and goodwill arise in their might in every nation and make their voices heard?

Will they have the strength, the persistence and the courage to overcome defeatism, to break the chain of hampering theologies—political, social, economic and religious—and work for the good of all peoples? Will they overcome the forces arrayed against them through firm conviction of the stability and potentiality of the human spirit ?

Will they have faith in the intrinsic worth of humanity? Will they realize that the entire trend of the evolutionary process is sweeping them on to victory? The firm establishment of right human relations is already a determined part of divine purpose and nothing can arrest its eventual appearance. That appearance can, however, be hastened by right and selfless action.”10 (Written 1944-46.)

Indeed, have we failed the expectations of the guiding Hierarchy – is it now “too little, too late”?

History of Russia and Ukraine: Warring Brothers
Russia’s first incarnation in 879 AD as Kievan Rus (hence Kiev), was a loose federation of East Slavic, Baltic, and Finnic peoples.

“The throne of Kiev held a dominant position in Ancient Rus. This had been the custom since the late 9th century. The Tale of Bygone Years captured for posterity the words of Oleg the Prophet about Kiev, “Let it be the mother of all Russian cities.”11

The Mongol invasion in 1237- 1240 finished Kievan Rus, leading to Russia’s second incarnation as the Grand Duchy of Moscow, over a century later. The Russian princes by then had united and severely limited the Mongol occupiers at the Battle of Kulikovo in 1380.

Hence with so much eastern influence, there is Russia’s unique destiny in eventually, “linking the two ways” of east-west. The modern nations of Belarus, Russia, and Ukraine all claim Kievan Rus as their cultural ancestors. The unification of East Slavic lands led the ruler to move the capital in the north to the more strategic Kiev in the south – on the Dnieper River, the main artery that flows through Russia, extending into Ukraine – there is the body of the nation (s) and its circulatory system.

Another formation was the Cossack Hetmanate of 1649 – based in the heart of present Ukraine and officially referred to as the Zaporizhian Host. Later Ukraine became part of the Russian Empire from 1721 until the Great October Socialist Revolution of 1917 – which led up to the creation of the Soviet Union (1922 – 1991).

The Bolsheviks led by Vladimir Lenin, pushed for socialist revolution – ending the rule of Provisional Government, leaving all political power to the Soviets. A long and bloody Civil War ensued from 1917 to 1923, included foreign intervention, execution of the former tsar and his family, plus the famine of 1921 which killed about five million people. During this period from 1917-1920, a temporary Ukrainian People’s Republic was formed.

Eventually the Peace of Riga was signed, splitting disputed territories in Belarus and Ukraine between the Republic of Poland and Soviet Russia. On 28 December 1922, the Treaty on the Creation of the USSR was approved and Ukraine, along with 14 other republics, became part of the Soviet Union.12

Shortly after Lenin died and Stalin came to power, Ukraine endured the “Holdomor” of 1932-33, or genocide by starvation that killed an estimated 7 million people. Russians dispute that it was all Ukrainian victims, many of them claimed to be Russian. More well-known is that Stalin was responsible for the deaths of an estimated 20-40 million of his own people.

The 1930’s saw Uranus passing through Taurus, the sign of dictators such as Hitler, whose ascent to power was occurring at the same time. Double Capricorn Stalin – had Chiron, Mars, Neptune and destroyer Pluto in Taurus. When the Soviet Union ceased to be in 1991,

“Over 300,000 Ukrainians organised a human chain for Ukrainian independence between Kyiv and Lviv – in memory of the 1919 unification of the Ukrainian People’s Republic and the West Ukrainian National Republic. Citizens came out to the streets and highways, forming live chains by holding hands in support of unity. On 16 July 1990, the new parliament adopted the Declaration of State Sovereignty of Ukraine.”13

Hence, the Russian and Ukraine destinies have been closely intertwined since Russia’s first formation in the 9th century. Some scholars argue that Ukraine will ultimately return to Russia when peace between the nations supervenes.

Others are adamant that the nations are two separate souls with their own destinies. The former argument of the two nations eventually blending, is looking at evolution over many centuries. In an excerpt from his essay, On the Historical Unity of Russians and Ukrainians, Vladimir Putin states:

“Russians and Ukrainians are one people – a single whole … It is what I have said on numerous occasions and what I firmly believe … When the USSR collapsed, many people in Russia and Ukraine sincerely believed and assumed that our close cultural, spiritual and economic ties would certainly last, as would the commonality of our people, who had always had a sense of unity at their core. However, events – at first gradually, and then more rapidly – started to move in a different direction.

In essence, Ukraine’s ruling circles decided to justify their country’s independence through the denial of its past, however, except for border issues. They began to mythologize and rewrite history, edit out everything that united us, and refer to the period when Ukraine was part of the Russian Empire and the Soviet Union as an occupation. The common tragedy of collectivization and famine of the early 1930’s was portrayed as the genocide of the Ukrainian people.

Radicals and neo-Nazis were open and more and more insolent about their ambitions. They were indulged by both the official authorities and local oligarchs, who robbed the people of Ukraine and kept their stolen money in Western banks, ready to sell their motherland for the sake of preserving their capital.

To this should be added the persistent weakness of state institutions and the position of a willing hostage to someone else’s geopolitical will.”14

Russia Links the Two Ways: East and West
Russia’s history and establishment is deeply related to the East, as described above – the passage further states, “her part lies more in the East than in the West”. After this period of pain and suffering, when harmony returns to these nations – whether they will be united or not, Russia will also link,

Ponder upon the enormity of Russia, stretching from West to Mongolia, the Far East and ancient Tartary!

Russia: Aquarius Soul, Leo Personality
Russia is a very proud Leo personality and also has the Mars-ruled sixth ray of devotion and idealism conditioning its personality – the same personality ray as the USA.

Both these nations also have Aquarius conditioning their souls, their combined destiny is to lead the world into the Aquarian Age. (In Ukraine’s 1991 horoscope, Leo is also prominent – four planets in this sign, opposite its Aquarian moon.)

Hence, the clash of these two nations at the end of the sixth ray Age of Pisces – before their eventual co-operation with the triangle of USA, UK and Russia. The following was written in the mid-1940’s, during the Soviet Era and Stalin’s rule:

“Russia is as yet embryonic and her part lies more in the East than in the West, provided she follows the indicated lines. Her two ruling signs are Aquarius and Leo and her real function in the comity of nations lies far ahead when the Aquarian age is flourishing and the Leo control of the Russian personality has been offset.

The planets which primarily influence Russia are the Sun (2nd ray), Uranus (7th ray), Jupiter (2nd ray) and the Moon (4th ray). This makes a most interesting, a most humanitarian and — in the long run — a non-destructive combination.

At present, the intensely individualistic Leo force in its worst aspects is dominating, but this will not last as history will eventually prove.  The noisy, cruel child can turn into a controlled humanitarian in adult life and the influences potent in the Russian horoscope indicate this.”16

Perhaps we can give some credit that Russia has matured somewhat in the past 80 years, as has USA and other nations. Perhaps some of that cruelty from the past still lingers, and is amplified by a leader like Putin, who may be upon the Shamballa first ray. Putin is also a Libra sun, a sign that “admits the soul into the world centre which we call Shamballa”.17

Cruelty is not only the province of the first ray shadow however, the Mars-ruled sixth ray is particularly connected to cruelty – a ray that conditions Japan’s personality, notorious for unspeakable cruelties in WWII. Russia and USA are sixth ray personalities, both have inflicted their share of cruelty and aggression upon other nations.

The Problem of NATO and the USA
Ukraine is a very complex, multi-layered problem that requires investigation into history and US geo-political hegemony for the past few decades. Many people had a steep pandemic learning curve in the past two years – learning to discriminate between fact and fiction, lies and propaganda.

In this renewed Ukraine conflict, the challenge is even greater – in truly trying to grasp the situation. Yet in these past two years, many people are suffering mental battle-fatigue and do not have the stamina do the deeper digging.

Russia says that its action in Ukraine is a defensive response to NATO threats. Back in 1990, in his meeting with Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev, U.S. Secretary of State James Baker famously assured Russia about NATO expansion – “not one inch eastward”:

“Many other assurances about Soviet security were given by Western leaders to Gorbachev and other Soviet officials throughout the process of German unification in 1990-91, according to declassified U.S., Soviet, German, British and French documents posted by the National Security Archive at George Washington University.”18

It has been said that the concept of Ukraine having a “right” to join NATO is ridiculous – Russia was never going to allow a US outpost on its border to Ukraine. It has been argued by Russia that Ukraine has the right to peaceful and secure borders, but it has no right to threaten Russia’s security. Russia and other observers have said the solution was to keep Ukraine neutral, but that was not satisfactory to Washington – which appeared to fanatically and unreasonably keep the cold war going.

In Cold War history, NATO was necessary to defend Europe from the “Russian hordes” – the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation’s brief was to keep the USSR in check. When the Soviet Union broke up in 1991, the argument for NATO’s existence finished.

NATO then morphed into a resource manager, linked to the Military Industrial Compllex (MIC), protecting sea lanes and pipelines – expanding to the East. Political pundits say that its official mission changed “to control the global energy system” – but was really meant to keep serving the US as an interventionist force. It is claimed that all talk before that about the cold war was a lie. For any Russian leader, Ukraine is at the core of its geo-strategic concerns.

“Following the Orange Revolution ten years earlier in 2004, there arose the, “Feb. 2014 US-backed coup against the Russia-friendly president of Ukraine. The US state department’s Victoria Nuland spear-headed the overthrow of a democratically elected president Viktor Yanukovych.

This led to a civil war in Ukraine in which more than 13,000 people died – according to the United Nations. Nuland noted that the U.S. government had given $2.4 billion to Ukraine since 2014 – “in security assistance,” including $450 million in 2021 alone.

After the US State Department successfully orchestrated the Maidan revolt in Kiev, they essentially captured the country for their own use. Hunter Biden was given a position on the board of the Burisma gas company, receiving $83,333 a month in an elaborate pay-off scheme. Nancy Pelosi’s son and Mitt Romney’s son were also given paid positions. This was when the real corruption started.

The US government then pushed to bring Ukraine into NATO and started talking about installing nuclear weapons in Ukraine – pointing toward Russia. That threat made it inevitable that Russia would react – in the same manner that the US reacted in the Cuban Missile Crisis in Oct.1962.

It is alleged that NATO is providing armaments and training to the Ukrainian army, including the Azov Battalion, explicitly inspired by Nazi Germany and accused of war crimes. Photo shows a recent delivery of rocket launchers.

The Kiev regime turned on the ethnic Russian population in the east with the ferocity of ethnic cleansing. Deploying neo-Nazi militias in the manner of the Waffen-SS, they bombed and laid to siege cities and towns. They used mass starvation as a weapon, cutting off electricity, freezing bank accounts, stopping social security and pensions

Today the neo-Nazi Azov battalion is integrated into the Ukrainian national guard and armed and trained by the United States, British military and Israel.”19

It is argued by several sources, that the Orange Revolution of 2004 and then again 2014 (v.2.0), were classic CIA-engineered plots to impose political outcomes upon the Ukrainian people – and they worked. Scorpio CIA has a long track record of interference in about 50 countries since its inception in 1947.

Also noteworthy that in the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis, American deployments of missiles in Italy and Turkey were matched by Soviet deployments of similar ballistic missiles in Cuba – right on USA’s doorstep. That was exactly 60 years ago (a triple Jupiter-Saturn cycle) when Saturn was in Aquarius and Jupiter in Pisces. Now Russia is asking for a similar situation to be removed from its doorstep.

“Nor were the interests of the Ukrainian people thought of in February 2014. The legitimate public discontent, caused by acute socio-economic problems, mistakes and inconsistent actions of the authorities of the time, was simply cynically exploited.

Western countries interfered in Ukraine’s internal affairs and supported the coup. Radical nationalist groups served as its battering ram. Their slogans, ideology and blatant aggessive Russiaphobia have to a large extent become defining elements of state policy in Ukraine.”20

Ukraine Civil War (From an article by John Pilger)
After the 2014 coup, the Donbass region of Luhansk and Donetsk wanted to separate from Ukraine – one part wants to be in Europe – the other part in Russia. Professor Stephen Cohen, acclaimed as America’s leading authority on Russia, wrote:

In the port city of Odessa, pro-regime militants chased dissidents into the Trade Unions Building and then set it on fire. 40 or more ethnic Russians were burned alive or died of smoke inhalation, the crowd outside mocked them as red-and-black Colorado potato beetles, with the chant of “Burn, Colorado, burn.” Afterwards, reporters spotted graffiti on the building’s walls containing Swastika-like symbols and honoring the “Galician SS,” the Ukrainian adjunct to the German SS in World War II. (Robert Parry)

“The pogrom-like burning to death of ethnic Russians and others in Odessa … reawakened memories of Nazi extermination squads in Ukraine during World War II … [Today] stormtroop-like assaults on gays, Jews, elderly ethnic Russians, and other ‘impure’ citizens are widespread throughout Kyiv-ruled Ukraine, along with torchlight marches reminiscent of those that eventually inflamed Germany in the late 1920s and 1930s …

The police and official legal authorities do virtually nothing to prevent these neo-fascist acts or to prosecute them. On the contrary, Kyiv has officially encouraged them by systematically rehabilitating and even memorializing Ukrainian collaborators with Nazi German extermination pogroms …, renaming streets in their honor, building monuments to them, rewriting history to glorify them, and more.”

Today, neo-Nazi Ukraine is seldom mentioned. That the British are training the Ukrainian National Guard, which includes neo-Nazis, is not news. (See Matt Kennard’s Declassified report in Consortium News on February 15.) The return of violent, endorsed fascism to 21st century Europe, to quote Harold Pinter, “never happened … even while it was happening.”

On December 16, the United Nations tabled a resolution that called for “combating glorification of Nazism, neo-Nazism and other practices that contribute to fuelling contemporary forms of racism.” The only nations to vote against it were the United States and Ukraine.

Germany invades Russia in 1941.

Almost every Russian knows that it was across the plains of Ukraine’s “borderland” that Hitler’s divisions swept from the west in 1941, bolstered by Ukraine’s Nazi cultists and collaborators. The result was more than 20 million Russian dead.

… This historical memory is the driving force behind Russia’s respect-seeking, self-protective security proposals, which were published in Moscow on Dec.16, 2021 – the week the United Nations tabled a resolution calling for “combating glorification of Nazism, neo-Nazism and other practices that contribute to fuelling contemporary forms of racism”. The only nations to vote against it were the United States and Ukraine.

The “massing” army we seldom hear about are the thirteen Ukrainian army brigades laying siege to Donbas: an estimated 150,000 troops. If they attack, the provocation to Russia will almost certainly mean war.”21.

Nord Stream Gas Pipelines
These gas pipelines run from Russia under the Baltic Sea to Germany. Nord Stream I supplies about 40% of gas to Europe and Nord Stream II (only completed in Sep. 2021), would have extended supply to 80%. But the German deal went sour when Russia invaded Ukraine, as there was a previously built-in agreement:

“As an example of Washington deciding “what’s best” for Europe, Sergei Lavrov mentioned the lengthy American campaign to torpedo the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline. Berlin suspended certification of the fully-completed project as part of anti-Russian sanctions over Moscow’s attack on Ukraine.

Washington has been trying to stop the project for years [including most recently Donald Trump], claiming it undermined European energy safety and suggesting that deliveries of American liquified natural gas were a more preferable option, despite its greater price, the Russian minister pointed out.

The intended US foreign policy in Eurasia is to cut off Russia from the rest of Europe and all its Central Asian neighbors, thereby weakening Russia’s geopolitical influence and economic power in the region.

Once the US has Ukraine in its back pocket, which of course this recent coup [2014] effectively secures, the gas pipelines that drive Europe’s dependency on Russia to supply 90% of its natural gas, will quickly be eliminated, and instead the oil and gas rich Ukraine can then be “groomed” as Europe’s new main supplier.”22

Long-suffering Sergei Lavrov made other penetrating remarks about the situation:

“The European Union has been shown its place. The Nord Stream 2 story has shown perfectly the real place that the EU has on the world stage,” Lavrov asserted. The top Russian diplomat remarked that the Western narrative about the conflict resembled a Hollywood film about an epic battle of absolute good versus absolute evil, with the part of the good “embodied in the character, who is also the script writer.” [Zelenskyy]23

▪️Russia has never used oil and gas as weapons, leaving the question of their supply to the discretion of the West;

▪️Moscow will find a way to no longer depend on the West;

▪️Russia wants Ukraine to be a neutral country and is ready to discuss security guarantees;

▪️The Kremlin has confirmed that its initiative on humanitarian corridors in Ukraine remains on the table;

▪️Those who supply Ukraine with weapon and send mercenaries there should understand responsibility for their actions;

▪️Lavrov has discussed with Kuleba the possibility of a meeting between the countries’ leaders, noting that Moscow always supports holding talks.

“Recently, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy criticized the U.S., saying it was damaging his country’s economy by stoking panic that Russia may be planning an invasion. Biden’s reaction was to increase the war rhetoric. From the very start, the United States has wanted a war as part of its global project to impose US hegemony in the world.”24

Volodymyr Zelenskyy shot to fame in a hit TV series in Ukraine – Servant of the People that first aired in 2015, after the Maidan Uprising. One wonders if Zelenskyy (and the Ukrainian people) was groomed for the role, where his character plays a teacher who becomes president – then a few years later in 2019 he is voted as Ukraine president.

It is said that Russia does not take Zelenskyy and his administration too seriously because he was “produced” by the notorious international meddler, George Soros. Soros had connections with the Orange Revolution of 2004 and acknowledged in an interview with CNN that he actively contributed to the overthrow of former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych in 2014.

“I created a foundation in Ukraine before it became independent from Russia. The foundation has functioned since then and has played an important role in current events,” explains the financier who established the International Renaissance Foundation, in Ukraine, as part of the Open Society Foundations, in April 1990.

This infamous foundation was originally placed in Ukraine with the aim to assist its transition to a democracy and market economy but became a kind of parallel government, immediately starting a series of projects in different areas, without ever truly helping the country – and ultimately giving the role of President to a comedian/clown.”25

An excellent video commentary on Soros’s involvement with Ukraine since 1990, by “Amazing Polly”. Soros funded Zelenskyy via the Ukrainian oligarch Igor Kolomoisky, whose name has been revealed in the Pandora Papers that unmasked the hidden owners of offshore companies, secret bank accounts, hidden assets etc.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy is a very smart person, attaining a degree in law before pursuing a career in comedy and acting, forming a production company making films and TV shows, including his own immensely popular hit series. There was even a political party bearing the TV show’s name that was formed in 2018.

Gemini rising is Zelenskyy’s soul purpose – an excellent communicator, having the “common touch” – and of course, trickster and clown. Gemini has the unique knack of impersonation, mirroring and imitation, giving the ability to send-up or satirise – often hilariousy. Gemini has a broad multi-lingual capacity – Zelenskyy speaks fluently Russian, Ukrainian and English. With Gemini coupled by sextile aspect to the moon in dramatic Leo, there is an ideal combination for an actor or performer.

Zelenskyy’s Sun-Venus conjunction in Aquarius gives charisma, attractiveness and affability, making him naturally a man of the people. Aquarius is also the sign of Russia’s soul, which may enable Zelenskyy to negotiate with Moscow eventually. Aquarius can also be a superficial sign, similar to Gemini in its lower expression where,

“The average man in Aquarius puts all his wares into the window, and often in the room behind the window there is little to be found. Esoterically, the developed Aquarian puts all he has into his water pot, storing it there for service and giving it freely on demand to meet a need.”26

As asked recently of Jupiter in Aquarius Klaus Shwab, is Zelenskyy an “average man” or a “developed Aquarian”? Aquarius is also on the midheaven of Zelenskyy’s horoscope (conjunct Ukraine’s moon in Aquarius) – and transiting Saturn will pass back and forth across this angle three times, between early March and Dec. 2022. This transit reflects the serious situation which the Ukrainian president now finds himself in – and the grave responsibility he has to the people.

For the month previous, during Feb.2022, transiting Saturn was opposing Zelenskyy’s Leo moon, perhaps activating past personal karma associated with leadership in Ukraine, a very sobering experience for him as the reality hit home of Russia’s invasion in late February. On the Leo moon theme, Zelenskyy was described as being “lionised” in the West, praised for his personal bravery. Or was that just media hype and propaganda?

The following quad-wheel of Putin, Zelenskyy, Ukraine and transits, shows the extraordinary synastry upon the Leo-Aquarius axis, so prominent in Russia – an Aquarian soul with a Leo personality. This chart is a good reference when considering the charts of all players individually.

In Zelenskyy’s horoscope, Gemini ruler Mercury is placed in Capricorn, a good position for being shrewd and practical in business. Mercury is square to Pluto, giving Zelenskyy the capacity for powerful and persuasive speech – but also deception and subterfuge. Gemini rising’s shadow is deceit that can sow mistrust – essentially Gemini can be anything to anyone, two-faced – an actor playing a role. Mercury square Pluto can also encourage dictatorial tendencies.

Gemini esoteric ruler Venus is placed in Aquarius, exactly conjunct the Sun, creating a bridge between personality and soul and between these two air signs. Venus is the ruler of the fifth ray of science, the only ray to pass through Aquarius – reflecting somewhat his father who is involved with cybernetics/computing hardware – and his engineer mother.

Perhaps Zelenskyy has the fifth ray in his make-up, most certainly the fourth ray of harmony through conflict – so prominent in the arts. The third ray of active intelligence may also be there, usually present in those who study law. The third ray also has a lot of characteristics in common with the third sign Gemini.

So the question remains, is Zelenskyy a Western puppet, duly groomed and installed over several years, to do its bidding and to serve their anti-Russian interests?

The degree of Zelenskyy’s Gemini rising is the same degree as USA’s Mars in Gemini, long-cited by this author as one of the major integration challenges for USA’s sixth ray personality. In this respect, one can see a direct US influence upon Zelenskyy, in terms of US foreign policy, interference and aggression.

“Zelenskyy appears to be operating off a different script altogether. Take for example, his complete unwillingness to address Russia’s minimal security concerns. Did Zelenskyy know that Putin had repeatedly said that Ukraine’s membership in NATO was a “red line” for Russia? Did he know that Putin has been saying the same thing over and over again since 2014.

Did he know that Putin warned that if Ukraine took steps to join NATO, Russia would be forced to take “military-technical” measures to ensure their own security? Does Zelenskyy know that NATO is Washington-controlled Alliance that has engaged in numerous acts of aggression against other sovereign states? [Obvious answer: Of course he knew, he is a highly intelligent person.]

… But here’s the important thing: All of the main actors in this fiasco knew from the very beginning that Ukraine had no chance of defeating the Russian army. That was a foregone conclusion. So–what we want to know– is why Zelenskyy didn’t take steps to avoid the tragedy before it unfolded? The answer to this question helps to reveal ‘who Zelenskyy really is’.

Ask yourself this: Why didn’t Zelenskyy negotiate with Putin when he had the chance? Why didn’t he pull back his 60,000 troops from the east? Why didn’t he stop Washington’s weapons shipments?

Why didn’t he implement the Minsk Treaty? Why didn’t he reject NATO’s offer for membership? Finally, why was he so intent on doing the things that he knew would anger Moscow and increase the likelihood of a war? These questions are not hard to answer.

Zelenskyy has been acting on orders from Washington from the get-go. We know that. He’s also been implementing Washington’s agenda, not his own and certainly not Ukraine’s. We know that, too. But that does not absolve him from responsibility. After all, he is a full-grown adult capable of distinguishing between right from wrong.

He knows what he’s doing, and he knows that it’s wrong; worse than wrong, it’s inexcusable. He’s sending men to die in a war he knows they can’t win; he’s inflicting incalculable suffering and injury on his own people for no reason at all; and –worst of all– he’s cleared the way for the dissolution of Ukraine itself, the country he was sworn to defend. That country is going to be broken into bits as part of a final settlement with Russia, and Zelenskyy will share a good part of the blame.”27

USA’s Transits and the Sixth Ray
When considering the USA and its sixth ray personality, it is always wise to bear in mind that it contains one of the five planetary centres, New York City:

“The force expressing itself through the centre, New York, is the force of the sixth Ray of Devotion or Idealism. Hence the conflicts everywhere to be found between the varying ideologies, and the major conflict between those who stand for the great ideal of world unity brought about by a united effort of the Forces of Light, backed by the cooperative effort of all the democratic nations, and the separative materialistic attitude of those who seek to keep the United States from assuming responsibilities and her rightful place in world affairs.

This latter group, if they succeed in their endeavour, will deny the United States her share in the “gifts of the Gods in the coming age of peace which will succeed this point of critical suspension,” as The Old Commentary phrases it.”28

Currently, USA has its Mars in Gemini activated by the transiting square of Neptune in Pisces – which also opposes USA’s natal Neptune in Virgo. In other words, USA’s natal Mars-Neptune square is being  activated by transiting Neptune from early 2020 to early 2023. Not only do Mars and Neptune rule the sixth ray, but also the solar plexus gate to the national astral body.

Now in 2022, we are seeing unfold a mass madness and fanaticism of the sixth ray in the USA. The shadow of the sixth ray sees everything in black and white, the good guys fighting against the “evil ones” – condemning Russia, scapegoating Putin as Hitler, accusing fellow Americans of being treasonous. Another “mass-formation” has been created, far more dangerous and damaging than the pandemic version in the past two years – which in fact was a planned prequel in many ways.

Impressionable Pisces.

With Neptune and Mars as co-rulers of the sixth ray, this transit affords the opportunity of deeper personality integration, especially the emotional body component of the national personality. Yet, the point of least resistance which appears to be very strong at the moment, is its lower expression of fanatically held ideas, susceptibility to mass brainwashing and hypnosis (“mass-formation”), addiction to the glamour of war.

This theme was explored in other missives commenting upon transiting Neptune tracking USA’s progressed Sun in Pisces for several years until recently. The brainwashing has been evident in the past two years, with the majority of the US public conforming to the imposed narrative, and which seems to be occurring on an even larger scale, with the moulding of public opinion toward Ukraine: Cries of traitor and treason toward anyone not parroting the party line on Ukraine.

It is truly disappointing to witness so many intelligent people falling for the war propaganda, but natural since they believe that Russia “started it”. USA’s Mars in Gemini expressing its sixth ray personality, is always ready to storm-in gung-ho, in a bid to stay relevant as a global power.

A nation now led by a feeble president and a disingenuous vice-president, both of them driven by behind-the-scenes people like Secretary of State Anthony Blinken – calling the shots. Hawkish Kamala Harris is currently in Poland for talks about Ukraine. Blinken has Sun-Mercury in aggressive Aries, currently being squared for the next two years by transiting Pluto, a quite unsavoury prospect for ruthless war-mongering!

Bioweapons Labs
It is alleged that the United States has been conducting bioweapons research in countries like Georgia and Ukraine, which fall outside the scope of legal prohibitions on conducting such research; that the Americans were figuring out a way to hit their enemies with biological weapons and blame the Russians in a “false flag” attack; they were doing it in corrupt countries where they could get around restrictive laws. And apparently the Americans are now blaming the Russians, who brought it to light.

In fact, Victoria Nuland of Maidan 2014 infamy, has just testified before a Senate Foreign Relation Committee hearing on Ukraine (March 9, 2022) – in her role as Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs that, “Ukraine has “biological research facilities” and is worried Russia may seize them.” In another excellent article from independent journalist Glen Greenwald, pointing to USA’s close involvement with Ukriaine, it is stated:

“Claims that Ukraine currently maintains dangerous biological weapons labs came from Russia as well as China. The Chinese Foreign Ministry this month claimed: “The US has 336 labs in 30 countries under its control, including 26 in Ukraine alone.” The Russian Foreign Ministry asserted that “Russia obtained documents proving that Ukrainian biological laboratories located near Russian borders worked on development of components of biological weapons.”29

Ukraine’s Transits and Progressions
Ukraine’s 1991 horoscope “works” quite accurately when considering transits to it – such as the 2004/2014 uprisings. The rising sign is generally accepted as Capricorn, with the Sun in early Virgo (near Nato’s Virgo sun!)30 and the Moon in Aquarius, the same sign the moon in USA’s 1776 chart. The Ukraine horoscope is also “Aquarian in nature” – due to the presence of Aquarius ruler Uranus, rising in Capricorn.

The main transit which Ukraine will endure in 2022 is that of Saturn passing back and forth across Ukraine’s moon in Aquarius (opposite Jupiter in Leo), from early April, through early August to the end of 2022. This transit runs concurrent with Zelenskyy’s Saturn transit to his Aquarius midheaven and Putin’s Saturn transit opposite his Pluto/midheaven.

Transits like this are typically quite painful, as the entity is forced to face its shadow and very difficult lessons learnt. Political analysts have stated that the current conflict could be a long drawn out affair and this transit seems to reflect that.

The beauty of Ukraine.

The moon in Aquarius opposite Jupiter in Leo is usually happy go lucky, warm and friendly, a tendency to be lavish, with “over the top” behaviour, excessive or volatile emotion.

Transiting Saturn in Aquarius will have a severe dampening effect upon those tendencies – a lot pain for Ukraine. Saturn for Ukraine might be considered as Russia (an Aquarian soul), seeking to discipline a member of what it considers its family. A typical interpretation that gives a taste of this Saturn transit runs thus:

“Saturn transits to your natal Moon mark periods for introspection and self-examination, and thus recognizing the patterns of your emotional habits. These are the most important transits for overcoming psychological conflicts and recognizing them. You can see your weaknesses, since you are a victim of them at these times. Many complexes and traumas come out and you face them to fight them and at the same time to make deep commitments to yourself and to others.

You learn directly from the results of your past actions and emotions. These are one of the most critical karmic periods where you can overcome many problems and karmic debts, as well as start many others. There is a tendency to depression and avoiding confrontations with others. Any suffering you go through can be traced by looking at your past actions, especially from seven [Euromaidan] or fourteen years ago.”31

Here follows a repeat of the previous quadwheel with Ukraine, Putin, Zelenskyy and transits.

“No Nuclear War Allowed” …
With so much fear being generated in the media about a nuclear conflict, it is worth considering the following. There is a lesser known statement from the book Changing Esoteric Values by Foster Bailey.

Foster was the second husband of Alice A. Bailey and contributed greatly to The Tibetan’s work. He may have had contact with the Master Djwhal Khul, or at least was privy to some inner knowledge from the Hierarchy. Foster discusses cycles of the New Group of World Servers (NGWS):

“When the war [WWII] was over, the forces of darkness were pushed back but they were not crushed. And ever since then there has been the possibility of a third world war that would end the whole human experiment up to date and start us back again as an infant humanity to begin to learn it all over again. And in 1954, it was established subjectively and in reality that there will be no third world war … 1954 was a great year, a very spiritual significant year.”32

Students may dispute the veracity of this statement, but there it is. If it is true, then obviously it does not mean that workers of the light can be complacent. Yet there are deeper implications; it means that a major decision by the Hierarchy was taken around 1954 that would prevent Humanity from wiping itself out. This is somewhat contrary to the policy of Hierarchy not interfering with human free-will.

Yet the decision around the year 1954, was made in the intervening years since the atom bomb detonations in 1945. The 1954 era coincided with USA’s first hydrogen bomb test in 1952 and Russia’s in 1953 – the cold war, the proxy war in Korea (1950-1953) – and, the 49-year cycle of the Decision Initiation taken by the Masters in 1952.

“The turning point of Col. Olcott’s destiny occurred when he was at Chittenden. Meeting there the masculine-feminine Slavonic Theosoph from Crim-Tartary, the erudite collaborator of Isis Unveiled … he soon became a willing victim to her intense psychological power, and from that day to this he has been the mouthpiece for her utterances, the obsequious tool and slave of Her Occultic Highness.”33

HPB was born in 1831 into Ukrainian aristocracy, the daughter of a top-ranking military officer in Yekaterinoslav (Ekaterinoslav), Ukraine – now renamed Dnipropetrovsk. At this time, Ukraine was part of the Russian Empire, hence the Russian and Ukraine destinies have been intertwined since Russia’s first formation in 879 AD.

As the Slavic-Turkic Cossacks had relocated to the Dnipro area, HPB had received training from them and by the age of 15 she was a skilled horsewoman, apparently out-riding those who had trained her!

HPB’s courageous Sun/north node in Leo lays opposite Jupiter in Aquarius, on almost the same degree axis as the earlier discussed: Ukraine Aquarius Moon/Jupiter in Leo, Zelenskyy’s Leo moon and Aquarius midheaven, Putin’s Pluto/MC/nodal axis.

Helena P. Blavatsky. As an amanuensis for the Great White Brotherhood, HPB had the planet of buddhi or intuition, Neptune – opposite her Cancer ascendant which it rules esoterically, hence also her earlier work as a medium at seances.

With so much historical eastern influence through the Cossacks and Mongols, there is Russia’s unique destiny that will eventually, “link the two ways” of east-west. Mongolia is part of the ancient Great Tartary, Tibet and the Gobi Desert, the location of Shamballa, the centre from where the “will of god is known”:

“The district of the Gobi wilderness, and, in fact, the whole area of Independent Tartary and Tibet is jealously guarded against foreign intrusion.”34

The first ray energy that emanates from Shamballa is strong in the Russian nation, even though its soul ray is 7, it is speculated to be the first branchrace of the fifth subrace, of the Fifth Rootrace (5.5.1).

The author also speculates that the first ray is in the personality equipment of Russia, possibly the physical body giving great endurance: Recall the Siege of Leningrad 1941-44, one of the longest and most destructive sieges in history, regarded as a genocide.

The Russian mental body is most likely the fifth ray of science. Hence the certain rays are: Soul 7, personality 6. Hypothetical rays: mind 5, emotional 6, physical 1.

22-2-2022: Number Symbolism
This day was a rare date containing six 2’s = 12. The Tibetan says that number 2 is “the number of the spiritual hierarchy.”35 Why does He say that? 2 is the number of the second ray of Love-Wisdom, for which the Hierarchy of 49 ashrams act as the major distributor upon Earth.

The Christ or Bodhisattva, who is the “Master of all Masters and angels” – is the highest exemplar of Love-Wisdom upon this planet, hence 2 = spiritual hierarchy.

The total of this date’s 2’s = 12, the number of zodiac signs through which all seven rays pour. All rays are subrays of the one fundamental second ray of Love-Wisdom – the expression of which Humanity must learn to achieve on their journey to liberation: “Unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.”

Currently Ray 2 ruler Jupiter (whose glyph resembles 2) is transiting through Pisces, a sign that is also a conduit for ray 2. Pisces was appropriately prominent in the horoscope of the Christ Avatar who inaugurated the Age of Pisces around 2,000 years ago – and prophesied the approaching Aquarian cycle:

“Christ also looked ahead to the work He would have to do in the Aquarian Age, in the next sign into which the sun would enter. Prior to His “disappearance,” He referred to the symbol of the Aquarian Age and to the task He would then perform.

With His twelve disciples, He enacted a dramatic episode which epitomises the work which He would later undertake when the two thousand years of the Piscean era would have passed away. He told His disciples to go into the city and that there they would meet a man, carrying a pitcher of water, that they should follow him to the upper room and there make ready the communion feast in which He and they would share. (Luke XXII.10.)

This they did and the Last Supper took place. The ancient symbol for the sign Aquarius (into which our Sun is now entering) is that of the Water-carrier, the man with a pitcher of water.”36

Hence, 22-2-2022 must be a day to celebrate Hierarchy and its imminent return among Humanity, at a date to be decided soon after 2025. In the words of the “Old Commentary”:

“When the Christ, the Avatar of Love, makes His reappearance, then will the “Sons of men who are now the Sons of God withdraw Their faces from the shining light and radiate that light upon the sons of men – who know not yet they are the Sons of God. Then shall the Coming One appear, His footsteps hastened through the valley of the shadow – by the One of awful power Who stands upon the mountain top, breathing out love eternal, light supernal and peaceful, silent Will.

“Then will the sons of men respond. Then will a newer light shine forth into the dismal, weary vale of earth. Then will new life course through the veins of men, and then will their vision compass all the ways of what may be.” “So peace will come again on earth, but a peace unlike aught known before. Then will the will-to-good flower forth as understanding, and understanding blossom as goodwill in men.” (The Reappearance of the Christ, Alice A. Bailey. p.13.))

22-2-2022 is also three 22’s: “The mystic number 22 which is called (in esotericism) the number of the adept.”37 22 is also the number of cards in the major arcana of the Tarot. 22 = the total of petals related to the solar plexus and heart centres: 10 + 12 =22.

Question from a student: “I deeply love these words but they are missing the Feminine for me, why?

Response: A common question, partly because of the language of the day when the Alice Bailey books were written. But the esoteric reason relates to humankind known as “man” or “manas” in Sanskrit = mind, evolving consciousness. In this respect humanity is a “masculine” evolution, whilst the parallel Daeva evolution is “feminine”.

Somewhere a long way in the future, these two evolutions will merge and there will be the emergence of the Divine Hermaphrodite. There are many perspectives among esoteric students on this subject, this is just one.

It is also acknowledged in the Agni Yoga teachings by Helena Roerich that woman will be the harbinger of the New Era to which many of us heartily resonate. All three amanuenses for the modern Ageless Wisdom teachings were women: Blavatsky, Bailey and Roerich.

Mother of the World (Nicholas Roerich)

The painting of the Mother of the World by Nicholas Roerich, is in one sense the mother of the deva kingdom which includes the lesser/great devas, angels and archangels. The Christ and all the Masters work very closely with them and will “bring them along” when they externalise. The Aquarian Age will see humanity enter into a deeper a more conscious relation with the many types of devas.

The soul is genderless, taking varied male and female incarnations to round out soul experience on Earth. Sometime in history, there was a dominant matriarchal culture such as in Atlantis, at other times there has been a patriarchal culture such as the last 5,000 year cycle from which we are emerging, the first 5,000 years of the Kali Yuga of the Fifth Rootrace.

As we move into the overlapping Satya Yuga of the Sixth Rootrace and as Libra is strong in the planetary horoscope currently, these extremes will find a balance.

Jupiter in Pisces: Floods in Australia
Jupiter Pluvius (giver of rain) – has been working overtime all the way down the east coast of Australia, with the worst floods in history. The new moon of March 2 saw Sun, Moon, Jupiter and Neptune in Pisces – the fishes/waters. Water, a symbol of emotion, is the great purifying agent – as is fire, recently endured in extreme conditions around Australia for the past few years.

Soon transiting Jupiter will make an exact conjunction to the god of the waters Neptune in Pisces – in the first two weeks of April. Does this indicate another deluge, hopefully a final one? Or will there be a deluge globally of Jupiter’s Love-Wisdom and Neptune who, “In certain ancient formulas, the great Teacher of the West and the present world Initiator, Christ, is spoken of as Neptune.”38

Transiting Jupiter and Neptune are also squaring the Sagittarius stellium in Australia’s 1901 horoscope, stimulating a reorientation of philosophical and spiritual principles, a re-evaluation of values – that disasters of this kind force upon Humanity, especially when it comes down to the expression of compassion for one another.
