1965 to 2025:  “In the time of the Buddha and through the stimulation He produced there was a great gathering in of Arhats. These were men who had achieved liberation through self-initiated effort. This period, in our Aryan race, marked a climax for the East. Since then the tide of spiritual life has steadily flowed westward, and we may now look for a corresponding climax in the West, which will reach its zenith between the years 1965 and 2025. Towards this end the adepts of the East and of the West are unitedly working, for they follow always the Law.”1

Wesak 2025: The Centennial Shamballa Conclave

The Wesak Valley in Tibet. The Buddha returns each year to preside over the gathering of Masters (see pentagram) and pilgrims.

Allied to the opening passage about the years 1965 to 2025,

“The Buddha and His 900 arhats struck the first blow at the world glamour when He promulgated His Four Noble Truths. The Christ struck the second blow with His teaching of the nature of individual responsibility and of brotherhood. The next blow will be struck by the New Group of World Servers [NGWS], acting under the direction of Christ and His disciples, symbolically described as “Christ and His 9000 initiates.”2

This “next blow” led by the Taurus-ruled NGWS, may well be starting at this long-forecast and anticipated Wesak Festival: The Taurus-Scorpio full moon May 12, 2025 – speculated to be the most logical date when the Centennial Conclave at Shamballa will take place, as it has done on the 25^th year of every century for thousands of years.

The Buddha, Christ and Sanat Kumara This is the time when the Great White Brotherhood, led by the One known as Christ or Lord Maitreya – will meet with the Lord of the World – Sanat Kumara, Melchizedek, Rigden Djapo or the Ancient of Days. There, will be determined when they will make their long-planned Reappearance amongst Humanity once again, for the first time since the dying days of Atlantis when due to the great war as depicted in the Hindu Mahabharata, they were forced to withdraw from human contact.

For aeons They have been working behind the scenes, guiding Humanity, yet following the law of not interfering in human free will. For those thousands of years, the Forces of Materialism have had the upper hand – and hence the re-emergence of the Masters of Wisdom indicates the triumph of the forces of light to fulfill the planetary Purpose and Plan.

That is why there has been so much conflict in recent years, caused partly by the refined forces of light precipitating, clashing with the lower frequency of the status quo. But conflict has also been caused by the Forces of Darkness who have opposed and sought to retard human progress since the night of time, knowing that their long reign is almost over.

Conflict is an inherent part of the human condition, Humanity is in fact ruled by the fourth ray of Harmony through Conflict, the only ray that passed through the signs Taurus-Scorpio.

As humanity unfolds consciousness over thousands of lifetimes heading toward liberation, it reaches countless stages of harmony, after enduring equally as many internal conflicts, balancing the pairs of opposites upon the astral and mental planes.

Ray Four, which has been “out of incarnation” for quite a while, is said to, “come slowly into manifestation after 2025 A.D.”3

The New Group of World Servers (NGWS)
Many who read this newsletter may well be members of the NGWS – the world’s aspirants, disciples and initiates who work in all departments of human endeavour – most of whom may not be aware that they are even part of such a group.

Nevertheless, they unselfishly serve in whatever circumstance in which they find themselves – in politics, religion, business, the arts and sciences, uninversal spirituality etc.

“The members of the New Group of World Servers belong to no party or religion and yet belong to all parties and religions; they assume no attitude or position either for or against any existing government, religion or social order. They engage in no political activity of any kind, and attack no existing order.

They are neither for nor against a government or a Church, and spend no money, organise no campaign, and send out no literature which could be interpreted as attacking or defending any organisation of a political, religious, social or economic nature.

They say nothing and write no word which could feed the fires of hatred, or tend to separate man from man, or nation from nation. Yet these members will be found in every political party and every world religion. They represent an attitude of mind.

The members of the New Group of World Servers are not, however, a band of impractical mystics. They know exactly what they seek to do, and their plans are laid in such a manner that – without upsetting any existing situation – they are discovering and bringing together the [wo]men of good will all over the world. …

They will avoid all attack of existing regimes and personalities; they will keep the laws of the land in which they have to live, but they will cultivate the spirit of non-hatred, utilising every opportunity to emphasise the brotherhood of nations, the unity of faith, and our economic interdependence. They will endeavour to speak no word and do no act which can separate and breed dislike.”4

Some noble ideas to aspire – and easier said than done!

The New Group of World Servers is Ruled by Taurus
“The initiate sees the New Group of World Servers brought under the illuminating power of Taurus, with the rest of humanity still under the influence of Pisces. You have, consequently, the “over-shadowing raincloud of knowable things” hovering over humanity, just as the Hierarchy overshadows the New Group and just as the soul overshadows the personality of man …

… you have all the needed illumination and light upon all the coming problems, waiting to precipitate itself through the New Group of World Servers – under the influence of Taurus, the nurturer of all illumination, [Taurus the mother of illumination] and you have humanity, at the same time, conditioned and made sensitive by Piscean energy during the past two thousand years.

You have, therefore, a condition of great spiritual promise, and in this combination of energies you have present those forces which will implement the activities of the Hierarchy, condition its initiates, affect every Ashram, bring light into the present darkness, and—as can already be seen—stir into new understanding the present Piscean consciousness of mankind.”5

There are various cycles of opportunity for the NGWS. Note in the table above, that 2025-26 is the beginning of the third and final year of a three-year cycle. If Taurus rules the NGWS then it is likely that each year begins in Aries-Taurus:

[1] 2023-4. In the first year [Crisis/Consolidation], lay your emphasis upon the activity of the manifesting principle, using that which appears and with which you have to work.

[2] 2024-5. In the second year [Tension/Expansion], let the clarity and the quality of the note to be sounded by the manifesting form appear and be heard.

[3] 2025-6. In the third year [Emergence/Impact on Public Consciousness], behind the form and expressing itself through the quality, let the livingness and the work of the indwelling life emerge for all to see.

As we move into this final year, it is a tantalising prospect that if the work has been successful, there will be an “Emergence or Impact on Public Consciousness.”

“The keynote of the first year’s work is consolidation, that of the second year must be expansion whilst the keynote of the third year must be the making of a definite impact upon the public consciousness, by the sounding and the emphasising of some one clear note. If this cyclic measure is kept thus in mind, no serious mistakes will be made ….

… The New Group of World Servers must work in these three year cycles and the foundation of cyclic attainment must be laid. This cyclic rhythm will release from strain and yet enable the workers in the Group to feel that there is no failure. It is impossible to do good work where a sense of failure or lack of attainment is found.”6

Hence, it can be seen from the table above that the NGWS began the first year of a three-year cycle (Crisis-Consolidation) in 2023 – at the outset, marked by the end of the Covid crisis.

As a result of that crisis, many people “woke up” to their exploitation – and millions were educated more deeply in the way the world worked, through its guidance by misfits!

Despite ongoing wars and other planetary problems, this awakening may well have fulfiled the criteria of the second year – expansion. Now and for the next 12 months, we enter the third phase of  “making of a definite impact upon the public consciousness”.

Can the NGWS do it, or stay stuck in an endless talk-fest without taking action? On the one hand great strides have been made, yet chronic, deeply rooted problems remain. 2025 may well be a year to remember, in terms of making major breakthroughs, simulataneously in several areas, stimulating the public consciousness that puts principles into action.

The Silent Watcher
“The “Silent Watcher,” that great Entity Who is the informing life of the planet, and Who holds the same position to the Lord of the World, Sanat Kumara, as the Ego [soul] does to the lower self of man.

Some idea of the high stage of evolution of this Great Being may be gathered from the analogous degree of evolutionary difference existing between a human being and a perfected adept [Master].

From the standpoint of our planetary scheme, this Great Life has no greater, and He is, as far as we are concerned, a correspondence to the personal God of the Christian. He works through His representative on the physical plane, Sanat Kumara, Who is the focal point for His life and energy.

He holds the world within His aura. This great Existence is only contacted directly by the adept who has taken the fifth initiation, and is proceeding to take the other two, the sixth and seventh.

Once a year, at the Wesak Festival, the Lord Buddha, sanctioned by the Lord of the World, carries to the assembled humanity a dual stream of force, that emanating from the Silent Watcher, supplemented by the more focalised energy of the Lord of the World.

This dual energy He pours out in blessing over the people gathered at the ceremony in the Himalayas, and from them in turn it flows out to all peoples and tongues and races.”7

Taurus-Wesak: Highlight of the Spiritual Year
Every year there is an emphasis upon the importance of the first three spiritual festivals: Aries, Taurus and Gemini – because of the extraordinary opportunity that is afforded to all those who are conscious servers of The Plan.

Pilgrims gathered in the Wesak Valley, having made their physical or inner pilgrimages. The Buddha is depicted in the top left hand corner, broadcasting to the assembled Hierarchy, in front of whom stand the three figures of Manu, Christ and Mahachohan. Sanat Kumara no doubt embraces subjectively all who are gathered in the valley.

The opportunity at any full moon festival is to link and work subjectively in meditation with other co-workers and groups around the planet. This can take place over five days – 2.5 days before/after the exact full moon time, but for most participants, the 24-hour period before the exact time is the most potent period to make a contribution.

Taurus-Wesak is truly the highlight of the year because of the alignment that takes place between our most exalted planetary guides and humanity. The triangle of Buddha, Christ and Sanat Kumara (in the etheric or upon the physical plane), linked in sacred ritual with the assembled Masters of Wisdom.

In turn, They are aligned with their respective ray ashrams of human aspirants, disciples and initiates – all poised and ready to anchor and disseminate the new impulse issued in the previous month of Aries.  The deva or angelic evolution is also deeply involved in the entire event. Hence, four major planetary centres are engaged in this process:

Inner Group Work at Wesak
Those students who have had the privilege of being exposed to esoteric knowledge, have a responsibility to apply it practically for the betterment of human evolution, otherwise opportunity is squandered and the planet is poorer for it, especially in this critical world period. The object of the exercise at Wesak – is for all members of the New Group of World Servers (NGWS) to stimulate and illumine the existing channel, the funnel of light (antahkarana), extending from the highest, exalted Beings, to the most humble of humanity.

The NGWS constitute,

“… the men and women of goodwill who are working actively for real understanding, who are willing to sacrifice themselves for the helping of humanity, and who see no separating bar of any kind, but feel alike to the men of all races, nationalities and religions.”8

On the day of the Wesak Festival,

“… we simply regard ourselves as the recipients or custodians of as much inflowing spiritual force as we can possibly hold. As channels, we must be prepared to forget ourselves in the service of touching, containing and holding force for the rest of humanity.

We must regard the Festival itself as a day of silence (an inner peace or silent solemnity preserved unbroken), a day of service carried forward entirely on esoteric levels, and of complete self-forgetfulness in the remembrance of humanity and its need.

During that period, two thoughts only will hold our constant attention, – the need of our fellow humanity and the necessity of providing a group channel – whereby the spiritual forces can be poured through the body of humanity under the expert guidance of the chosen members of the Hierarchy.”9

Building upon the Seed Planted in Aries: Vulcan
Vulcan is active in the first two signs of the spiritual new year, Aries and Taurus. Vulcan, ruler of the first ray of Will-Power, is connected to the initial emanation through the first zodiac sign Aries.

But Vulcan really gets to work in earthy Taurus, “hammering out the divine plan”, knocking it into shape upon his anvil – so the initial impulse precipitates upon the physical plane. What does this phrase mean, “hammering out the divine plan”?

The smithy working at his forge is an allegory for the mind ruling the astral body, “the body of desire”, equated with Taurus – the bull of desire. Venus as the exoteric ruler of Taurus expresses that in its lower octave – for instance, desire for sex and money, some of the fundamental themes of Taurus.

Yet Venus in its higher octave is the higher mind, the seat of the soul. At this level Venus partners with her husband of ancient mythology, Vulcan – the esoteric ruler of Taurus – also known as Hephaestos in Greek mythology:

“Such is the test of Vulcan, ruling Taurus, of the soul, ruling desire, of the Son of God, fashioning His instrument of expression in the depths, grasping the divine purpose and so bending the will of the little self to that of the greater Self.”10

Venus and Vulcan have an unique relationship of feminine and masculine polarities: Venus the most beautiful, sensuous and desirable goddess. Hephaestos, bearded, ugly, stocky and lame – the “the celestial artificer”, associated with craftsmen, sculptors, carpenters and metal workers.

Meditating Groups at Wesak
Returning for a moment to the theme of the New Group of World Servers (NGWS),

“Just as certain human beings have, through meditation, discipline and service, most definitely made a contact with their own souls, and can therefore become channels for soul expression, and mediums for the distribution into the world of soul energy, so these same men and women, in their aggregate [NGWS], form a group of souls, en rapport with the source of spiritual supply.

They have, as a group, and from the angle of the Hierarchy, established a contact and are “in touch” with the world of spiritual realities.

Just as the individual disciple stabilises this contact and learns to make a rapid alignment and then, only then, can come into touch with the Master of his group and intelligently respond to the Plan, so does this group of aligned souls come into contact with certain greater Lives and Forces of Light, such as the Christ and the Buddha.”11

At a group level, the “hammering” by Vulcan proceeds – “knocking into shape” that which issued from Aries – the birthplace of ideas; teasing-out its most subtle, almost un-graspable essence – into a more tangible form. Taurus as an earth sign assists this grounding process, whilst Venus brings into form by shaping with the mind. Meanwhile, Vulcan hammers and bends, grinds and smooths-out the rough edges.

Essentially, the groups of meditators at Wesak are shaping and building with light – with Taurus “the mother of illumination”: Strengthening and expanding the existing channel, linking with like-minded individuals and groups around the planet, energising a great matrix of light, that has only been relatively recently established in the past 100 years.

This is one of the primary roles of the New Group of World Servers, to be a bridge between Hierarchy and Humanity, so that the Planetary Plan may be better sensed and acted upon.

The “Mother of Illumination” refers to the Moon’s exaltation in this sign, reflecting the light of the Sun. The Moon’s exaltation in Taurus concerns the building of the form, whether it is new spring growth during the “darling buds of May”, the creation of an illuminated thought-form or the ongoing building of the planetary light matrix – where the existing etheric grid composed of squares (form), will eventually transform to triangles (soul).

The acceleration of this process can occur through the Triangles Meditation work, linking with two other like minded souls on a regular basis – with the use of the Great Invocation. (More information here.)

Horoscope for the 2025 Conclave
Casting a horoscope for the 2025 Conclave of the Masters of Wisdom, we find some validation in the following statement:

“The past year [April 1942 – April 1943] has been one of the world’s worst experiences from the standpoint of agony and distress; the point of acutest suffering has been reached. It has, however, been the year in which the greatest spiritual Approach of all time has shown itself to be possible—an Approach for which the initiates and Masters have for centuries been preparing, and for which all the Wesak Festivals since the meeting of the Great Council in 1925 have been preparatory.”12

This statement implies that it is at the Wesak festival or Taurus full moon on the 25^th year of every century, that the Conclave takes place. This is logical, as it is not only the festival where all the Masters make themselves available for the closest subjective contact with disciples in all their ashrams, but is the one festival of the year where Sanat Kumara and the Buddha are present, linking up in a triangle with the head of Hierarchy, The Christ:

Ashram (Nicholas Roerich) 

“A mysterious process which is going on in the thinking … of the planetary Logos [via Sanat Kumara]. He is deciding at this time the mode by which a momentous event or happening within the Hierarchy shall take shape; He is timing the process of its externalisation …

He is deciding which Ashrams shall be externalised and Who, within those Ashrams, should and must proceed with the purely inner and subjective work, and Who should be chosen to work—consciously and openly—in the outer world of men, thus duplicating in Their numbers what Christ experienced when He “descended into Hell.”

Many things have to be considered; the objectives in view of the Masters concerned, the rays in manifestation, and many astrological relationships. In this deciding judgment, Sanat Kumara is being aided by certain Members of the Great Council at Shamballa, by the Christ and by the seven Masters Who are responsible for the seven groups of Ashrams. He is also reaching certain conclusions as to the groups of disciples who have hitherto been under training during the final stages of the Path of Discipleship.

This decision has to take under advisement the rapidity with which the entrance of men and women into the Ashrams can take place; it is also dependent upon the members of the Ashram moving forward according to their degree, and upon the power of the Ashrams to absorb and assimilate the much larger numbers, without upsetting ashramic stability.

He has also to consider the ability of the neophyte under training to take and hold the far greater tension necessarily incident to true ashramic life in the New Age.”13

The Five Planetary Centres

The Taurus solar festival is the main annual event where Sanat Kumara’s presence (upon the throne of Shamballa) is most emphasised:

“This Shamballa force is that which “fans or intensifies the light by the removal of obstructions and proceeds from far distant places, pouring through the eye of illumination [Bull’s eye] into those spheres of influence upon the sorrowful planet, the Earth, impelling the Bull [Taurus] upon its onward rush … and hence its pronounced Taurian effects upon humanity.”14

If the horoscope is set for Darjeeling, the planetary head centre for the Fifth Rootrace, and which is in close proximity to the Masters and Shamballa, the rising sign is Capricorn – sign of initiation. For Geneva, the planetary heart centre – the rising sign is Scorpio, New York – speculated to be the planetary ajna – Leo rising and Tokyo the solar plexus – Pisces rising.

The horoscope above is set for London, one of the five major planetary centres, and has Libra rising, appropriately a sign related to the Shamballa, where the Lord of the World, or Sanat Kumara resides: “Libra admits the soul into the world centre which we call Shamballa.”15

Message from Shambhala (Nicholas Roerich)

Libra the Peacemaker will hopefully prevail of the some of the shocking conflicts extant upon the planet. Libra’s esoteric ruler is Uranus, which is conjunct the Sun in Taurus. Uranus the planet of reform and revolution.

Aiding this positive potential, Jupiter, the ruler of the second ray of Love-Wisdom is moving into its own ninth house of philosophy, religion and foreign affairs – placed in Gemini, the sign of communications.

As discussed recently, Neptune (another name for The Christ) – has entered Aries (sign of the lamb), hinting that within the next 13 years Humanity may well receive a “preview” of Christ’s return. Given that the Masters will soon decide the dates for their externalisation process, it is not unreasonable to expect such a major stimulation for Humanity through this Neptune transit.

Saturn is about to leave Pisces and join Neptune in Aries, symbolically indicating the passing of the Age of Pisces and the new cycle unfolding with the fresh impulse from Aries. The Christ was the avatar for the Age of Pisces and will be finishing his work started in Palestine 2,000 years ago – as the avatar for the Age of Aquarius; hence Saturn conjunct Neptune represents a bridging of the ages. Mars is in Leo in the tenth house of the public, symbolising that a powerful and authoritive king may be approaching. “The majestic pyramidal massif of Kailash (22,000 feet), known by the Tibetans  as Tisse. To the Hindus, the abode of Siva. Some geographers consider this range to be merely the prolongation of the Karakorum Mountains. Kailash is not far from the sacred Lake of Manasa-sarovara.”16 “The land of libations”—is the mystery name of that region which extends from Kailash mountain nearly to the Schamo Desert—from within which the Kalki Avatar is expected.”17

Taurus-Scorpio: Light and Victory Over Darkness
Any full moon period magnifies the interplay between zodiac signs, hence it is always wise to study the opposite, consummating sign. On the Taurus-Scorpio axis, upon the way of unawakened human evolution, the consummation of lower form and higher soul polarities might be expressed as:

“Powerful focussed lower desire leads to death and defeat. The triumph of the lower nature which eventuates in the awakening to satiety and death. The [wo]man is the prisoner of desire and at the moment of consummation knows his prison.”18

For the disciple and initiate – those who consciously tread the upward way, the Scorpio-Taurus axis brings,

“The final victory of soul over form. Death and darkness demonstrate as life and light as the result of this energy relationship. The dark night of the soul becomes radiant sun.”19

If Taurus is the “mother of illumination” then Scorpio might be the “father of darkness” – pointing to the underworld over which Scorpio co-ruler Pluto resides. The underworld of the human psyche, where lays hidden all the unresolved issues from the present and past lifetimes, which might be termed collectively “hell” – or the “dweller on the threshold”.

The one who consciously treads the Path must be a regular visitor to the “infernal regions” of Pluto, in order to “redeem by relinquishing” those various parts of the not-self or shadow. Esoterically this domain lies mainly upon the lower subplanes of the astral plane, ruled over by Mars, Scorpio’s other co-ruler:

“Pluto … becomes active in the life of the man who is “becoming alive in the higher sense, his lower nature passes into the smoke and darkness of Pluto, who governs the lesser burning ground, in order that the man may live in truth in the higher land of light.””20

Hence, at this Taurus solar festival, the intensity of the Scorpio polarity will be fierce (as it usually is), perhaps more so at this 2025 interlude than it ever has been. As we are all being asked to step up and accomodate the incoming frequencies, the battle with the Dweller naturally accelerates – individually and collectively.

The Dweller on the Threshold is not entirely vanquished until the higher initiations on the Path. When a person becomes more mentally polarised, the “Dweller fella” begins to emerge more clearly and Pluto forces become more accessible:

“Pluto governs the death or cessation of old ideas and emotions, and its influence is therefore largely cerebral and in that you have the clue to its late discovery. Mankind is only on the verge of becoming mental. Its effects are felt first in the mental body.” (Esoteric Astrology, Alice A. Bailey. p.439.)

Therefore, as each of us wrestles with the Dweller over many lifetimes, the st ages wherein the Dweller is,

“… recognised, subjected to a discriminating discipline and finally controlled and mastered, are mainly three:

a. The stage wherein the personality dominates and rules the life and ambitions and the goals of man’s life-endeavour. The Dweller then controls.

b. The stage of a growing cleavage in the consciousness of the disciple. The Dweller or the personality is then urged in two directions: one, towards the pursuit of personal ambitions and desires in the three worlds; the other, in which the effort is made by the Dweller (note this statement) to take a stand upon the threshold of divinity and before the Portal of Initiation.

c. The stage wherein the Dweller consciously seeks the cooperation of the soul and, though still in itself essentially constituting a barrier to spiritual progress, is more and more influenced by the soul than by its lower nature.

When the final stage is reached (and many are now reaching it today) the disciple strives with more or less success to steady the Dweller (by learning to “hold the mind steady in the light” and thus controlling the lower nature). In this way the constant fluid changefulness of the Dweller is gradually overcome; its orientation towards reality and away from the Great Illusion is made effective, and the Angel and the Dweller are slowly brought into a close rapport.”21

Impact of Taurus 2025 Upon Russia and Israel
The two most troubling and dangerous problems on the planet right now – are the war in Ukraine and the ongoing genocide in Gaza. The horoscopes of both these nations are acutely aspected at this Taurus-Scorpio full moon, that symbolises a pivotal point between the ages.

Russia
Note the powerful conjunction of Venus-Pluto in Scorpio, in the 4th house of the homeland, making the nation a fierce protector of their sovereignty. The full moon axis falls right on this conjunction, including coincidentally, the 27-year cycle of the progressed moon also in Scorpio. Both ends of this axis create a T-square to the Leo ascendant.

Leo is the polarity of Aquarius, Russia’s soul sign. Looking at the interface between the exoteric chart and its esoteric rulerships, a Leo personality is proud, powerful dignified and stoic. The shadow of Leo is vanity, arrogance, lack of humility, dictatorial etc. Whatever the public perception of Russia, many would argue that its leadership in the past few years has been very restrained.

Uranus is the ruler of the Russian Aquarian soul – and is conjunct the Wesak Sun in Taurus – the soul of Moscow. Not only is the Wesak Taurus sun opposite destroyer Pluto in Scorpio, but exoterically speaking, Uranus can be unpredictable if a nation is pushed too far. Uranus is also the ruler of Russia’s 7th ray soul, the ray of ceremonial order and organisation.

Now, with Europe/NATO still hell-bent in their absurd fantasy of attacking Russia, these clamouring clots may be brought down to earth with a resounding thud. The above configuration’s point of least resistance is, “take no prisoners”, destroy and annihilate. Which may just happen if the “idiots in Brussels” persist with their plans.

Israel
And then there is the appalling ongoing cruelty in Gaza (there is simply no other word for it), through Israel’s leadership under psychopath Netanyahu – facing similar challenges on this Taurus-Scorpio axis. Israel is a Taurus personality, a sign often “bull-headed” and ruthless, as exemplified by one the nation’s past leaders – Ariel Sharon, named the “butcher of Beirut” – after he led a slaughter there in the 1980’s.

Hitler was a Taurus sun and it appears there are many parallels and ironies regarding an estimated 75% of Israel’s population who approve the current holocaust of the Palestinians. (This article in mainstream news May 7: ‘Desperate, traumatised people’: Gaza faces wave of looting, theft and violence.) Nazism in its various guises, is alive and well in Ukraine (The Banderites) and Zionist Israel.

Yet Israel may soon find their aggressions returning upon them 100-fold – if the current horoscope activations do not go their way. As Israel’s birthday is only a few days after Wesak, its Taurus sun is heavily activated on this full moon.

In the chart above, the square of Israel’s Taurus sun to Mars in Leo, is being activated by an applying square from progressed moon in Taurus over the next two months.

Furthermore, solar directed Mercury is in Leo squaring natal sun in Taurus, which is activated by full moon Sun-Uranus. As stated in many other missives about Israel, this natal Sun in Taurus square Mars in Leo represents Israel’s deeply-rooted militarism and aggression.

Hence, there are two possibilities from this full moon activation – more of the same aggression by Israel to an even greater extent. Or, Israel may be severely attacked by outside forces, that render it totally incapacitated.

Pope Francis Passes: Taurus and the Vatican

The end of the Age of Pisces witnesses the decline of organised religions that have become corrupted and crystallised. Although religion is still relevant for the unawakened masses, and those who are awakening, the Age of Aquarius will see the development of an universal spirituality – through the synthesis of all religions that recognise the common thread between all. Of this, the study of comparative religion and Interfaith Dialogue are the seeds.

The Catholic Church is ruled by the first ray of will or power at its soul level and has a third ray personality. Rome, the seat of the Catholic Church, is a Taurus soul, which in its lower aspect accounts for the gross materialism of the Vatican:

“1. The Roman Catholic Church is distinguished by three things which are all contrary to the spirit of Christ:

a. An intensely materialistic attitude. The Church of Rome stands for great stone structures—cathedrals, churches, institutions, convents, monasteries. In order to build them, the policy down the centuries has been to drain the money out of the pockets of rich and poor alike. The Roman Catholic Church is a strictly capitalistic church. The money gathered into its coffers supports a powerful ecclesiastical hierarchy and provides for its many institutions and schools.

b. A far-reaching and far-sighted political program in which temporal power is the goal and not the welfare of the little people. The present program of the Catholic Church has definite political implications; their attitude to Communism has in it the seeds of another world war. The political activities of the Catholic Church have not built for peace, no matter under what guise they are presented.

c. A planned policy whereby the mass of the people are kept in intellectual ignorance and, through this ignorance, are naturally to be found among the reactionary and conservative forces which are so powerfully at work resisting the new age with its new civilization and more enlightened culture. Blind faith and complete confidence in the priest and in the Vatican are regarded as spiritual duties.

The Roman Catholic Church stands entrenched and unified against any new and evolutionary presentation of truth to the people; its roots are in the past but it is not growing into the light; its vast financial resources enable it to menace the future enlightenment of mankind under the cloak of paternalism and a colourful outer appearance which hides a crystallization and an intellectual stupidity which must inevitably spell its eventual doom, unless the faint stirrings of new life following the advent of Pope John XXIII can be nourished and developed.”22

Given that Easter Sunday is the day of symbolic resurrection, it was divine timing for Pope Francis to make his transition on Easter Monday morning. Francis made his last farewell to the public on Easter Sunday, April 21, 2025. When he passed early the next day, there were of course, some significant transits in his horoscope:

1. Transiting Saturn in Pisces conjunct progressed Sun, square natal Sun in Sagittarius. Saturn, the “reaper of souls”, combined with the annual transit of Venus, precisely on his progressed Sun in the 8^th house of death. In some ways Francis’ death also signifies the end of the Age of Pisces and of the religions which have dominated it.

Transiting Venus and Saturn also squared the natal Sun in Sagittarius. Saturn squaring the Sun is a well-known astrological significator that can bring on death, through its restraining influence upon the innate vitality of the heart. Francis had a stroke, went into coma then had a cardiac arrest.

2. Transiting Moon, Pluto and midheaven square to transiting Sun/MC. This is actually a T-square involving Mars in Leo opposite Moon/Pluto. Pluto, lord of death and esoteric ruler of his progressed Pisces sun, was triggered by the exact conjunction of the moon to Pluto in Aquarius. Hence, the opposition to Mars and T-square to his natal midheaven (public) – and the Sun, which just happened to be passing over it!

Conclave for a New Pope
Now that Francis has passed and a new Pope will be selected, it might be an opportune time to watch these beautifully crafted series – The Young Pope and The New Pope – with Jude Law, John Malkovich, Diane Keaton and the extraordinary Italian actor, Silvio Orlando. Both these series follow one after the other, and detail all the behind the scenes intrigues in the Vatican – politics, power, sexuality, the role of women and othe social issues.

There was a prophecy about the Catholic Church, that does not yet appear to have manifested:

“The Master Jesus will take a physical vehicle, and with certain of His chelas effect a re-spiritualisation of the Catholic churches, breaking down the barrier separating the Episcopal and Greek churches from the Roman. This may be looked for, should plans progress as hoped, about the year 1980.”23

The wording of this passage suggests that Jesus, and most likely some of the other Masters, have already taken physical bodies in preparation for the Externalisation of the Hierarchy. Francis’ passing might soon be followed by the departure of his brother and spiritual leader in the East, HH The Dalai Lama – now approaching his 90^th birthday.

Its an interesting “coincidence” that on the eve of the Shamballa centennial conclave there is currently a papal conclave where the cardinals will select a candidate to be the new Pope. (There is also somewhat of an “WEF conclave”, see later Technocracy article.) The following trailer for the movie Conclave, gives an idea of the issues in choosing a pope from the various political factions in the Vatican.

The current conclave is said to be the most unpredictable in the recent history of the Catholic Church, due to the three main groups of cardinals – conservative, progressive and intermediate. As believers wait for the proverbial white smoke signal to rise from the Vatican, readers may find the following article of interest: This will be the most unpredictable conclave yet.

Robert Francis Prevost was elected the first ever American Pope. Given his several planets in Leo, his title of Leo XIV is most appropriate. His birth time is unknown, and there is a possibility that he also has the Moon in Leo – if born earlier than this midday chart. Which would put the moon conjunct Pluto or Jupiter in Leo, or at their midpoint. For a Leo moon the rising sign would therefore be between Cancer and Libra rising.

And speaking of the Master Jesus and “churchianity”, Mars entered Leo on Good Friday, 2025. Mars rules the Sixth Ray of Idealism and Devotion and Jesus is the Chohan or Leonine “king” of the Sixth Ray on this planet:

“He is rather a martial figure, a disciplinarian, and a man of iron rule and will. He is tall and spare with rather a long thin face, black hair, pale complexion and piercing blue eyes.”24

Signs of Christ (Nicholas Roerich) Note that the seated figure appears to be The Christ, as depicted in other renditions by Roerich. Perhaps the other figure is his disciple the Master Jesus.

Mars is the god of war, ruling iron – from which swords and weapons are fashioned by Vulcan, co-ruler of the first ray which passes through this sign. Leo is the king of his domain who, “brooks no disciplinary measures which others may seek to impose”.25

The combination of Mars and Leo recalls the violent incident of Jesus in the market place, where the common perception of this mostly mild-mannered man, turned his fiery fury upon the merchants,

“When it was almost time for the Jewish Passover, Jesus went up to Jerusalem. In the temple courts he found people selling cattle, sheep and doves, and others sitting at tables exchanging money.

So he made a whip out of cords, and drove all from the temple courts, both sheep and cattle; he scattered the coins of the money changers and overturned their tables. To those who sold doves he said, ‘Get these out of here! Stop turning my Father’s house into a market!’ His disciples remembered that it is written: ‘Zeal for your house will consume me’.” (John 2:13-17).

Zeal is at the root of zealot, an apt characterisation of the sixth ray of Devotion and Idealism. And we reflect today how it is well overdue for the tables being turned upside down in the billionaire marketplace – those who control, exploit and manipulate Humanity.

Mars’ entry into Leo on Good Friday recalls the bloody crucifixion of Jesus upon the cross by the Romans – who were the epitome of the  mars-ial sixth ray. Even today, the sixth ray still conditions the soul of Italy. Mars is also the ruler of Aries, into which Sixth Ray co-ruler Neptune has has entered – the  other name by which the Christ is known in the West.

Another irony is the charge against Jesus for calling himself King of the Jews for which his silence to Herod did not deny. He was mocked with such words as, “He saved others,” they said, “but he can’t save himself! He’s the king of Israel!” The word irony contains the Mars word iron and today, at the imminent return of Christ among humanity, we are witnessing the utter cruelty of what is occurring in Israel – an unprecedented rain of iron bombs upon Gaza.

It is said, “He is at present living in a Syrian body, and dwells in a certain part of the Holy Land. He travels much and passes considerable time in various parts of Europe.”26

You may have passed Him in the street, dressed in the suit of a businessman, in an autobahn diner in Germany – or sitting a few rows away on a plane flying to Italy! The current situation in the Middle East is obviously not lost upon Him, similarly for other Masters who are based in and around Europe:

The Master Hilarion on Crete, Master Serapis in Luxor, Egypt and the two English Masters in Britain. Then there is the One who holds the post of The Mahachohan or Lord of Civilisation: The  Master Rackozi (R) – based in the Carpathian Mountains of Hungary. Master R also has the post of Regent of Europe and America.

For the those few days and over Easter Sunday, Mars made an exact trine to Neptune in Aries, heightening awareness of the great sacrifice The Christ made – overshadowing his disciple Jesus 2,000 years ago. Hence, the great significance of Easter 2025, during our stupendous planetary crisis, on the eve of the Shamballa Centennial Conclave.

Technocracy Threat to Humanity: Pluto in Aquarius 2025

Speaking of tossing the tables in the billlionaire marketplace, one of the greatest threats to human freedom is the growing strength of Technocracy and the culture it has spawned.

“Technocracy is a form of government in which decision-makers appoint knowledge experts in specific domains to provide them with advice and guidance in various areas of their policy-making responsibilities. Technocracy follows largely in the tradition of other meritocratic theories and works best when the state exerts strong control over social and economic issues.”27

There are principles in Technocracy that have great merit of course. However, the shadow of Pluto in Aquarius has the potential for technology to run amok at the hands of a powerful few. Already, observers are saying that AI is a runaway train, though aspects of it are very useful and intriguing. And many are saying, inevitable.

Yet Pluto in Aquarius energies can be easily abused in terms of the corporations or groups acting out the selfish shadow of Aquarius – with its themes of community and group co-operation. In its lower sense, Pluto in Aquarius can encourage an unhealthy emotional detachment and a cold and calculating use of technology via corporate culture and its shareholders:

“The last time that Pluto was in Aquarius (1778-1799) there was huge growth in the number of corporations, as groups of people (Aquarius) began to buy shares (Pluto). Between 1781 and 1790 the number of corporations in the US grew from just 33 to 328.

Global trade exploded which eventually spawned growing opposition to slavery. Today, there are many people who suffer appalling working conditions, not to mention those who are unable to find work, or who are homeless, or otherwise disadvantaged.”28

Jupiter – as esoteric ruler of Aquarius and ruler of the second ray of Love-Wisdom, helped to champion the “growing opposition to slavery” some 70 years later, leading up to the American Civil War. The esoteric Jupiter rulership of Aquarius was evoked by the exoteric Uranus rulership of this sign, in terms of corporation formation and subsequent trade.

The Age of Aquarius is about learning to work with like-minded groups and the point of least resistance in its early stages, is to work selfishly, just as an individual human might in its early stage of development.

This is what the world is dealing with now – as it moves into the Aquarian Age for the next 2,160 years. Many adjustments must be made to the current culture that has created an imbalance in right human relations and huge disparities in income: Homelessness, poverty, draconian working conditions even today – emulating the factories of the 18^th century Industrial Revolution.

The technocrats that run Google, Facebook, Amazon, Microsoft, Apple, AI etc, are conditioned primarily by rays 3 and 5 – the Machiavellian third ray of Active Intelligence and the 5^th ray of Science or Knowledge. One of the glamours of the third ray is that of efficiency, an efficiency that rides roughshod over other human needs. Combined with the fifth ray, they create a certain indifference, devoid of human emotion or its higher counterpart – compassion.

Other glamours of the third ray include active scheming, good intentions which are basically selfish, the spider at the centre, God in the machine, devious and continuous manipulation, self-importance from the standpoint of knowing, of efficiency. Blocking the Sun and Chem Trail Legislation
Messing with the weather is connected to some of the Technocratic philosophy! Britain has just announced a global program: Trials will test ways to block sunlight and slow climate crisis that threatens to trigger catastrophic tipping points. The article claims that the program is being funded by the UK govt. but it is obviously coming from private sources, if one digs a little deeper into the Aria company mentioned. (Bill Gates is a likely suspect!)

This announcement comes just days after Florida announced the great news that geo-engineering will be illegal: Florida Makes History: First State to Criminalize Geoengineering and Weather Modification. This looks like an obvious counter-plan, in anticipation of RFK Jr’s stated intentions of halting geoengineering. If these bans catch on throughout the USA, it may well do so around the planet.

“Currently, 34 other states are exploring legislation or resolutions to ban or criminalize geoengineering. The demand for protection from atmospheric tampering and chemical trespass is reaching a critical mass. At the federal level, momentum is building:

• Robert F. Kennedy Jr. recently affirmed that HHS “will do its part” in response to geoengineering concerns.
• In a landmark public statement on The Dr. Phil Show, RFK Jr. elevated geoengineering as a national concern, marking a mainstream breakthrough in both visibility and political resolve.
• Lee Zeldin, now leading the EPA, has opened investigations into rogue weather modification programs such as “Making Sunsets” that are operating without public oversight.
• Our international allies — including the World Council for Health — are helping coordinate a global response to the weaponization of our skies.

The WEF and Klaus Schwab 2025
The World Economic Forum has been a major champion of Technocracy principles, in trying to dictate to Humanity that it will “own nothing and be happy”.

Coincidentally (?), the chairman of the WEF – Klaus Schwab, stepped down from his post suddenly and unexpectedly, on the same day that Pope Francis passed. Francis actively engaged with the WEF, constantly reminding them of the plight of the poor. Many hope that Schwab’s resignation spells the end of the WEF – which it appears, is riven with in-fighting:

“87-year-old Klaus Schwab and his family are alleged to have mixed their private business with WEF’s finances, according to the newspaper’s sources. This is said to include the use of luxury villas, cash, and travel arrangements financed by WEF. The whistleblower has also sounded the alarm about how Klaus Schwab, and WEF under his leadership, have treated female employees.”29

Perhaps Schwab’s daughter, Nicole may eventually take the reigns of the WEF:

“A Swiss native with a rigorous scientific background (degrees from Cambridge University and Harvard Kennedy School), Nicole spent several years working on public health in the Andes, before returning to Geneva to co-found The Forum of Young Global Leaders at the World Economic Forum, and facilitate the nascent community’s exchanges around a vision for the world in 2020.

In 2009, she went on to co-found The Gender Equality Project – now EDGE Certified Foundation – a global scheme that certifies companies for closing the gender gap in the workplace.

More recently, deepening her engagement on behalf of a world that values and honors the feminine principle and is rooted in our connection to the Earth as a living being, she wrote The Heart of the Labyrinth, acclaimed as a “beautiful, exploration of deep mind and the meaning of our existence, offering a message of Earth-centered wisdom reuniting us with the divine feminine.””30

Her birthdate is unknown, except 1975. Other recent reports, apparently disproved, state:

“Her cooperation with international prosecutors in a mounting case of crimes against humanity has ignited a firestorm of panic behind the gilded curtains of the WEF, the United Nations, and the World Health Organization. And it’s not just legal murmurs. It’s fear …. According to sources close to the International Criminal Court, the whispers are growing louder—Nuremberg 2.0 is no longer just the stuff of late-night conspiracy forums. Real investigations. Real evidence. Real names. And if what Nicole Schwab has shared is true, the plan was never just about control. It was about culling. About trimming the global population by billions.”31

Ominously, the new temporary head of the WEF is former Nestlé chairman and Austrian – Peter Brabeck-Letmathe, infamous for his statement: “Humans have no right to access free water.” (WEF: Meet the New Boss, as Scary as the Old Boss)

WEF Transits
So can the WEF survive or transform itself into something else?

WEF transits and progressions, May 2025.

1. Approaching second progressed moon return in Sagittarius. Like a monthly lunar return, WEF symbolically finds itself in the balsamic or “dark moon” phase. The balsamic phase is always one of deep soul-searching where one is challenged to “find a way through the dark”.

Sagittarius is a sign of orientation and reorientation. During this transition phase of leadership, the WEF is having its own “conclave” in choosing a new leader.

2. Transiting Saturn in Pisces conjunct WEF’s progressed Sun in Pisces. This is one of the signs of “death” that WEF is currently experiencing, temporary or not – the same as Pope Francis aspects at his death.

3. Transiting Pluto conjunct Sun in Aquarius. Pluto the lord of death, similar to Saturn, is bringing a transformational change to the very identity of the WEF. This process began in the first few months of 2025 and is stationary exact until June, then last hits in Feb., Sept. through to December 2026.

By 2027 we will know if the WEF has transformed itself for better or worse, or whether it becomes defunct and irrelevant!

Astrology of the Portugal-Spain Blackout (a.k.a “System Collapse”.)
Yours truly just happened to be on a rare visit in Lisbon, when the power outage occurred at 11.33 am local time. Leaving my visit after a few hours at 2.30  pm, I was caught up in the mother of all traffic jams – because all workers had been sent home due to lack of power in their places of employ.

Trying to escape out of busy Lisbon really gave one a sense of what would happen in any natural disaster – or even future blackouts. There was chaos due to traffic lights not working, trains stopped, hundreds trapped in elevators, phones and internet not working, fuel stations not able to power their pumps, leaving many stranded. Tesla’s marooned at charging stations.

No radio regular programs, ATM’s inoperable, panic buying at supermarkets – water sold out everywhere. And no one knew when it would end. So it was an intense “twilight zone” for about 12 hours. Thankfully power came back on around 11 pm and everyone out on the streets cheered.

Possible Causes
The official cause was “due to two fluctuations in the electrical grid, the second of which caused Spain’s power system to disconnect from the European system and collapse the Iberian electricity network.” (Wikipedia) Spain has recently boasted that it reached 100% running on renewable energy (solar and wind power) – on some days recently. Apparently, renewable energies are unstable to control a regular feed to the power grid and can cause drastic fluctuations:

“All sources of power feeding into the grid must be synchronised at the same frequency, 50 Hertz. To facilitate this synchronisation, stable base-load power is required, which is normally provided by nuclear and other large gas and hydroelectric facilities.

These sources act as a natural buffer against disturbances, helping to keep the frequency stable in the face of sudden changes in generation or demand … However, variable renewable sources, such as solar photovoltaic, do not have this capability. They generate direct current which is converted to alternating current at 50 Hertz, but they cannot react automatically to frequency variations.”32

The possibility of a cause from solar flare magnetic activity was discounted because it would have affected many more countries than just Portugal, Spain and southern France.

Cyber Attack?
The only other possibility was a cyber attack by “the blob” – designed to create chaos – and a litmus test for future planned attacks in Europe, or around the world. Rumours floated around that it was Russia retaliating to to the EU/Brussels’ aggressive stance toward them, but these claims have been denied. If it was a cyber attack, it has an easy “plausible deniability” – of not being able to identify the protagonist. One could speculate upon the “soldiers” of the WEF, whose founder Klaus Schwab, recently said in a brief video,

“A comprehensive cyber attack would bring to a complete halt the power supply, transportation, hospital services … the Covid-19 crisis would be seen in this respect as a small disturbance to a major cyber attack. Our existing fragmented global architecture is not fit anymore for purpose in the 21^st century. Its high time for a Great Reset.”

Its most certainly time for a Klaus reset/resignation! As mentioned in an earlier section, one week earlier on Easter Monday, Schwab resigned suddenly and unexpectedly from his post as WEF chairman, the same day Pope Francis made his transition. What are the chances of a “coincidence”?

Survival Precautions
Whatever the cause of the power outage, it was a sharp reminder of preparedness for such situations, whether an earthquake, volcanic eruption, tsunami, fire or flood. There are plenty of websites that detail and sell all the essential ingredients for survival. Not a fear-based speculation but taking sensible, matter-of-fact precautions.

A backpack that is ready- packed for such emergencies – spare cell phone and portable solar charger, power bank, gas bottle-cooker, radio, water & filter, sleeping bag, survival blanket, lightweight jacket, torch, multi-pocket knife, basic medicines (pain killers, first aid kits), cash money (coins, small/large notes), dried fruit and nuts, freeze dried hikers’ meals etc.

Something that is packed and ready to go at a moment’s notice without stopping to add anything. Even a part-electric bicycle or motor scooter/bike to navigate out of stopped traffic. This is all assuming a certain fitness level, enough to endure stressful situations for several days!

The Astrological Significators

1. The power outage occurred just after the Taurus new moon – 15 hours earlier. There was a grand cross from Sun- Moon to Pluto in Aquarius, opposite Mars in Leo and Black Moon Lilith in Scorpio. Taurus at its basic level, is a sign of resources, food and money. Aquarius is a sign related to the distribution and sharing of resources.

During the blackout, the moon was still in Taurus, moving into a conjunction with Aquarius ruler Uranus, the planet of electricity and technology. By the time power was restored 12 hours later at 11.30 pm, the moon was only within one degree of an exact applying conjunction to Uranus. (Although Spain is not esoterically a Taurus, images of bulls are everywhere. Spain’s 1975 horoscope has the afore-mentioned grand cross on its Aquarian ascendant, Uranus in Scorpio and Saturn in Leo.)

2. Cancer Rising. The moon is exalted in Taurus and rules Cancer – also a sign of resources and their management – and the rising sign of the event horoscope. If there was ever a zodiac sign that triggers primoridal survival fears, it is the ancient sign of Cancer: The mother, home, family and at its extreme – the hoarder or fanatical prepper.

Polar opposite signs are important and Spain, said to be the source of the power outage – is a Capricorn personality. Reports from Spain indicated very calm and cooperative behaviour. Everyone helping out, as they did in the recent catastrophic floods around Valencia.

Traveling by motorhome in Portugal, a Spanish couple who lived there approached and asked if they could help, even offering dinner. We made a very good connection and had a lot in common.

Another fellow traveller – unsolicited, offered me the password for the satellite link on his vehicle. Yet there was a lot of fear and uncertainty that saw cash-only purchases at supermarkerts and panic buying – especially water. No one knew if the blackout would last for several more hours or days.

Usually countries send out an SMS message that reaches any mobile phone within its borders, but nothing like that happened in this instance – it was a virtual blackout of information, we were all literally left in the dark! Neither were the radio stations operating their usual programs – only three were working, all with the same voice talking about the blackout – but only in Portuguese.

3. Saturn conjunct Venus in Pisces. Venus – the ruler of Taurus, was in Pisces, conjunct Saturn – which could be interpreted as Saturn blocking “the law of supply”. As mentioned earlier – Spain is a Saturn-ruled Capricorn personality: “Capricorn—mineral kingdom—money—concrete expression of the Law of Supply.” ((Esoteric Astrology, Alice A. Bailey. p.245.)

4. Neptune Conjunct the Midheaven. Neptune dominates the horoscope from the midheaven cusp (the public) – and is also the esoteric ruler of the event chart rising sign Cancer.

Neptune in its lower expression represents vagueness, deception and subterfuge, supporting speculation that this could have been a cyber attack.

Neptune has only just passed into Aries, conjoining Portugal’s natal Saturn for the first of a few hits, dissolving away old crystallised patterns. It was also the exact Mercury return in Aries for Portugal -“Port of the Grail”. Mercury the messenger heralding another Messenger?

Portugal and Spain are predominantly Catholic and again, another interesting “coincidence” that Pope Francis passed only one week earlier. As Neptune is another name for the Christ in the West, could this blackout event herald a “white-out” at the approaching Wesak festival in Taurus – “the mother of illumination”?
